    Fallen

Gorgeous and sophisticated! Big bottle in the future! ETA: I received an aged bottle of this in one of my swaps and I didn't like it so much at first. Upon sniffing, it has this dark, bitter scent that hints of something vaguely insecticide-ish. But when I tried it, it bloomed into a glorious scent that's a stronger and matured version of my imp!Fallen. I had no idea that aging would have that sort of effect. Definitely keeping the bottle!

    Mme. Moriarty, Misfortune Teller (2006)

This is my first time ever trying anything that smells as strong as this. It certainly does give off a dark impression most befitting of a strong, confident and immensely sexy woman who knows what she wants and will take it, no questions asked. I normally veer towards the lighter, floral scents but I can definitely see the appeal in Mme. Moriarty. I am definitely keeping the bottle and will wear it on those days when I feel like having everything done completely my way and not caring what others think. Call me greedy, but I think I might even get another bottle.

    Arabian Nights

Oh wow! I love the way how this smells! It brings back warm memories of my childhood because it reminds me of the oil that my mother used to scent the pot purris we have at home. I would really like to wear this as a daily perfume but out of respect for the oil, I probably wouldn't. As for the efficacy, all I can say is that it works in both small and big ways. I found one of my friends telling me to stay a little longer to talk more and she's the sort who keeps to herself most of the time. My supervisor, who is new and I barely know him well enough to joke with him (I am shy and awkward in social situations), was immensely nice to me today. He made jokes and gave me some very good supportive advice regarding my thesis and my problem with the dorm I am staying in, and didn't scare or intimidate me at all. Verdict: Good stuff! Will definitely wear again!

    Block Buster

Wow! Allow me to vouch for the efficacy of this oil because it really works! I can't say that I love the scent -- mkes me nauseous and a little dizzy -- but hey, I am not fussy as long it delivers what it says it does. I used it because I needed to type out a report on an article and I have been suffering from a mental block for weeks, and so naturally, I have been procrastinating, hoping that the 'inspiration' will kick back in sometime soon. After annointing myself -- I dabbed a bit on my wrists and woah, it does have a strong throw -- it took me an hour to type out a draft without the usual nonsense of mental hmm-ings and uhh-ings, and I am amazed at how swiftly my thoughts poured out and how I never did run out of things to say (I get bored easily and tend lose focus fast). I am not too sure if the draft will make any sense since I just typed and typed without checking for coherency but that's alright because I just needed a catalyst to jump start the process and editing is much easier than the process of writing, at least, that's how it is to me. Verdict: Love it! Will definitely use it again, like, tomorrow.
