straight sniff from bottle is butter and sweet spice... once applied it gets more buttery and almost like cereal...fruit loops to be precise...with whole milk while i love this scent to pieces it does not last nearly long enuff on my chemistry which is a total bummer...cuz it is that gorgeous... all hail the queen of halloween

straight sniff from bottle is lilac...all lilac... once applied the florals amp up making this a perfume for a very sophisticated grand dame...very heady, very strong...not for me... if only the sandalwood would come through just a teeny bit ...this is the only violet blend from the lab i have tried to date that just does not work i will put this away for awhile and see if this mellows up a bit and maybe try it again in the springtime...*sigh*

first and foremost i was certain because of the notes in this blend that it was not for me.... lily, hyacinth and ylang ylang rarely work with my chemistry...i am so glad i took a chance and got a big bottle straight sniff is delicious floral and fruit concoction...once applied it amps up...the floral and fruit but what makes this work for me is undoubtedly the touch of vanilla bean ... the vanilla tempers the florals and makes this just amazingly beautiful and a perfect perfume for me...i love it

straight sniff from imp is sharp, strong mint and violet once applied the 2 scents mingle and play delightfully with my chemistry... mint and violet...who woulda thunk other than our lovely creator, mme. moriarty could come up with such a winning combo:wub2: me likey a lot

straight sniff from imp is almost gag inducing to me burnt coffee grounds and moldy orange peels...*gag*... once applied the orange loses the moldiness and amps up ... a lot! this is very strong and certainly not for the faint of heart... not something i would normally wear...& where the heck is the chocolate in this? never makes an appearance for me....

oooooooooh....straight sniff from imp is an intense creamy sandalwood with some floral action going on once applied i cannot get over how fantastic the sandalwood is in this perfume... reminds me a lot of the lovely alice without being sharp or sweet... i don't believe i have ever tried anything so smooth and creamy...it stays this way with some soft white florals...this is beautiful...i may have to add a bottle of this to my vast collection...

straight sniff from imp is loaded with lavender and a whisper of jasmine... once applied i find this blend very well rounded and peaceful...as an aclaimed insomniac, i have a sneaking suspicion this will work wonders for me and will be sure to apply some before bedtime tonight...a restful slumber i am sure to have

straight sniff from imp is loaded with sassafras and myrrh... once applied....holy amped up sassafras.... this is bitter and heady...the nutmeg comes out after awhile to play.... interesting indeed...why oh why does this smell remind me of my dad's tacklebox tho? ... not a bad thing at all...just plays with my head....i will hold onto this lil' imp and use it for layering ....

straight sniff from imp is deep, angry, dark greenery once applied....lots and lots of mint....the mint that grows in your garden that you pick for muddling in a mojito...it calms down after 5 minutes or so and gets very subdued...i get a ton of lavender at this point....lovely and very well done

straight sniff from imp this is sweet, crisp champagne with lots of grapes... once applied this gets quite fruity and succulent...what a fun blend!! a touch of clove with this combo is unique as well...the lasting power is "meh" with my chemistry but i am happy i was able to try this one out...

straight sniff from imp ... dry...yes perfume can be dry and this is what it is all about...once applied it still has that unique dryness about it...and it vaguely reminds me of something my father used to wear when i was a kid...hmmm... this does not morph much with my chemistry...in fact not at all...but it is all about this golden dryness...so if that is what you're looking for, this would be right up your alley

this is DDLM 2006 version: staight sniff from imp this is a fruit and flower combo... once applied a kind of foody note comes through...i cannot identify it with being cocoa or candies but it is foody, nonetheless...hmmm this scent disappears quickly so i had to reapply a few more dabs... this is better than the dreaded 2005 jasmine version but still not what i was looking for...it seems too watery or aquatic and fades far too fast and furiously for my tastes...i was really hoping for lots of chocolate and tobacco in this which i get none of....oh well...i tried

straight sniff from imp is a very beautiful, delicate floral...breathtaking once applied this amps up and gets a touch soapy...i needed to let this sit on my skin and breathe to get the jist of this glorious blend...the sandalwood works fantastic combined with other florals and amber...just a whisper of honey... i really like this perfume and it is very well presented...i am not sure if i need a bottle but i certainly will use my imp unquestionably...lasts a good long time... i envision myself wearing this on a sunny, springtime day when everything is coming to life again after a long winter's rest

straight sniff from imp this smells almost like a light, men's cologne... not bad... once applied, an entire different scenario....hello civet..... a teeny bit musky..... makes me feel naughty ultra strong ... i think this is something i may have the boy wear the next time we use our play room ... hell, i might wear it as well... *scurries off to find my mistress duds, CFM shoes and crop *

buck moon immediately comes to mind... this was and is by far my fav white musk from the lab... enraged bunny musk was nice too...a bit sweeter... and F5 white chapel is also a winner and being GC still available and quite refreshing

straight sniff from bottle is sharp... wet rose petals and cedar... once applied the rose scent fades slightly and the labdamum and cedar swirl together...extremely interesting blend ... this may work in a scent locket or layered over something else sweeter

straight sniff from imp this is very, very much like underpants to me it is creamy vanilla and sandalwood...nothing dark here... after 30 minutes or so this gets even more mouthwatering (as if that were possible!) and has me swooning...this is positively gorgeous...i get the "slightest" note of cedar...so very subtle...i love this to pieces!! a big bottle purchase for certain

straight sniff from the imp is super sweet, thick, dark incense...lots of vetiver in this one... once applied it gets very, very sweet...almost and orange and vanilla creamsicle quality... after 15 to 30 minutes it pretty much stays the same...very sweet; like violet incense...interesting indeed...i will cherish this imp and wear it when i am feeling in the darkest of moods

straight sniff from the imp is OMG gorgeous...very deep aquatic yet fresh somehow...wowza!! once applied this gets quite complex...bergamot and ambergris are stunning in this perfume...and it lasts with great throw as well...i have found my new "p-town perfume"....yesss!!!! this is the best aquatic blend i have tried to date from the lab and a big bottle purchase for me

straight sniff from imp is very bright cinnamon and pepper... upon application this turns quite incensey and a bit floral, combined with cinnamon and musk...wow...this is absolutely stunning...it mellows and gets better as time passes and i can sense the chamomile...what a lovely blend for autumn and the coming winter months....

this is my fav of all the halloweenie blends that beth has put out for 2006~~~ i am swooooooooning for certain first sniff from bottle has got to be the haitian vetiver...insanely gorgeous; resinous, deep, thick !! once applied the bourbon geranium has got me in a tizzy...a slight note of clove and this is "spooky sookster"!!! yum gotta be buying another bottle of this one before it goes bubbye... gah...it must age like soooo fantabulous as well...

straight sniff from bottle i am reminded of red lantern...very sweet rummy/coconut... once applied the butterscotch/caramel notes get strong...the slightest waft of apples...i wish i got more apples out of this but oh well.... unfortunately this is not long lasting which means i need to slather...or try it in my scent locket....

straight sniff from bottle is very sweet cake with some hay and dried flowers once applied the florals amp up hugely...this reminds me a *lot* of harvest moon 2004...but where HM04 turned into wet band-aid, all souls stays incredible with a terrific foody edge ...a wee bit o' incense that i cannot quite put my finger on i can understand the association with eat me but this is entirely different with my chemisty...i adore the hay-like, dried flowers too....mixes perfectly with the with each note.... this will be just perfect for my haunted hay ride this upcoming weekend!! a wickedly fun and scentsational halloweenie blend....love,love,love it!!!

straight sniff from bottle is dry, dusty & woody; brittle...with a pepper quality... that must be the herbs... once applied this is vaguely reminiscent of rat king...definite dustiness going on...and ultra dry...this invokes a feeling of despair and longing...this may be just about the perfect scent for curling up by the fire and reading a good book in the middle of winter when i have just about enough of the crazy white stuff flying around dries down quickly and is quite short lived with my chemistry but i think that is perfectly acceptable for a scent of this caliber...

straight sniff from bottle is black pepper and dragon's blood... once applied labdanum and benzoin and myrrh combine and make this a very, very dark and brooding blend.... yes, this is all about darkness to me...it never ventures from its original state on my skin... maybe i will have better luck in my scent locket for this preciousss ...
