I get mandarin, apricot on amber, and sweetness. This is a warm, orange amber blend with notes of both mandarin and apricot. Sweet, fruity, amber. Good throw and wear length.
-
Green herbs, a whiff of basil, grass and sun. This one smells green, and like spring. Pretty. If you like green herbs and grass, give this a whirl. Low throw, low wear length.

Creamy vanilla and sugary fizz. This definitely a sugary vanilla, but after about an hour or so, it's more creamy than vanilla or fizzy. Great if you want to add some vanilla sugar cream to any of your other hair glosses.

Incense, fougere, and bay rum. This toggles between warmth and coolness, aggressive and pliant. It's pretty much a pinwheel of a spectrum. Sometimes incensey, sometimes more of a traditional gender neutral cologne, sometimes a little more masculine, sometimes a little bit feminine. It's very wearable, very fun, and definitely for those that aren't into labels. Any labels. Medium throw and wear length.

Honeyed fig and a whiff of rum. It's mainly a honeyed fig that has been soaking in rum. Figgy, sugary, honey. Good throw and wear length.

Dead Leaves, Black Amber, and Woodmoss Hair Gloss
zankoku_zen replied to zankoku_zen's topic in Hair
Dark amber and hints of both dead leaves and moss. UGH, this is a gorgeous autumn amber scent. It's strong, powerful, and dark. -
Cinnamon red hots, vanilla, and Snake Oil. Yup, cinnamon Snake Oil. I swear there's another Snake Pit blend that smells very similar to this. I can't remember what it is. Great throw and wear length.

Boomslang, is that you? I mean, its got that milk chocolate thing going on, and its sweeter than Boomslang, but I swear, its a chocolatey Snake Oil. So amp up both the chocolate and the SO, and this is what you have. Great throw and wear length. And a tiny bit of this will scent an entire box. I know this because it happened to me.

Wax Vampire Teeth is a weirdo. It's the black leather, motor oil, deeply gothy weirdo Snake Oil. So yeah, notes of both black leather and motor oil, drizzled over Snake Oil, which just softens both the leather and motor oil, but not enough to hide how deeply rugged this blend is. Great throw and wear length, because thank you leather.

Gooey caramel, whiff of apple, and musky Snake Oil. This one oddly enough reminds me to the Red Lantern. Heavy caramel note, spices, and musk. But this one has way way more sugar in it. Medium throw and wear length.

Candy green lollipop, sugar, and whiff of Snake Oil underneath. This reminds me to a green candy apple blowpop but without the bubblegum, and encased in the center is this whiff of Snake Oil instead. I mean, sure, you know that lollipop is the furthest thing from an apple, and yet you recognize it as such. Medium throw and wear length.

Sour gummies, blue raspberry, citric, and a whiff of Snake Oil. There's a definite "squish" and "gelatin" note to this, which is frankly amazing because when is the last time you actually thought "gummy" candy with a focus on that gummy part. It's like face palming into a bag of Sour Patch Kids. If this was your dream, look no further. Medium throw and wear length.

ALL the spice. This is pumpkin spice (so cinnamon, clove, allspice) and it picks up the incense and spice in Snake Oil, and its a very dry heavily spiced Snake Oil. As it warms, you get a whiff of vanilla muskiness to all that intense dry Pumpkin spice. Medium throw and wear length.

Goo-ey caramel sugar, heavily salty popcorn, and a whiff of Snake Oil underneath. Honestly, this smells like salty caramel popcorn, emphasis on the salty bit. It's like Shill and Snake Oil had a baby. Medium throw and wear length.

Sugar, vanilla, tinge of plastic, and Snake Oil. This one I get a ton of vanilla, sugar, and that candy corn note that is just ever so plastic. Very vanilla heavy. Very sugary. Medium throw and wear length.

Cherries, simple syrup and a whiff of snake oil. As it dries, you get the Snake Oil musk, vanilla, and spices. So it ends up as a very cherry heavy version of Snake Oil. Medium throw and wear length.

Rum, bay leaves, black musk, and vetiver. This smells like a vampiric pirate. I think its the rum and bay leaf. Do I want to smell like a vampire pirate mumbling about blood drinks instead of rum? Who knew?

I get patchouli, tobacco, red musk. This one is a smoky, sexy, patchouli blend on me. For those that like their Banshee Beat, Revenant Rhythm types of patchouli, with with an extra shot of HELLFIRE.

RP is a very steadying blend. When you feel unsure about yourself or your own judgment, RP is like a deep calming centering exercise. It's the transition moment between yourself as an individual, and yourself as an authority figure. Your spine straightens, you hold your head higher, your voice is steady and calm. This has been a stressful day, and its not been easy but RP has kept me from losing my shit.
