At first I got a citrus cologne smell. It was kind of astringent at first so I had my guard up . After a little while though it lightened up to a citrus and light floral blend. It is not bad, but I am not sure if I am going to venture out to buy a whole bottle. I would recommend this to someone that likes a floral that is not overbearing.

I really love this one. I get a sweet, spicy apple blend. I got the fresh apples right away with a touch of spice. I am not sure if it is cinnamon, but it has a spicy note to it. I wrote A+ next to it after testing so I think I will have to get a full bottle of this one .

Crowley Why have you been hiding from me for so long? I was frimped a tester amount of this from Sunshinedaisybliss and instantly fell in love. I find it to be very much like Spanked & my beloved Loviatar. I have a hard time with most leather blends, but this has THE LEATHER note that I search for. I plan to buy a full bottle on my next order. It is so smooth and sexy with great staying power. If you miss Loviatar this would be a great blend to try out to ease the pain.

This goes on all sweet and nice like a big cloud of cotton candy . After about 10 minutes though I get slapped in the face with the leather . The foodie stage did not last very long on me. I am amping the leather note more. I like it though. It is not what I expected from just sniffing the bottle. I have a hard time with a lot of the leather blends, but this one works for me. I may suck it up (talking about the shipping charges ) and get another bottle.

This is actully my favorite room spray blend (besides Citadel Of Awesome that I can't find so it was moved to 2nd place). I agree about the fact that it would make a great perfume oil too. I am in heaven when I spray this. I was frimped a sprayer of this from Sunshinedaisybliss and I am eternally grateful because I may not have ordered this for myself. It is a blend of wood and vanilla. It is calming and sexy all in one spray. I spray my curtains with this and smell it way into the next day. What a wonderful scent to come home to.

I think I own three bottles at varying age levels of this wonderful blend. If this is what Puddin wears then no wonder Beth married him . I get a blend of tea, sugar, lemon, and cake from this. It is just so delicious. It is one of my go to scents when I want a relaxing almost aromatherapy blend (aromatherapy to me is cake and sugar). It is a blend that can be layered well with other blends (no wonder there were Dorain Chaos blends). It is a yummy and delicious blend that I truly adore

I had purchased two bottles of this blend the last day it was posted for sale. After reading the reviews everyone had given I knew I had to take a chance on it and was worried I would love it and bought two in the end . Now I wish I had bought five bottles so I could lavish in this on a daily basis. It is so georgeous . I had fears when I saw the notes ylang ylang and jasmine since those two are not my friends. I do not get any heavy floral from this. I think I amp the white amber, silver birch, and pale musk. I get a good bit of vanilla from this when I wear it too. I look at some of my other Halloween bottles that I took a chance on and think that I should have got another bottle of The Girl instead of you. I am just afraid to miss out on a sleeper favorite that may work well on me. This is a blend that I hope the lab will RESURRECT one day so I can buy the rest of the stock I want. I have since swapped my back up for another lovely blend, but I just found another bottle to replace it thanks to a lovely forum member so I feel a little better about spoiling myself again with this beautiful blend. I have a funny story about the first time I wore this to work. We had all brought food in for the day to eat so there was a lot of food smells in the air that day. A lady I work with came by me and said " Oh, what smells so good in here". I answered " Well, we have Italian sausage sandwiches in the back". She said to me that she only smelled it by me. I asked if it was my perfume and raised my wrist to her and the look on her face was so funny . She lit up and said that was the scent and it was wonderful. She asked me what it was, but I had to break it to her that it was not available to purchase anymore. It was so nice to be told that day that I smelled better than the sausage sandwiches .

This was my favorite Shunga release from this collection. I bought a few that I had hoped would have worked out better, but sadly most of the other ones were not my thing. This one was beautiful though . I got scared at first because I got a strong (almost overbearing lemongrass scent that popped out on me). I am guessing this was a combo of the quince and Spanish Mandarin. I was afraid it was going to go too much to the floral side for me to wear. That stage went away quickly and then the fragranced bloomed on my skin. It was a soft and relaxing blend of vanilla and cognac . This blend is not too strong so it will be great for everyday use. I did not get a lot of tobacco from this so it is really blended well with the other notes. It is just plain clean and sexy

This is my favorite Thirteen released to date . I have three bottles now and would probably buy more if I saw them posted. I think this is a blend of sexy and sweet all in one. I see this was one of Brian's creations so I want to thank him for such a wonderful blend. It is in my top 5 favorites because when I wear it it makes me feel good. I get a lot of compliments on it. It was my first BPAL purchase too so I have to thank this little bottle of Thirteen for helping me find the BPAL community. I think it is the cherry, musks, and dark chocolate that make this special. I would call it the Snake Oil of the Thirteen blends because I think it gets better with time .

Sadly, this did not work for me at all. I get way too much ylang ylang and orange blossom and not enough coconut milk. I had some hope this would not be too overpowering, but I really amp the florals and they give me an instant headache. Love the bottle though . It cracks me up to see the picture and name. Beth is so creative so I always take a chance on her blends. I know a floral lover would go GAGA over this.

I agree that this smells A LOT like Fire Pig, but I like this a little more. I think I like it more because it is more fruity than floral on me. I get juicy, sweet honeydew melon. It is a lot like Fee too. I actually get a better throw and more staying power than Fee. I think this a a yummy foodie blend

It seems that I usually like scents most when I first put them on and then start to dislike them as they wear for a while. This scent was the complete opposite for me. I was hit by a strong lemon or what I thought smelled more like lemongrass scent initially that was a little too astringent for me. I was worried I may have to wash it off, but I went on with my morning and when I got to work I started to get a lovely mix. I can't really explain it fully. It was not foodie or floral. It was a pleasant and clean scent with maybe a touch of spice or musk. It dries down beautifully so I am glad I kept it on to see how it evolved with my chemistry. It is a keeper .

I was frimped a tester of this from Fairnymph along with some other testers to try. A big thanks to her again since the idea in my head was not what I got after testing. I was thinking I was going to smell more root beer, but I get a lot more vanilla/cream/baby powder from this. It is yummy, but I think it is on the lines of Antique Lace and not a really big foodie scent. It is beautiful so I am slightly disappointed it was not created as a LE or GC scent because I know it would have really took off. The loss of Antique Lace left a hole that this sure could have filled.

First off, I am usually not a floral person in the least, but this scent is HEAVEN in a bottle. I loved the initial warm outdoorsy feel it brings to mind as you smell it. It is dandelions, grass, and sunshine in a bottle. I found this scent to be comforting. It is like being outside on a warm, summer day taking in the fresh cut grass and flowers. This scent has the ability to transport you to a peaceful place. I will wear this on days I am feeling a little down. It is just plain downright BEAUTIFUL!

I am so confused because I only got apples and other fruits for about an hour wearing this then some kind of floral note popped out of nowhere at me . I loved the smell in the imp and went crazy over the initial fruity blast then I swear I got a lily of the valley or gardenia note coming at me. Not a strong floral, but just enough for me to say to myself "WTF". I had such high hopes for this scent staying all fruity and delicious. I think my skin chemistry changes it to a floral note like someone above said they got a baby powder note from it. I made a cute roller bottle out of my imps and I may have to send it as a frimp to someone that can appreciate this scent more .

Ok, so I am confused on the leather notes . I like the leather in Loviatar and Spanked. I was not so fond of the leather in The Traveller and Olisbos. Is it more that I am not fond of the notes that are with the leather note in the blend or is it that the leather note is what is turning me off. I like the orange scent in Olisbos so I guess it is more the leather that bothers me. I had my hopes on this one working for me too . I can not get enough of Loviatar and could kick myself for not grabbing a bottle a long time ago. Can anyone give me a run down of the types of leather scents the lab uses. I have seen boot, oiled, and raw amongst other wordings so I am totally lost on the one that seems to work on me. I have a bottle of RivetGoth coming so I am on edge if it is going to work or not. Oh yeah, love Perversion too (steamy leather? )

I had won this scent on ebay a while back and sniffed it without testing it then threw it in my drawer thinking that I would post it for swaps or sales down the road. So today was going to be the day for sales and I decided " What the heck" I would give it a try. OK, I am loving this . I get a smooth, light mint and leather blend. I did not get any cedar or vetiver from this. Those are two notes that throw me in a tiz along with most sandalwood blends. I get the sweetest leather. It is so sexy, but a little manly. I love it though. It is mine, ALL mine and my boyfriend can not have it. I have been a devoted foodie for way too long. Bring on the leather

I wasn't sure I was going to like this one, but I was surprised to find it worked for me. In the bottle, it smelled strong of the balsam and resin smell so I instintly thought OH NO! I put it on though and the resin is mellowing out and I get the herbal, vanilla blend now. I really don't smell a lot of leather on me, but it may come out later as this wears. I was glad to get a hold of this one through a forum member since I was not sure if it was going to be restocked. I may have to pick up another bottle

Wow, reading some of the past reviews I wondered if I was getting the same bottle of oil. I LOVE this scent. My first encounter with this scent was a well aged imp as a freebie in a package. I fell in love with it immediately . I then went on to purchase a full size bottle. The aged imp is way better than my bottle. I wonder how long I will have to age this to get it to match my imp? I get a sweetness like gingerale from this scent. It smells like Snake Oil and sweet gingerale on me. I grab this when I need a pick me up or I know I am in for a rough day.

The crazy thing about this scent is I have had a bottle of the 2007 version in my collection and had never even tried it out until yesterday. What the heck was I thinking? I think I may had won it in a BPAL set and cast it off in my collection as a floral blend that I probably would not like. Beat me over the head because this may be one of the most wonderful blends I have ever worn of ANY fragrance in my entire lifetime . I will be stocking up on th 09 version because I will always have to have this blend in my drawer. I can see why this blend is brought back year after year. It is pure genious in a bottle. I am in love with the vanilla/almond smell that lasts ALLLLL day on me. I was smelling this blend on myself all the way up to bedtime. This gives me that same comforting scent like Candy Butcher does. Since Candy Butcher is so rare now, I will just have to slather myself with Snow White when I want that same comforting feeling. Crazy thing about this scent is I was not sure about if I liked it or not, but I got multiple compliments on how good it smelled. One of my co-workers asked me for a sample so she could try it out on herself. I always like sweet chocolate scents. I had my hopes this would be one of those, but it is way more complex than that. I was told that it smelled like a powdery scent on me. I wanted more chocolate . I may have to keep this in the end because I got such rave reviews on how good it smelled on me. I am learning to break outside of my foodie scent box and try other blends.

I think I came to the conclusion today that the note orange blossom does not work on my skin. I had an orange blossom scent from Starring fragrances that I had to sell off because it did something horrible on my skin. I like Zarita a lot more, but that same strong overbearing scent comes out on me from the orange blossom part of the scent . I wore it to work today and as it changed during the day it did mellow out at some point to a more creamy blend. I may have to sell off the oil in decants, but I love the bottle too much to part with that.

I got my first bottle of TKO in the mail today. All the talk about it had me super curious about its scent. In the bottle, I got a sweet and yummy vanilla scent that made my eyes roll in yumminess . When I put it on though, mostly I got a quick jolt of effervescent lavender that would actually wake me up first before putting me to sleep (love that stage . Now that it has been on my wrist for a while, I get a mellow lavender and vanilla blend. I think I can go to sleep now. This blend is well worth all the love I see it gets on the forum.

I received two bottles of this in my order that I received yesterday. I think this blend is so feminine and creamy soft. For some reason I smell a light mint in this blend too along with some sweet vanilla. I ordered pretty late in the Halloween update so I have a quick question for the people that bought earlier. I have two bottles that have skull faces on them. The pictures I had seen of the bottle had a girl on the front. Why do my bottles look different? Was the one with the girl on the front a limited run?

I am glad I saw someone say CHERRY because that is all I got when I put this blend on. I actually thought there was a mix up or maybe my seller added something to the mix. I was expecting a caramel smell, but all I got was pure cherry (strong cherry). I may buy another bottle to see if something is off with my bottle of this scent. This almost smells like Suck It, but sweeter to me in the fruity department. It is good, but super strong on me.
