oh yum!!! straight sniff from bottle is all about fruity goodness...mango fruity goodness applied this stays very fruity but then something amazing happens!! i get whiffs of green tea and then just a touch of patchouli here and there....absolutely delightful this is the most perfect summer scent and warrants a big bottle purchase most definitely

straight sniff from the bottle this reminds me very, very much of holiday moon with dragon's blood or cherry...applied it stays true and green with a hint of something metallic...this is one of those bottles that i will put aside for awhile to age it properly

straight sniff from imp is cedarwood and a bit of sweetness...i am guessing the fig applied i get a hint of the cocoa...the fig and wood notes amp up to a great degree with my chemistry...after 20 minutes or so, it has a distinct similarity to freakshow and then changes within 5 more minutes to mostly all cedarwood with a smidge of a figgy tartness....it is interesting and i am glad i was able to try this

straight sniff from imp this is a lovely and lighthearted white floral applied it's a fresh tussie-mussie...pretty and perfect for a stroll through the park on a warm summer day...quite lovely

straight sniff from imp is light fruity jasmine.... i know me and jasmine all too well.... applied this is mostly moss and jasmine...helluva strong sucker... potent....after a bit of time the jasmine calms down ...slightly still going strong after 30 minutes...equal parts of jasmine and earthy moss... unfortunately not for me

straight sniff from imp this reminds me distinctively of djinn but with a much deeper and earthier note.... applied this amps up intensely with my chemistry...definitely smoky and dark... i find it just beautiful and intriguing...although this is much more of a autumn/winter blend to my schnoz....i will give it another try at that time... during hot, humid days this is just much too powerful i can picture myself wearing this with a heavy wool sweater, my fav faded jeans, ugg boots sliding down a thickly blanketed snowy hill in the neighboring town with my grandkids

straight sniff from imp is all fruity and deeply masculine....gorgeous!! applied this turns very much into a pure dude-o-rama scent...this one will be going straight to my dad or the boy....the combination of leather, ebony and english ivy is positively blended to perfection.....great for the guy in your life!!

straight sniff from bottle this is very masculine ... lemons....and sweet, thick syrup on this completely changes and turns into something so amazingly gorgeous that i am positive i need another bottle... i enjoy the sharpness and intensity of this very much...i get lots of woodsy and fruity notes...they bounce back and forth making this such a joy to wear...another plus: this lasted all day long .... a real winning blend for me

first sniff from bottle this is very water-like to me; the sea or the ocean and a sniff of floating driftwood...unfortunately and sadly this just did not work at all with my chemistry... i think it was just far too delicate for my taste...i was hoping the violet in this would be a bit more prominent as beth's violet blends normally knock my sox off... ah, to live and learn the bpal way...

straight sniff from imp this is all about the "dudeness" upon application...lemon, lavender and leather...in that order... and then something insanely sweet....while this is not my cup o' tea nor the boy's, i do believe my father might wear this in good health so this little sucker is going to him...i just know it will smell fantabulous with his chemistry

initial sniff from imp this has a component similar to something in spellbound... hmmmm...cranberry is the top note ... lovely ok this smells "exactly" like my fav soap sold in my beloved provincetown...it is a cranberry soap with some spice and perhaps incense mixed in....love it!!!!! may need a big whopping 10 ml of this one and i can only imagine that it must age gorgeously!!!!

straight sniff from imp is a complex blend of honey, pepper, clove and some cinnamon....a bit of a woody note which must be the ginger... upon application this is mostly cinnamon to me with a "tea" note of some sort... this doesn't really morph much and turns into one of my fav brands of cinnamon tea with a big heaping spoonful of honey...

oh yes...velvet and underpants...without a doubt the most divine sandalwoods ever created

straight sniff from imp is sinus clearing juniper and pine...in that order... upon application a distinct note of civet comes through...or what my schnoz contemplates as a civet aroma... hmmmm...turns dusty and murky....heavy and dark.....i can see the comparisons to czernbog however czernbog is much, much sweeter from the start and less sharp.....nice but no dice for this bpalgal

straight sniff from imp is sharp lavendar with some serious efferevescence (sp?) going on....niiiiiiiiiiice!!! upon application copious amounts of deep rich sandalwood followed closely by the lavendar shine through brightly....this is a strong and heavy blend....i adore it...while i never get any tobacco i do sense the nag champa which adds an extra boost of smoky delight.....unique and fascinating blend!! jury's out whether a big bottle is necessary or not

straight sniff from imp this reminds me of one of the vicky secret fruity scents but i can't pinpoint which one.....fruity and floral.... upon application i can smell the musk, orchid, jasmine and plum...they amp up rather well but i just can't get over that initial VS (or is it bath and body works?) aroma... meh....not really for me

straight sniff from imp this is a freshly baked cinnamon roll with thick creamy icing upon application i get a hint of some almond but the cinnamon roll scent remains forefront and mouthwatering....some of the sweetness fades after awhile and i am left with sweet and spicy goodness....a winner

straight sniff from bottle is minty apples...light and pretty.... upon application this does not change very much....perhaps a bit more depth after it warms up with my chemistry...after about 1/2 hour a lot of fresh green floral leaves drenched with a spring shower....while this doesn't last nearly as long as i would like, this is a very beautiful scent and i am sure it will become a fav in the hot, sultry summer months

straight sniff from imp is insanely sweet, tooth ache inducing sugary butter with a touch of rum...yum!!! once it hits my skin the sandalwood combines with the sweetness making this one of beth's best (if not the best ever) gourmand scents ever created as this wears the sandalwood just gets better and the sweetness tones down considerably; this is gorgeous....one of my all time favorites

straight sniff from imp is sweet buttery toffee goodness.... upon application a coffee and wood scent come forefront.....hmmmm.... after just a few minutes that blasted play-dough aroma is all i get.... i will have to try this in my scent locket to see if i get better results rather than applying it directly to my skin.....time to wash this off

straight sniff from bottle is a touch of lemon with musk and clover....ah!! the sweet scent of clover...lovely.... upon application the notes stay pretty much the same with a subtle touch of baby powder....a really remarkable blend and ultra perfect for spring and summer months....
