No One Heard Her Except the Sparrows Atmosphere Spray
zankoku_zen replied to Lycanthrope's topic in Atmosphere
White chocolate, amber and a touch of sandalwood. This one is a nice chocolately blend, definitely white chocolate with a perfumey edge. Soft, delicate, chocolate. -
Dead Leaves, chocolatey fig and a touch of smokiness. In general, this was a fig + dead leaves hairgloss. Cool, sexy, and kinda fruity.
-
Touches of rum, chardonnay, tonka and a whiff of leather. In general, this smells warm, sultry, and maybe a touch tropical. I amp up the leather in Perversion, so this was a very pleasant surprise.
-
Minty fresh eucalyptus, sandalwood with a touch of woodiness, and then a whiff of pumpkin. This one was mainly a sandalwoody-minty blend. I'd say gender neutral, and the fellas of BPAL may want to check this out.
-
WOOD IN YOUR FACE. This is masculine red sandalwood and cedar. This smells to me like a really expensive Japanese #2 pencil. The type that was kept in a sandalwood box and is only used to draw on top of a woodblock for a Shunga drawing about phalluses. Great throw, good wearlength. Cedar, sandalwood, in your face.

Pecan Pie is clove and all spice on me. Slightly sugary than the HG and perfume. Less foodie, and much more autumnal.
-
Dark chocolate and marshmallow, less cookie. This one is definitely a gourmand blend. Very yummy, but its too foodie for me.
-
Golden amber, musk, lemon and orange blossom. This reminds me to a better version of Santa Eularia des Riu. It's got that golden Mediterranean glow to it, slightly lemony, and just golden. This smells like sunshine in Greece (not that I've ever been, but that's what I've imagined this). Low throw, good wearlength. This smells like sunshine in your face. And part of me loves it for it.
-
Fig, slightly ashy patchouli and a touch of frankincense. This one is a deeply figgy blend without being too sweet or fruity. The ashy patchouli adds a dark, gritty edge to the blend with the frankincense smoothing it out at the end. Slightly masculine on me. Good throw, good wearlength. Gritty, dark, fig.
-
Lucan's starts as lemon candy, and dries down to a very lemony mugwort, elemi and a touch of frankincense. Actually, this reminds me in some ways to Lemon Scented Sticky Bat - but less furry. This would be awesome as a room scent actually. Good throw, good wear length. Fun, lemony, cheery.
-
Plum, amber and myrrh. There's definitely a smoky element to it, and there's something "gleaming" as well. It reminds me to Morgause actually. Slightly less smoky, but still deeply purple in vibe. I'd actually recommend this to people that enjoy blends like Mme. Moriarty. Purple, female, smoky.

Lush tropical florals with ginger. It's beautiful and lovely, and it makes me think of the beach and sunshine, and tropical florals on the breeze. Given that we just had a mega-snow storm, sometimes dreaming of a tropical paradise keeps the cabin fever away!
-
Sultry red rose with just a whiff of leather. Again, sexy sexy sexy. This is voluptuous and in your face red rose. Unapologetic. Sultry.
-
Sultry, sexy red rose. In alot of ways, this reminds me to Peacock Queen but when PQ is definitely regal, Whip is sexy. This is the smell of red rose petals that have been f*cked on. Unapologetically, sexy red rose.

Uber sweet, sticky honey, almond, and a touch of ylang ylang. Heavy honey and almond. Very sweet. If you're into heavy gourmands or honey, give this a whirl.
-
Clove, cedar, and sandalwood. This one is a fairly masculine blend. Smooth sandalwood with notes of cedar and clove. Good throw, good wearlength. If you're looking for a good smoky sandalwood, try this one.
-
Fancy ghiradhelli chocolate indeed. Smooth tasty cocoa/chocolate, vanilla, amber, touch of frankincense and patchouli. This straddles the chocolate/resin line. But my god, this is fabulously well blended. Good throw, good wear length. Chocolate, warm, smooth.
-
Smoky incense, polished leather and benzoin. Dark, sexy, and very masculine. I can see why everyone loves this. We sprayed this in the living room. mr. zee_zee is only OK with it, sadly.
-
Butterscotch and myrrh. Maybe a whiff of frankincense. This is butterscotch overlayed on some resins. It's foodier than I expected and pushes the resin into a gourmand blend. Good throw, good wearlength. Butterscotch and resins.
-
Cinnamon, cassia, frankincense and cypress. I am getting a ton of cassia from this. In alot of ways, this sort of reminds me to Plunder. Loads of spices, frankincense and a whiff of wood. Good throw, good wear length. To me, this overwhelmingly cassia though.
-
Juicy pom, sweet honey and frankincense. This one is a smooth, sweet well blended pom/resin blend. Not too fruity, not too sweet, not too dark. Just sort of the perfect amalgalm of all three. Low throw, good wear length. Pom, sweet, resins.
-
Jasmine, amber, and smooth sandalwood. This one is more jasminey than I expected. It's a pretty, dark, sophisticated jasmine perfume. Sadly all jasmine smells like cat pee to mr. zee_zee.
-
Sweet sugary musk, touch of lilies. There's definitely a sweet candy edge to this. Whoever compared this to clean laundry + cotton candy is pretty spot on.

Goblin of Yuletide Past Atmosphere Spray

Cinnamon sugar cookies, heliotrope and a whiff of snow. This one was way foodier than I expected and it sort of reminds me to Mr. Fezziwig's Ball atmosphere. Not quite as foodie or heavy, but definitely in that vein. But hey, if you EVER wanted your house to smell like cinnamon sugar cookies and snow, this one is for you. It just screams a cozy hearth during the winter. -
Green vines, tulips, and smoky trees. This one was super interesting and atmospheric. It smells like a whiff of bonfire in the air, dark trees, moss and greenery from vines and tulips. Gorgeous for the fall.
