straight sniff from bottle is peppery and clove and yum... once applied, lots of tea and cardamon with that lovely peppery clove... after a few minutes the carnation combines with the other notes and i am absolutely in love with this masterpiece...

straight sniff from bottle is slightly sweet leather... once applied the leather in this blend is gorgeous...not overpowering at all and rather dusty...combine this with the herbs and this is a stunning perfume

straight sniff from bottle is thick vetiver and smoke... once applied a tangy, dried blood combined with the smoky vetiver is knockin' my sox off!! this stays dark, thick and sadistic...there's that devil and his pitchfork i am all for beth's insanely darker scents and this is a winner...thank you!!

straight sniff from bottle is sweet, leathery nutmeg...wowza ! once applied this gets really medicinal! i swear there is a hint of absinthe in there... i don't really get any of the beeswax...just lots of leather and pepper...woody and hot.... very unique~~

straight sniff from bottle is cardamom and balsam... once applied this actually "amps down" and somewhat disappears a few minutes later i get gentle wafts of something woody and green but nothing much else... maybe some good long aging will change this and amp it up....

straight sniff from bottle juicy pomegranate and lavender!! omG!! once applied this gets a bit astringent but amazingly incredible!! i am a hayooge fan of the lab's anise/fennel so this combined with the dryness and fruity lavender is nothing short of phenomenal... this is my fav of the wunderkammer bunch....

straight sniff from bottle is spicy, dark musk ... slightly woody feel... once applied this does get a somewhat cologne quality but i simply must agree with my fellow gem's review with regard to jean nate... scylla, you are so right on honey!! i really love the uniqueness of this blend!!

straight sniff from bottle is myrrh and copal...resinous, indeed... once applied the myrrh is astonishing!! the copal combined makes a smashing combo and there is just a hint of floral...like an incense rose... this really is so gorgeous and i am thrilled to own a big bottle

straight sniff from bottle is perfumey sandalwood... once applied the heavy perfume notes amp up immediately and take 30 minutes to settle down ... there is definitely a dusty note to this as time goes by and the lovely sandalwood peeks through now and again... while this is potent, it is by far the best perfumey blend the lab has to date

straight sniff from imp is fruity and earthy... once applied i get a lot of peach and strong cedar notes...very interesting... this has great wear-length for me yet stays close to the skin... it is an honor and a privilege to own an imp of this

anybody know of a similar bpal blend or blend(s)??? i know beth has a ton of gorgeous rose scents but what about straight up patchouli to mix with ?? besides fritz' exclusive batch of patchouli which was just that.....patchouli and rose is fucking amazing........

Carnation, posies, and white amber with a hint of inky treacle, sandy cider, and wooly wine. straight sniff from imp is moist tobacco and wine...interesting... once applied carnation amps up and makes this blend very floral-like while remaining sweet...somewhat fruity... such a pretty blend indeed

what more can i say except i second this review with my heart and soul and agree completely =D

straight sniff from bottle is sweet hay and lemon... once applied this is just beautiful...l-o-v-e it truly is gorgeous and our resident, beth, truly outdid herself with hay moon... the notes are nothing short of spectacular and i am in hay moon heaven...thank you for this beauty of a scent!!

straight sniff from bottle is deep, dark patchouli and plum... divine... the ripe fruits are perfectly balanced with the resinous notes in this perfume... excellent throw without being overwhelming...a winner through and through... an excellent choice by our resident perfumess for my twin Gem sistah

straight sniff from bottle is soft, sweet, ripe peach with vanilla and neroli...yum! once applied loads of honey comes forefront with the faintest breath of patchouli and cocoa... the peach still present is really lovely... this is scrumptious and beautiful and i do adore it

straight sniff from bottle is peanut buttery, sweet incense.... once applied, the myrrh in this is fantastic...the best the lab has to date...with the amber and vanilla i am in olfactory heaven ...remains very incense like...amber is to D-I-E for should you be keen on that note... this has great throw and i am in complete awe of the complexity, love and artistic impression that went into the creation...love absolute!!

i was so afeared when i applied this one... pure, hayoooge perfume...but i do love it... the notes that accompany this are very unexpected... this is one that needs a try or two or three! loads of incense and florals come thru and this is a true beauty...

straight sniff from bottle is heady, smoky, plummy, incense... once applied this gets hayoogely perfumey...like a woman marinating in a vat of essence... hmmm... while i loved how it smelled from the bottle i cannot say i feel the same about the after affects... i think this needs lots of aging to get it just to where it is right for me
