Smokeybromage

This smells like Sailor Jerry rum to me, but a little more caramel! I love that stuff so thats hardly a problem though!My skin seems to drink this up unfortunately, I can barely smell it on me, but keep catching a whiff every now and again.mmm!

The sublimely beautiful, fiercely independent, impeccably cultured, fascinatingly worldly and witty courtesans of ancient Greece. A seductive and dazzling blend of golden honey, fiery patchouli, sweet fig and clove, and a blushing touch of ylang ylang. This is gorgeous! I need a bottle of this one. In the imp,it smells a lot sharper and the clove is really evident, but once on me its a lovely warm, spicy honey ad fig smell cut through by patchouli.

This is almost perfect on me. In the bottle all I could smell were very strong,bitter almonds (like a LOT of marzipan) which was a little offputting, I hadn't expected it to be quite so overpoweringly almondy. Wet on my skin, it still smelled that way, then the almond scent calmed down and the myrrh and musk took over. The almond-ness has mellowed now, but is just that little bit too sickly-sweet in the background for this to be gorgeous.

I found that White Rabbit is a dead ringer for Clinique's Simply, which I used to love.

Crushed roses and blackcurrant tarts. This was the first Bpal I ever smelled ,so my reaction upon first smelling it was probably just due to the fact I'm used to edt/edps, not pure oils: I was taken aback by how strong it smelled and found it cloyingly sweet,did not think much of it. But I gave it another chance today and I've totally changed my mind: its gorgeous!All lovely jammy,buttery blackcurrants with red roses. If it is similar to Eat Me as other reviewers have mentioned then I need me some of that too!

I can't really get on with this one,sadly. In the imp it smelled very spicy and warm, but on my skin it just smelled woody: and not in a good way! I don't know what cedar smells like, but that must be it,not too keen on this. I don't think it would have its intended effect on my OH either,as when I got into the car he commented "you smell like pot pourri" (and that was after I'd put Gluttony on top of it,thinking it might go spicy-chocalately: the Fire of Love just overpowered it!)

At first this was a peppery,white floral scent on me which I loved,then after about 15 minutes the pepper faded leaving a smooth,subtle lily scent.I'd probably buy a full bottle of this if the peppery had stayed,it was lovely! Reminded me a bit of Le Feu D'Issey by Issey Miyake at first.

This is lovely! Its a very delicate,soft scent which has gone powdery quite quickly on me (in a good way though!). smells very "white", lots of lilies and irises.I'm sure I caught violet in there too,but its not listed...I must be getting another flower scent mixed up with it!

Eww! I could not bear to put this on my skin to test, as when I smelled the imp it made me feel really nauseous. When I smoked,I used to throw my cigarette butts into a bucket,which would get rained in. To me,Highwayman smells like the stench that emerged from that bucket when I used to empty it,only worse! I didn't get any of the rose,gardenia,jasmine or leathery scents, just ashtray. Maybe thats the vetiver: if so, I'll avoid it like the plague in future.
