Red leather and honey.
-
Red musk, leather, and a whiff of honey. This is mainly a red musk/leather combination to my nose.
-
Sugary coconut and vanilla. This smells tropical. If you wanted lush, summer time tropical hair, give this a whirl. It reminds me alot to the Native Coconut and Vanilla body wash/gel you find in Target. Its a heavy coconut and vanilla smell.
-
Lilac, cherry blossoms, a whiff of musk and amber. This is a very lilac-cherry blossom scent to me. Floral, but with enough other stuff to give it some real depth and oomph.
-
Dark amber, cocoa, hint of both vanilla and musk. This smells like cocoa sex hair. In that your hair has definitely come into contact with someone else's nether regions.

Wooden Puppetry Doll of a Copulating Couple and a Gunpai War Fan Home & Linen Spray

Fig, bamboo, over oak, silk, and a whiff of vanilla. This smells fresh, clean, and sophisticated. Like a fancy boudouir. Love it. -
Aloe, bamboo reeds, ti leaf, lemon peel, eucalyptus leaf, and sea salt.
-
Chocolate, lots of amber, and smige of tonka. This is mainly a cocoa-amber smell to me. The cocoa dissipates a little, but the amber has a ton of staying power. Warm, sexy, not too foodie.

Belgian Chocolate and Scorched Caramel Home & Linen Spray
zankoku_zen replied to zankoku_zen's topic in Atmosphere
Chocolate (and I would say 70% dark, so not sweet) and caramel. It's soft, cozy, and delicious. This is a snuggle sort of blend, which is great because I can see how this ramped up a few notches would be cloying and too heavy. Love it. -
Rubber Chicken in 2020 is still a mighty bath fizz. The color is like if you were swimming in Crush. Deep orange, very moisturizing water, and it smelled still mainly orangey. And of course, the rubber chicken is a riot. I also added some S&S bath salts to this, so this was a very happy bath experience. If you ever wanted to swim in Crush, Tang, or any other orange soda, Rubber Chicken obliges.

A melancholy violet oud with dry cedarwood, cognac, and tolu balsam.

So Alleviate the Frenzy is a sugary strawberry and peach, emphasis on the sugary. It's sweet, with again the lovely candy and fruit notes from the perfume, but this time FOR YOUR HAIR. If you love Alleviate as a perfume, you will love it as a hair gloss.

Coffee, tobacco, amber and a whiff of sweet oudh. Yeah, an oudh that doesn't smell scary. In fact, this smells like a sweet coffee and tobacco atmosphere/wig spray and is amazing. UGH so good. WHY MORE PEOPLE DON'T LOVE THIS, I DON'T KNOW.

Snowy, piney, fur. This one is a very gender-neutral, leaning masculine, and its great to see more of those hair glosses being offered. Dark, furry, piney.

Honestly this just smells like spring flowers and a whiff of cotton. It smells like laundry out to dry in a line dry. Good throw and wear length. Also, I need to get more.
-
Champaca orchid, blood musk, lily-white gardenia, orris concrete, oakmoss, glossy black patchouli, and frankincense
-
Smoky champaca, patchouli, whiff of florals. This is mainly a champaca/patchouli combination. Sexy, dark, dirty.
-
Leather, and creamy beeswax honey and a whiff of patchouli. So both honey and leather fight for dominance (and I swear this reminds me to either a honey blend or leather one before that BPAL has put out and the name is just eluding me at the moment). It settles into a honeyed leather blend. Strong, sexy, defiant. Wear with your best dom outfit.

Ooooh, this one has oudh. The bad kind of oudh. This smells feral and musky, and not in the good ways. Honestly, I would use this for a DnD game, and when something horrible is lurching your way, spray a little of this, and see how your players retract in horror and go WTF IS THAT? For me, I mainly get a very strong, foul sort of foggy oudh. Probably smells like London prior to 1890 (before indoor plumbing was a thing).

"The tomb in the daytime, and when wreathed with fresh flowers, had looked grim and gruesome enough; but now some days afterwards, when the flowers hung lank and dead, their whites turning to rust and their greens to browns; when the spider and the beetle had resumed their accustomed dominance; when time-discoloured stone, and dust-encrusted mortar, and rusty, dank iron, and tarnished brass and clouded silver-plating gave back the feeble glimmer of a candle, the effect was more miserable and sordid than could have been imagined. It conveyed irresistibly the idea that life – animal life – was not the only thing that could pass away."

This one is a metallic, stone and whiff of greens. This smells like you took CK ONE, went to the cemetery, sprayed the damn place with CK One, and got a wispy gothy ghost baby that smells like CK One but gothier, stonier, and much more metallic. Very gender neutral but definitely toward masculine leaning. The fact that more people aren't raving about this is a crime.

Grave soil and mouldering leather, crumbling marble and tarnished gold, crushed incense resin ground to powder beneath a heavy boot.

The Un-dead Home of the King-Vampire Home & Linen Spray

Leather, roses, soil, and a whiff of incense. This smells like a mix of leather and roses to me, old leather, old roses, and dirt. -
This is the final Full Moon of winter. The call of the crow signals the end of the frost, and their scent, of vervain, black violet, white musk, Terebinth, and Chinese cedar, is brushed by the last cold wind of winter on their wings, and the scent of evergreen boughs touched by the season’s final flowers and the first blossoms of spring: wintersweet, green-barked dogwood, primrose, snowdrop, and lenten rose hellebore bouquet.
