    Budding Realization

Receptivity and acuity united in purpose: damask rose, olibanum, red sandalwood, pink peppercorn, honey amber, and clove bud.

  4. A discordant clang of neroli, red apple, and bitter lemon drifting through a starless sea of indigo musk, tabac, and myrrh.

    Steel, leather, and bone.
  6. Fading tulips, sweet beeswax, white sandalwood, and hand-smoothed brown leather.

    Sparkle

Clear out the cobwebs of 2021 in preparation for a fresh start! A sharp, pungent, glittering purification blend: lemon peel, white mint, camphor, hyssop, lemon verbena, and lemongrass. Use sparingly as part of your floor, surface, and doorway washing procedures. Drops can be added to purification sprays or with use in asperging.

Ooh, I really like this one. I can't say that I can distinguish the notes here really. To me it's a sugary sweet, girly red musk (largely a sweeter Scheherazade). No regrets about blind bottling!

    Nymphae Avernales

One of my favorite looks from Lilith’s horror catalogue. The scent of steel pins plunging into crystalline sugar and a spatter of black cherry cordial.

    Bitter Blossoms

A gust of white sandalwood and sweet amber incense poisoned by opium pod accord, hemlock leaf, and raw wild elderberries.

    Innocent Souls Turned Carrion Birds

I am not going to be able to do this justice. It was one of the last decants I tested—the mention of cola/root beer wasn’t exciting for me. There is a richness, maybe something that might veer into cola territory, but it’s really quite beautiful and a surprise sleeper hit for me. This is sweet and spicy, strong and rich on me and might have to be a bottle.

    Pumpkinville

This starts out with a huge blast of indolic jasmine on me too, which I find somewhat off-putting .That said, after it dries down it becomes positively delectable, like a sweet red musk blend. Not really getting pumpkin. Makes me wish the original were obtainable, especially if it doesn’t start off with that blast of jasmine.

    8th Grade

I like the edge of spun sugar, but it's mostly stinky indolic floral on me, and even though I've begrudgingly come to realize I like florals much more than I thought I did, not when they go stinky like this. As it dries it becomes less objectionable and the sugar comes out more, and I can start to smell a hint of plum too, but this one is probably not a bottle upgrade for me, but it may be a huge winner for someone else. ETA: after a while, the stinky floral recedes and it becomes a much sweeter, unobjectionable scent.

    Sebaceous Lacerations

This is very heavy on neroli on me, to the detriment of all the other notes that I hoped would be the main feature.
