mmm, brownies! at first this is all chocolate, but after about four hours of wear, i start to get something a bit deeper and more complex that reminds me a lot of the sparkly vanilla sugar in snake oil. i like this alot, but i'm not sure if i'll get a whole bottle.

i got this as a frimp with my last order- i never would've picked it out for myself. in the bottle it smells amazingly warm and buttery. something in it kind of reminded me of really good curry. at first, i wasn't sure if i would ever wear it. it seemed almost too foody and extremely strong. i was thinking that it would be amazing in an oil burner. but then the other day it was all rainy outside and i just wanted something cozy, so i decided to try it out. on, this stuff is amazing! the peach comes out a bit more and makes it all juicy and completely wearable. alas, something in it irritates my skin, so i can't slather as much as i'd like to. needless to say, this is not a summer scent, but come fall i will definitely be buying a big bottle.

for some reason the dormouse and i just did not get along. when i sniffed this in the imp, it was great. clean tea. but for some reason, on my skin, it smelled like sour mix. sugary, lemony and cloying. i gave my imp to a friend and she loves it and claims that it smells "green and fresh" on her.

i'm surprised to hear that the mint in this is so strong for some people! on me, it blends in perfectly with all the other notes, to the point where it definitely feels refreshing, but i wouldn't necessarily have identified it as mint. on me, this blend is stunning- musky, floral, aquatic, but somehow it all comes together perfectly. i might even go so far as to say this is my most favoritest scent ever! love it!

this was the first bpal that i tried, and i wasn't sure if i liked it at first. i was expecting a ripe, fresh strawberry smell and what i got was more like strawberry candy, or strawberry incense. i did however, decide to give a second shot and i'm so, so glad that i did. the second time around, the champagne note turned all musky and velvety on me and now i'm totally in love
