sraight sniff from imp is a woodsy rose scent...upon application this warms up a bit but is really all about the roses...i get the teensiest smidge of a patchouli note after 15 minutes or so but it fades quickly...has an "old fashioned" type aroma to me...interesting but not my cup of tea....

straight sniff from imp is incensey violet swirled with myrrh...pretty!! upon application the violet amps up beautifully and the myrrh peeks its head out after some time...this has incredible throw...the incense note(s) get much more intense after 30 minutes or so...possibly a big bottle purchase in the upcoming months

great blog!!! reminds me first and foremost of dumb and dumber .... remember when jim carrey was getting his longass toenails filed down with the heavy duty grinder??? lmfaosbrn!!!! i also have a foot fetish....and you know firsthand my lovely valentina...xo those galzzz with the french-manicured toes here in redneck winsted run rampant...and they are not nice/clean/lovely it makes them oh so gross... ewwwwwww......my toes right now are a lovely shade of fushia with a sparkleee and deeper fushia glittery polish on top go oh so lovely with my pink naughty monkey sandals and valentina's lovely extra sterling/blue lapis toe ring and jingle jangley bell ankelt........

i obtained this from the lovely kymba as a frimp straight sniff from imp is a tangy smoke...so different and unique!!! once applied, this morphs and changes into the most resinous, heavenly bpal i have ever experienced....i sense a heavy, thick vetiver note in this as well... gorgeous! most definitely need a big old bottle of this beauty....i swear it was made just for me

straight sniff from bottle this is citrus and dry wood... applied this does not change much although the wood note comes forefront...unfortunately, this one does not last with my chemisty at all....i had the highest hopes for this lovely bottle...just not me at all

custo barcelona my fav shirts ever!!! congrats on the super find!!!!!!! i have them mostly with the chicks faces...one has rhinestones.... that one set me back $100 but the others i got off ebay for $20 each!!!

straight sniff from bottle is pure mentholatum or tea tree oil...or vick's once applied the mintiness all but disappears and gets very green and fizzy.... after some time it reminds me very much of my beloved hemlock....very nice indeed and i plan on using this for dreamwork and looking into past lives

violetblue's above review really hit the nail on the head..... straight sniff from bottle is definitely maple syrup and dragon's blood...perhaps a touch of clove and jasmine too..... thankfully i got this just in time as i feel i need lots of protection as of late and will report back and tell of my experience

straight sniff from bottle this is some seriously powerful stuff!!! i applied the tiniest dab on my upper arm and the scent positively bursts with aroma...and it ends up smelling like the way a postage stamp tastes for those of you who remember licking stamps even after some more time this has the scent of purple gumdrops... slightly minty...lovely... i can hardly wait to try this one out for monday morning at work...things have been tense and everyone is so uptight lately this should provide me with some much needed assistance in calming me and giving me the courage to speak up when something needs to be addressed

straight sniff from bottle is definitely a sweet chocolate andes mint....the mint is not at all sharp...applied there is a delicate rose that gets amped up immediately....strong and long lasting as well...i will be wearing this and using it with all the good intentions it has to break down barriers and bring on new opportunities

first whiff from bottle this reminds me of saturnalia's older, wiser brother....... it is all woodsy and deep and rich and smoky ... i love it big edit here from wearing this last night: ok so i had me some crazy and insane dreams and i can only account it to this scent...i dreamt my dad was waiting for a phone call from the doctor saying that my grandmother has passed and he was so upset/hysterically crying...mind you my grandmother has been gone since 1983 so i am not sure where this came from...i comforted him as much as possible and then he brought me to this room with a wooden box that had these bombs in them...6-8...apparently he had confiscated them from terrorists and was going to get them to the authorities...i was terrified they were going to go off because what happened if they did was they would actually fry fingers/hands/arms, etc. off and leave perfectly cauterized stumps....soooooooooo gross!! i was watching a movie that took place in holland (wtf?) that was showing all the effects of said bombs.... there you go.....death and destruction....this is some seriously powerful stuff!!!

i love this blend immensely lots of floral action going on that keeps going strong for hours ... after awhile i get some leafy or green notes here and there...subtly....beautifully.... i will cherish this bottle for many years to come... special note: i get particularly nervous when i go for filling replacements at the dentist and on my last visit i dabbed a bit on my wrists/behind my ears and was calm, cool and collected the entire time...amen!!

straight sniff from bottle this reminds me very much of a crossbreed of trick or treat and gluttony....thick and buttery.....hmmmmm once applied the cassia is forefront...after 15-30 minutes the cocconut and cake notes come through...thankfully it never turns plasticky!! after a few hours it reminds me very much of gingerbread and not much more...although the whiffs i am getting are very nice this seems more of a cold weather scent to me... i'm still on the fence with this blend.....it is strong and very bold.....i think i may need to put underbed away for a few months and see what happens

thick, sweet, smoky and resinous perfection....i positively adore this one...and perfect for autumn...i am so glad i scored 3 bottles of this incredible LE....as it ages in my beautiful wooden bpal box i will treasure this for the autumn seasons for years to come..... IMHO, i find the aging of this beauty to be absolutely triumphant...without question...gosh!!!!

this is mostly all lemon....a tad vanilla; a touch of sugar.....after all the talk i thought i was most certainly a dorian kinda gal but, however unfortunate; my skin gobbled it up and left me with nothing more than a fading memory of what could have been a beautiful friendship............le *sigh*

straight sniff from bottle is all beautiful peony goodness......so pretty.... applied i love this even more....it reminds me of the big beautiful pink/fushia peonies my grandmother used to have in her yard .... so fragrant and lush...... this is long lasting and gorgeous and i am thrilled this stays almost purely peony through and through with just a touch of something cool/crisp/aquatic like..... lovely

straight sniff from bottle is franken berry/boo berry cereal with a touch of melted butter upon application this transforms into a completely different monster very boozy and berry yet somehow spicy....closet is quite the lingerer as well..... this one is extremely long lasting and after 30 plus minutes is still going strong but gets more of a resinous, slightly potpourri edge..... i love this with all my heart ....... thank you beth for something uber unique and fabulous

straight sniff from bottle is very strong, aquatic and green.....yum!!!!! upon application, some spiciness comes through.....almost a peppery aroma...and then bam!! a misty, salty sea spray, well-worn leather perfectly blended with a bone dry sandalwood ......terribly interesting and unique....... i am in awe and love with this one and am so pleased to have a bottle

straight sniff from imp is lots of floral ... with some spice.... just a tad mind you.....upon application this turns very floral on me and is quite unique.....i like it although the lasting power is nil with my chemistry....*sigh*

this may be a long shot here but i find that i love dirty just as much as xiuhtecuhtli.......you just gotta give dirty a try.....

straight sniff from bottle.....very similar to rat king..... and some jalapeno peppers once applied it gets extremely boozy...with a touch of berries.... hmmm......not sure how i feel about this one yet...while it is quite unique i am not sure it is what i was looking for....le *sigh*
