Dark purple currant and a whiff of pomegranate. This is intensely dark purple fruits. I sort of love it. Great throw and does wonderful things for my hair.

A burst of warmth on a chill October evening. Clove, cinnamon, and a whiff of copal (which gives this a bit of floral freshness). It's mainly a clove/cinnamon blend. Warm, cozy, and spicy.
-
Cinnamon, vanilla, and pyrite! This is full of pyrite. It's currently sleeting here in the Nation's Capital. Let me see what this blend brings.
-
Dusty clove, soft woodiness, and a whiff of dry floral vegetal matter. This smells like I imagine the southwest smells - sort of flowery, sort of dusty, sort of dry. Medium throw and wear length.

Sweet milky coconut and vanilla, with honey. In some ways, this reminds me to Dana O'Shea but without the almond, and with coconut throw in. Soft, cuddly, milky. Good throw and wear length.

I get a ton of caramel from this, with clove (which makes this sort of pumpkin spicy), and touch of the other spices. The chili comes out more on the drydown. However, its like an amped up caramel Jack. Good throw and wear length. Honestly, this reminds me to buttery pumpkin pancakes.

White ginger, tea, a whiff of incense and a whiff of bourbon. This one has a very strong white ginger on wet and drydown for me. It's bright, zingy, and HELLO ginger. Great throw and wear length.

Deep dark blackberry-apple notes over damp leaves and a whiff of patchouli. This is sweet, spicy, rooty, and in general smells like the autumn forest fall. Full of life, death, and everything in between. Good throw and wear length.
-
Lemon sugar with white tea dries down to a citrusy Snake Oil. Yup, the spices of the Snake Oil re-assert their dominance on the drydown. Medium throw and wear length.
-
Citrus, musky dead leaves and a whiff of myrrh. This sort of reminds me to Bat Woman, but if she were more musk/deadleaves. It's got that grey October morning feel.

Cinnamon, cocoa, and dead leaves. Yup smells like fall. And cinnamon. So sort of like shopping in a craft store for autumn decorations?- 3 replies

Dead Leaves, Patchouli, and Bay Rum Atmosphere Spray
zankoku_zen replied to Dark Alice's topic in Atmosphere
Bay rum (emphasis on the bay), patchouli, and a hint of dead leaves. I imagine this is what a voodoo shop in New Orleans in the Fall smells like. BAY RUM, autumnal, masculine.- 2 replies

Dead Leaves, Peonies, and Moss Atmosphere Spray
zankoku_zen replied to DryFrogPills's topic in Atmosphere
Moss, peonies, and a whiff of dead leaves. This one is slightly more aquatic floral than the typical dead leaves. The peonies also bring a certain sweetness.- 2 replies

Dead Leaves, White Sage, and Apples Atmosphere Spray
zankoku_zen replied to DryFrogPills's topic in Atmosphere
Sage, dead leaves, and a whiff of apple which sweetens this up. It's mainly a somewhat savory blend because that's what sage smells like to me, with the apple coming out and sort of reminding you to Thanksgiving dinner. Would make a house smell very inviting.- 5 replies

I get mainly green Dead Leaves, and a whiff of donuts at the very end, which changes the greenness of this blend into a bit of sugary fried confection. But yeah, you kinda have to really inhale and get past the dead leaves note to get to the donuts.

This opens with a giant hit of vanilla cream soda, but quickly the Snake Oil spices reassert their dominance and I end up with a spiced vanilla incense, which I tend to associate with Snake Oil. Medium throw and wear length.

Zombi, is that you? I get mainly moss, dirt, and a whiff of roses. -
Salty kettlecorn, funnelcake and a whiff of sawdust and leaves. This smells like a carnival. I love the funnel cake smell.
-
Salty caramel popcorn. You get that buttery salty popcorn note, but its heavily sweetened with caramel. UGH, now I wanted caramel popcorn.
-
Pie spices, apple and a whiff of creaminess. This smells like someone is baking apple pies honestly.
-
Moss, mist, and rusty gates. I get a very strong metallic note from this. Fair bit of greenery, smelling kinda weedy. And definitely misty. Very atmospheric.
-
Vanilla, pumpkin, bourbon, and a whiff of leather. This is much much foodier than I was anticipating. Deliciously autumn fall foodie. Medium throw and wear length.
-
Pine, vetiver, and patchouli. This one is a dark pine blend. Medium throw and wear length. Smells like a pine forest at midnight. You know, when there's no moon, and its pitchblack and the wind is howling. Yeah, like that.
-
Smoky incense. The vetiver is very present in this. Smoky, smokey, smoky.
