straight sniff from the bottle is sweet and sharp... once applied i get a touch of the rum and tobacco and unfortunately they don't play nice at all with my chemistry; after 15 to 20 minutes the coconut comes into the mix...just not my cup of tea unfortunately

straight sniff from bottle is bitter and salty... i applied the slightest dab from the cap as just by sniffing this it really scared me once applied this is all too bitter and soury...a touch of the night-blooming jasmine...not nice on me at all sadly enuff i wanted this to work for me desperately as i loved the concept and the notes sounded wonderful... just not with this forumite's chemistry so off to a better home she goes

straight sniff from bottle is slightly fruity, slightly floral with a dab o' snake oil... once applied the florals and snake oil meld to perfection...this is such a gorgeous scent on me and another winner from the snake pit

what could i possibly add that has not already been said? not a thing except this is sssexy, ssslithery, sssnake oil with thick rich cocoa and it is beyond d-i-v-i-n-e... if you are on a limited budget and can only purchase one of the snakes from the pit this IS the one to purchase....

straight sniff from imp is cypress, juniper and a touch of rose... once applied the cypress and juniper amp up to a dizzying degree... with a touch of rose...it turns to turpentine at this point after 15-20 minutes this does settle a bit...i think i need to try this in a scent locket for better results...love the concept and the notes... it's my dawgawn chemistry that makes this out of wack with me...

straight sniff from imp is fresh apples!! once applied the apples swirl with hyacinth and the perfect amount of dragon's blood and white musk....this has an excellent throw... a really pretty scent that is perfect for a springtime day

straight sniff from imp is perfumey dragon's blood... once applied i get an aquatic vibe from it but the floral takes over too much for my tastes...

straight sniff from imp is fantastic!! olive leaf and snake oil! this is soooooooooo good on!! the snake oil prevails in this blend and the green olive leaf and mosses are divine!! a really awesome blend that i will be wearing very often

straight sniff from imp is hot ginger and clove... once applied the clove and ginger amp up tremendously ... not getting much snake oil scent to start... after 30 minutes or so it gets sweeter ... still lots of clove and ginger... oddly enuff no snake oil can be found in this blend with my chemistry...

firstly, my bottle label is incorrect... while it does, in fact, say Ogun, written underneath is "orisha blend" which is actually what the TAL Ogun blend is... but the bottom says bpal so i know it is just that, esp, by the smell of this... straight sniff from the bottle is fresh melon and pepper and so interesting!! once applied this gets a hot, dusty edge to it...then some gin kicks in making this wildly unique and fantastic!! i am so glad i took a chance on this one...it certainly is right up my alley.... the lab's scents containing melon are so wonderful!

straight sniff from imp is sweet, bountiful roses ~~ once applied the sweet note kicks right in...combined with the rose it is just so beautiful; and i agree this is a touch less sugary than hope's companion, faith...great throw, too... oh yes, i will need at least one set of the gals....a real winner!

sraight sniff from imp is sugary, sweet, violet indulgence!! i have a particular love affair with mme. moriarty's violet blends...no one can do them as exquitely as she and this, my dears, is no exception... it is almost a violet single note to my schnoz... then the sweetness kicks in and makes this so insanely gorgeous... phenomenal throw as well i will definitely be buying a big bottle...i need it

straight sniff from imp is sweet, thick and floral... once applied the floral blends swirl with the vanilla a touch...not much vanilla at all but you can sense it is there...heavy and long lasting... this is just a little over the edge for my likings....

holy fastassshipping!!! first sniff from bottle is mainly resinous...a touch of coconut meat once applied this is a heady and resinous floral blend...extremely strong throw; almost too sharp...after 30 minutes this calms down and remains resinous and floral...very different and quite unique; i betcha this ages to perfection in a few months or so

straight sniff from imp is completely cedarwood... once applied....soapy, floral and quite lovely indeed..... this is a crazy morpher...i get some sandalwood after awhile with the florals....oh yesss...i think it is a hit for me.... big bottle purchase.....

straight sniff from imp is sage and blackberry.... bitter and herbal... once applied, blackberry and dandelion greens....freshly picked.... super bitter yet mouthwatering.... oh yeah...there is that lavender after 30 minutes .... very much like bitter moon so i don't need a big bottle

straight sniff from imp this is a replica of the voodoo blend #20 love oil but with a lovely sweetness... once applied the florals burst into action...and then it reminds me so exactly of #20 love oil & i know i don't need a bottle...

straight sniff from imp...slight jasmine...thick, heavy patchouli... once applied this amps up a l-o-t....the opium takes forefront.... quite lovely ... i am really amazed at how well balanced this is.... while complex it is gorgeous...daaaaaaaaaaaang...i may need a big bottle of this one...the opium, jasmine and patchouli are phenomenal.... huge throw....

straight sniff from the bottle this is a big girl's caramel...sophisticated... once applied this gets quite flowery; a touch powdery but in the most extraordinary way possible... the combination of the caramel and floral in this blend gets better and better and warms up beautifully...after 30 to 40 minutes i sense the sandalwood and benzoin...incredible...just incredible...my fav of all the salon scents thus far p.s. this blend lasts and lasts throughout the day and then some...what a delight!!

straight sniff from bottle is thick, red, juicy musk...this has a lovely bite to it once applied....it is quite floral after 15-30 minutes with a touch of fruit...this is amazing and i am thrilled i scored a bottle.... btw, as with all the newer fragrances, you can certainly see how beth has become better and better at her art....

straight sniff from bottle is a swirl or cinnamon and cardamom.... slightly foody... do you like malkuth or kabuki? you will love bakeneko once applied i think i am getting the tea and cherry combined with the cinnamon and cardamom...this is a very unique fragrance...gorgeous; super long lasting as well...nicely done!!

it's amazing that this is meant to be a dark scent but i find it to be on the completely opposite end of the spectrum for me... straight sniff from the bottle this smells like my 3 year old grandaughter!!! a slightly sweet orange juice and almost lemony pound cake...it is incredible... a touch of something woodsy like when she is running around outside amongst the pine trees in the fresh air swinging in the back yard...oh yeah, that is the ozone for sure this wears beautifully and just perfect for my chemistry...all the notes swirl and dance about in such an elegant way.... hunger moon is among one of my favorite lunacies ever...it is just gorgeous and i will be wearing it very often.... thank you so much beth

OMG...straight sniff from bottle is sweet vanilla cream with lavender swirled throughout... once applied this beauty is still all about that heavenly vanilla cream and lavender...and oh yes, my pretties, this works like a d-r-e-a-m... so for any other fellow insomniacs out there, TKO is a must purchase to put you into the deepest states of la-la land... incredible job beth did with this one
