Interesting. This is vanilla sugar and smoky incense on me. I get the impression that it'll last a long time (my skin tends to eat scents pretty quickly, so this is a bonus) and in the 2 hours I've had it on it's not morphed. I like it, but so far I don't love it (will need to test several more times to be sure!). I'm a fan of booze (scents, though occassionally the real stuff :-) ) but I'm not getting that, here.

At first: Sweet and traditional somehow. Musky a bit. Rose isn't bad AT ALL. Later, after a couple of tries: I keep wearing this and wishing it stuck around longer. It's loverly and I want a big bottle of it. I DON'T hate this rose, which surprises the hell out of me (as it's something I'd hated before BPAL). I still plan on avoiding 'rose' scents in the future but won't rule a scent out if it's got rose accents.

On first application: YUM! Warm and sweet and sexy and _complex_. Not overpowering. After 30+ min it dries down to old lady powder. :-( Straight baby powder with a sweet smack in the back of the throat. Yuck.
