Coffee chewy caramel. Honestly this smells like coffee candy chews and a touch of myrrh. I think its the combination of vanilla and coffee. It's not as strongly "coffee" as I would have liked, and it has both a low throw and wear length.

Bergamot, mint, frankincense. You know, this does strike me as Gemini. Slightly airy, with a very resinous base. It's not for me, but its a stunningly beautiful scent. All you air and Gemini folk, get in on this.

Citrusy pine sandalwood. Which to be honest, smells a little like the White Sandalwood SN from 2004. It's that type of sandalwood. Not my favorite, but I do love it in the drydown. Smoother, warmer, slightly spicy. EFF it, I need more sandalwood in my life.

Also previewed here by bheansidhe and here by TTP Oooh, Fox Sisters! Definitely some apple blossom, some cherry blossom in there, some rosewood, and a touch of some sweetness (perhaps its the cherry blossom, although its possible that there may be a touch of sweet pea in there as well). On me, it smells soft, pink, and sweet. Delicate white-pink floral, and very in line with what I would think a Victorian Lady would perhaps use as a bath water/cologne. Innoncent, pretty, feminine.

Silky clove and tobacco, with a touch of red roses. In some ways this reminds me to the BPTP Red Rose blend, partly because of the clove, but there's WAY more tobacco in it. I'd actually see this aging fantastically, and I'm curious on how this will smell a year from now. If I had patience, that's what I would do. The tobacco note is that chewy sweet tobacco like from the French Tobacco SN that everyone seem to be crazy about. I may have to find more of this.

Jasmine, sandalwood, patchouli and musk. This one has a bit of Gaiman's War in it, with a heavy dose of patchouli and jasmine. It's red-blooded jasmine and very in your face. Great throw and wear length.

Tulip SN is a very delicate floral blend. I wouldn't call this white, as it has too much green in it. It's like a soft, wispy floral that is very light and clean. I would consider this fairly realistic to a real tulip (more like a bunch of tulips in a meadow type of blend) but it has almost no throw and no wear length, which is unsurprising considering its age.

Fire Monkey reminds me to Fire Pig. Lots of juicy blossoms, mandarin, lychee, peach fruit, tangerine. This one is much fruitier. Good throw. It's a very happy and super Asian fruity blend.
-
Osmanthus is a creamy white floral, with a touch of spice at the end. It's a very velvety scent and smells like a touch of honey and maybe apricots? The drydown seems to hold spice and a touch of leather. Very pretty.

Soft, powdery wisteria. It smells like a mix of white florals and wisteria, but on the drydown turns a bit sharpish like jasmine. HARD PASS.

Dark Alice was generous enough to send me a tester she had of this. Thank you! ICD 4 shares alot of similarities with ICD17, ICD19, ICD23. On wet, it had a green grassy and I would suspect almost green musk. It dries to something that smells like heather, laundry cleaner, and a hint of tropical greens. Very soapy on the drydown. It's like Host of Air, on steroids. It smells like "fresh breeze" or some other dryer sheet. Super strong throw, long wear length.

Lemon and pink roses. This one doesn't feel oddly enough as robust to Determination to me. I think it brings more clarity and restraint. Very pleasant smelling. Admittedly, I've only used a dab, so I'd be curious to use more. ETA: 2021 So I've used Discipline since 2016, and can say that it a very focused oil. It's clarity and focus, and smells uplifting. I've used it in multiple occasions when I am feeling scattered but work still needs to get done.

Magnet is definitely an lemon-heavy (either lemon balm, citronella, or even lemongrass) with herbals. For me, the aspect of Magnet that most resonates with me is amplification. It feels like an amp or a megaphone. Whatever there is, there is MORE of it, if that makes sense.

Heavy rum and cream. This is definitely a foodie/boozy spray. It's sweet and almost too heavy for my taste.
-
Heady rose, ylang ylang and sandalwood. Excellent throw and wear length. This to me is a more spring-time version of Fresh and Blooming as a Rose.
-
Smoky sweet juicy sticky pomegranates. Pom juice with a curl of incense. Good throw and wear length. But you have to love pom.
-
Bulgarian Tobacco smells drier, smokier and more straight up tobacco and less sweet than the French Tobacco. It's grittier and what I'd associate more like a cigar tobacco. Slightly patchouli smelling toward the end.
-
Myrrh, cassia and cinnamon. For all you cinnamon and myrrh lovers out there, this one is for you. Good throw and wear length.

2016 version Yup, sugared violets with a nice white sugar crust to be honest. I like the current violet note that BPAL is using much more than its previous incarnations, but still. If you wanted to smell like violet pastilles, give Faith a whirl. Decent throw and wear length.

The Wild Men of Jezirat Al Tennyn (2016)

Oh god. This actually smells much better on me than the previous incarnation. I get a ton of cloves, amber, ambergris/moss and a touch of patchouli and vanilla. Like a hotter, manlier version of Voodoo Queen? Yeah, its that sexy clove note. At this point, whatever clove that the Lab is using is totally working for me. UNF. Sadly low throw and wear length, but I may need some of this in the future. mr. zee_zee totally has to test this one. -
Sharp cuddly musk with tinges of chocolate, lavender, vanilla, and a smidge of smoky vetiver. I liked the previous incarnation of Wulric, but I find it much more wearable in this particular incarnation. In some ways, it reminds me to a much more robust and musky version of Mysterious Warning, the Dark Delicacies exclusive, with a dash of A Moment in Time from the BPTP Lilith Fatherhood series. Decent throw and wear length.

A ton of moss and oakmoss, and a swiff of Snake Oil. This is a very clean smelling scent. Great throw and wear length.

Orange creme brulee and a touch of carnation and berries. I didn't expect this to be so foodie. It's like burnt sugar crusted creme brulee with enough orange and citrus notes to prevent it from being a sugary vanilla pudding. Definitely a cream dessert type with sugar on top. Good throw and wear length. The original Zarita was a sharp floral, with less sugared cream on me. This one is almost the complete opposite, with the sugared cream being the most heavy component. All you foodie lovers, get in with Zarita. She won't disappoint you. I swear to god, I really do smell like creme brulee.

I'm amping up the bergamot, gardenia and oakmoss. And get some honey, ginger and a touch of amber. This smells like a citrusy floral on top of a bed of amber. Very feminine, not at all slithery. The original Faiza was much smokier, dangerous floral than this. This is more like a snake lying sunning itself in the grass.

Blood orange, apple peel, plumeria and Snake Oil. Extremely low throw and wear length.
