Very mossy and soapy with just the slightest hint of red currant. Glad to have tried but I think this is a fail on my skin. Would be an excellent atmos spray, though.

Oh, I love this one. It's a 10ml bottle so I'm unsure of the age but it's so, so glorious. I love cinnamon bark and clove and spice and honey so this is perfect for me. It's softer than it should be from aging and sticks a little closer to my skin than cinnamon normally does, but no complaints here. It's an old favourite and I'm super happy to have a big stash. I need to try it fresh again just to compare the differences. Bengal is a little like Pickled Imp from the CD line but not as sweet. I feel like this is an unsung hero of the GC line. I never really hear much about it, tbh. Everyone should try it once.

Oh man I’m so happy I bid on this when the lab put it up on eBay. It’s a beautiful and the only downfall is the tiny bit of powder that appears at the end of drydown. Still, it’s gorgeous and I love it.

Chinese peach, bergamot, cranberry, red vegetal musk, carnation, white coconut, and Nepalese amber. Mainly a beautiful, bubbly cranberry, carnation, and bergamot when wet with that stunning Amber in the background. It's a dry vintage with some added background peach as it dries. Very grownup and fruity. Feels almost zesty. I quite like it.

This is such a nice cherry sugar when wet or in the bottle. My skin sadly has sugar issues - it can turn sugar to burnt rubber some times. And this is one of those times. The cherry vanilla almost overpowers the sugar, so it’s scent locket and aging for this girl as I love the name and the concept so much. Plus, anything helping the CBLDF is amazing.

We Cared About Such Different Things

Dear god I love this. Beautiful, beautiful musks. I think I’ve found my winner from the AG line. I need a bottle. Maybe 5. -
I'm not fond of this in perfume form as my skin doesn't like sugar, but in my hair it's so nice. Very sweet and candied plums and vanilla - no apricot or cacao I can detect. It's long lasting and really works on my long, fine, and abundant straight hair. So happy I took a chance on a bottle. It's the first real girly or more feminine HG I've ever purchased.

I swear this is Hawkin's cheezies in the bottle and then it morphs to a beautiful creamsicle with a hint of effervescent from the gin. Beth is a genius. I'm very happy this benefits a great cause and I smell awesome.

Mmm, mango. Hint of green mixed in, but still a juicy, delectable mango. Glad I was able to track down a partial.

oooh I love this. I had sold my King Mandarin after it disappeared with moment's of application but Sweet Orange SN has some staying powder. It's fresh when wet (and tart rather than sweet) but it fades to the smell of sticky fingers after eating an orange. I do like it and will keep my bottle and wear both on skin and in my locket to help keep the scent around longer.

I don't get much chocolate or vanilla but I'm loving the myrrh/amber/cardamom/honey combo. This will age gloriously I bet. As it dries the cocoa peeks out a bit and it stays close to the skin which surprises me, considering these notes all amp on me. I'm definitely keeping my partial and will try it again to see if I can get more cocoa and vanilla.

Thanks to the blood and honey, I can actually wear a milk note! It goes a touch powdery in drydown but overall I really dig this. I may have to get a bottle. This went sour as all milk does, too bad because it's really nice when wet. EDIT: Omg, nearly everyone of my AG oils have become AMAZING with age. Mithras especially has improved - it totally lost the sour aspect. I love wearing this one to bed, its very comforting. I need another bottle.

I love this. The currant sweetens the green tea and softens the edges of the eucalyptus. It's surpisingly a beautiful blend given the theme and name. I have a low partial but am seriously considering tracking down a full bottle. It's a very soothing and lovely perfume and I would get lots of use out of it.

This is beautiful. The pine sap prevents the cedar from becoming one note and when the whole thing just BLOOMS on my skin. It's wandering through the forest. I don't know if I need a full bottle because this is strong stuff, but I will use all of my decant and maybe look for a partial.

Oh I think I need a bottle of this. It's silvery and sweet from the apple blossom and the lemon is amazing and the mugwort is just the right amount and I think it's going to be great for sleep or calm times.

It starts off super dark and chewy coffee and just a hint of sweet but dry down is dusty and a little plasticky. I just don't think coffee works on me.

This is very pretty but something in the background (I think the roses or maybe the lily) makes my teeth grit. It's a very lovely perfume for the right person but for me it's a pass.

This is absolutely GLORIOUS. Every time I wear this, I am ALWAYS complimented on how amazing I smell. I adore blackberry, but what comes across the most with this amazing scent is grape+incense+jolly rancher. It shouldn't be amazing, but it's fucking wonderful. I only have a bottle and a half and I am srsly worried that's not enough. It's really that AMAZING.

Oh my god this is beautiful. It's like a softer sister to Hellion, just lacking the spice. I'm so sad I just discovered this one. I'll treasure my imp and hopefully we'll get a reformulation.

Oh wow. This is a beautiful aquatic. Usually both ocean and wood (which is vaguely cedar like) are awful on me but this is held in check by the whisper of rum and spice. Damn, this is kinda sexy. I think I'll need a bottle. It's a true unisex oil and it's very close to the skin which I love for something containing what are normally really strong notes.

I actually quite like this on drydown. Wet, it's a massive kick to your nostrils blast of smoke and vetiver. But later this rather sweet pine or wood comes out and makes it much more wearable. I love the smell of woodsmoke and campfire and often find the lab's bonfire notes too smokey - but this is doable. It's something I'd never reach for but would smell awesome on the right person.

This is, hands down, favourite citrus oil I own. It's grounded by the tea and white musk but never gets schreechy like some white musk blends do. It's also incredibly long lasting and dries down to that creamy softness that was mentioned above. Definitely more tart than sweet. I love it and it gets lots of use on the hot days.

Stinky with rose. Not a fave at all.
-
I've now discovered I kinda dig peony. It's a floral that works well on my skin. It's very nice here. It blends well with the tea (definitely a green and black tea here) and I'm enjoying the drydown. Clean, citrus with the lightest floral touch. Great for warm weather and for the day to day job.

This is quite nice. On me it's mainly peach and rose with lovely black musk. Even with the florals and the musk it remains more of a skin scent - I have to huff my hand hard to get anything. I'm tempted to try and track more down. This would be lovely for Spring and Summer and I'd feel safe wearing it to work. I'll keep my Imp and retest again.
