Smells like a nice soap. Clean, fresh and uncomplicated. The tea is there but light and not dominating. I thought there was fig in this before I read the description. It gives me the images and impressions of being outside on a clear day. I like this but I'm not sure it's right for me.

This starts out as dirt with a little bit of a sour tinge. Dry down smells exactly like dusty dirt with maybe a tiny bit of rose. I'm pleased that this is almost pure dirt but it has no throw on me, it's very weak. I will try it in a scent locket, I hope it works out.

First impression: woodsy and floral but masculine. Then a clean, fresh smell. There's lots going on and I cannot pick out what note is what, very interesting and layered and constantly morphing early on. Something slightly aquatic in there too, I can just barely make out the citrus. Then I smell wood. Dries down to a clean, vaguely citrusy, barely floral wood smell. Nice, but not sure if I'm moved to get a bottle. Edit: I tried this again and changed my mind. It's so different from any other BPAL I've tried, I think I would probably get a bottle.

Very fruity, tart dried apricots, with something medicinal that does not smell good. I guess thats the brandy. After a few minutes it smells like there's fig in there. Later it smells like baby's poopy diaper. Gross.

I liked the initial woodsy smell but it does end up smelling too much like an old lady for me.

At first I think this is way too fruity for me, almost smells like berries, but the tart fruit calms down after just a few minutes, then it's a nice soft pear smell and rose. I love this stage. But soon after it gets really weak and just powdery and I can barely smell the pear anymore. Tried this on fabric to see if it would work in a scent locket but it's way too fruity. It smells like sweet tarts taste.

All I get from this is citrus and sugary grapefruit, none of the other notes. It fades very fast and is a little too reminiscent of dish soap.

It smells like tangerine and mango and sweet milk. There's two stages. The initial stage is fruity. The second stage is almost milky. I don't know if it's the white sandalwood or the white musk but it is wonderful. A very foody scent. I would buy a bottle.

This smells like a commercial perfume but also mushroomy and like dirt. I liked it but my boyfriend said it smelled like mom perfume.

There is rum and coconut but basically this smells like an ashtray full of cigarettes that's been left outside and rained on. Yuckkkk.

This is super super weak and has no throw. What I can make out is watery, mildly orange and clean. I can barely smell it though, so there's no point. I would think a siren's song would have more throw and power.

On me this smells like a generic perfume you could get at the mall. Floral, powdery, strong. Something my mom would wear. Not bad but nothing special.

The lemon, green tea, and honeysuckle all morph together into one sweet lemony tea smell. No note overpowers the others. Doesn't smell like cleaner but smells clean. Floral but not powdery. Sweet but not too sweet. I love this.

At first I love this. It's green and white, smells like spring. I get images of a beautiful stream. It's definitely calming and beautiful. A little generic, but in a good way, an every day scent. After only about 15 minutes it smells like laundry detergent. Very sad. I'm going to try this in a scent locket because I really loved it before my skin messed it up. Edit: tried this on a piece of cotton and it was sweeter and even more like laundry detergent. Argh.

This doesn't smell at all like the description to me. At first I smell something generically floral, wet cigarettes and... ham. Seriously. It's gross. The floral fades and the salty ham smell becomes more clearly almond. A very salty, hammy almond, not sweet at all. I don't get rum at all. This is probably the worst one yet. I'm not sure what a rancid almond smells like but it might be this. Edit: A little while later it morphed into mostly vetiver, not nearly as offensive as the initial phase, but no where near saved it for me.

I have no idea what the listed notes in this should smell like. It starts something sweet and fruity, almost pineapple or mango like others have suggested, then a little bit of pine comes in and something medicinal but the fruit is still very strong. After about ten minutes I can just smell the olive. It doesn't change much from there, I expected the fruit to fade but it didn't. I like this but not sure how much I like it, keeping the imp for further testing.

Very dry and clean smelling over the almost sweet dragon's blood, and then a powdery floral comes in. It smells like a sweet, dry flower (orris?). Not bad but a little too generic for me.
-
At first it's white sandalwood- very dry, like bones or white sand deserts, and a bit of lemony-rose. Very dry and still and white. Something a little medicinal, almost like alcohol, sharp-smelling creeps in. It alternates between the rose smelling sweet and dry and more sharp and medicinal. There was another perfume I tried with benzoin in it and I think it had the similar sharp smell. But I am not confident that's what I'm smelling, just thinking it might be. I like the rose and the sandalwood. This is good but I wouldn't buy a bottle.

Smoldering fire, incense, and leather (for some reason?), then becomes more floral and medicinal over the burning smell. Not really into it. The burny smell makes me feel a little headachey.

There's a sweet watery floral in this that I like, the violet? But it's on a bed of generic powdery florals. Not very strong, and a bit boring to my nose.
-
I finally had the "baby powder" experience with this one. I don't know if it's the combination of all the florals or one floral in particular that does it but after a few minutes it really does smell just like baby powder and nothing else.

I almost feel hostile towards people who didn't like this scent because I love it so much. It smells like the pages of old books, dried roses, and wet wood.

Immediately this makes me want to eat a whole jar of those maraschino cherries. Then a little bit of the licorice-y smell of anise... Then anise gets stronger and stronger until the cherry and anise are about equal, and they complement eachother very well. After a while there's something that smells a little burned. No idea. It must be the red musk, which I have no prior experience with. This does not smell like medicine to me at all, and I absolutely hate the smell/taste of artificial cherry (and grape) due to the association with medicine. This just smells really delicious to me and the musk is growing on me. I also hate the taste and sometimes the smell of licorice, but according to this I do not hate anise. Fruity smells usually suck on me so it's strange that I like this so much.

At first this is really tart and fruity, like I wish berry notes would smell. But it's overlaying something else that's spicey and musky, it's complex and rich and I'm loving it. and then.. it just starts to smell exactly like some Febreze air freshner in my past. I really do not like it. A big change of mind on this one after about 20 minutes.

This smells like a really nice laundry detergent or hand soap, or room scent. Pleasant, but not really something I want to wear as a perfume.
