Did you try emailing w/ a different email address? Gmail is a good choice. Or instead of a web-based email addy, why not try your email addy from your ISP, if you haven't already? I emailed them from another account, gmail, they did reply already

That is definitely unusual! Do you have Facebook? If so, then maybe trying to message them via the Lab's Facebook account? I'm so sorry this is happening to you! I just checked email and saw a reply from them!

That seems very strange! I email the Lab often (I am a pain in the butt, constantly asking for combined shipping) and they generally get back to me same or next day. I feel like if they haven't answered, it's because they didn't get your email. My last email to them was Jan 28, and I received a response that day. Maybe it is an email issue? Have you emailed the Lab before and gotten a response? Yes, I have. I got their address right, right?

I've emailed them at answers@blackphoenixalchemylab.com once on the 5th & another on the 10th, both have gone unanswered

Ok, I have a situation here, I just placed a large order, large enough to have it shipped for free, now I discovered that a bottle I've been wanting to order is now back in stock, do you think I can order that one and request a refund for shipping on that bottle from the labbies? Of course, I would tell them to combine the 2 orders....

Sigh...I have fallen in love with my tiny sample of Violette Market's Sugar Shock and now I don't know where I may find some more, perhaps Bpal makes something similar? The notes are Strawberry Marshmallow Fluff,Vanilla Cream, Lavender Puff Pastry, and Sweet Sage Cookies. Any suggestions, ladies?

Have you tried straight-up Alice? It may be something in that blend. The notes for Alice say "Curiouser and curiouser. Milk and honey with rose, carnation and bergamot." I will try just Alice alone....it's been a long while since I last wore it....

Ok, this is strange, I think I may be allergic to something in Alice in the Pumpkin Patch...every time I have it on I keep sneezing...strange because I never had this reaction to any of my other pumpkin blends....

Such an amazingly beautiful yet simple scent. The perfect blend of rose and white amber, it is pure Stays close to the skin, zz nailed it on the head on this one, I also get the creamy aspect and I love it! I wish I can bathe in it.

In the Bottle: Crystalline boozey goodness! Wet on skin: Leather & tobacco. I am in love! Dry down: I can smell the tonka now, but there is that coconutty feel to it, not sure what that is? Verdict: I will need 43753859798 backups.

I've had a bottle morph into something I didn't want to wear. I bought White Rabbit fresh from the lab. After about a year (stored in a box, no light or heat), it smelled like single note pepper. I frimped it to someone who said it smelled fine. So I'm not sure if it went bad, or if something started to amp on my skin. Either way, my conclusion is that not every scent I buy will last for years and years. So... I wear it like there's no tomorrow, if it's something I really like. I am a slatherer too! With any oil really, whether it's a fave or not. But with the amount of oils I have, I'm not even making a tiny dent in my collection. I really ought to stop buying...but it's so hard!

I just tested my bottles of Hesiod's Phoenix, while they don't smell alcohol-y, they stay close to the skin, no throw whatsoever on me, but they all smell pretty close to each other, 1 bottle ordered on Nov 20, the other 2 on Dec. 20th. It's a simple but gorgeous blend, this will age beautifully, but I am not sure if the throw will get stronger in time? I hope so, cuz I would hate to sell/swap these out ETA: I am bummed, I recently acquired 3 bottles of Okayaki, this is another blend to add in the list we have that has variances, 2 bottles are missing that lovely creamy note that I love about Okayaki, instead it smells sharp and green in the bottle, the dry down is similar to the 2 other bottles that I love though....

Wow, this thread has been a real eye opener for me, I kind of want to open every single favorite blend that I have and compare them with each other, those I have backups of I mean, I am ashamed to say that when buying backups, I don't even open them to smell/test! I never knew there was such big variation issue, maybe cuz I never really finished a full bottle (other than Morocco) of anything and then moved on to a second one! At the same time, I kind of don't want to test them all for fear that my heart will be broken if I discover something does not smell the way they are suppose to!

I am x-posting this in another thread in hopes that I will hear of anyone's experience: Anyone have any experience with aged Perversion? I have 2 imps from the lab, ages unknown, 1 imp is golden yellow in color and the other a dark orangey, they smell different too, one of them definitely smells strongly of Tobacco & Rum, the other one I can barely smell those top 2 notes....

Totally agree with everyone who's compared it to Snow White, not sure which note in SW didn't work for me, but if that one doesnt work for you, give this one a go, it's a winner! Softer and just beautiful! Mild to medium throw. I've been wearing it for about 2 hours now and it is still holding it's ground. I need to order backups!

I got my bottle when it was first released and only opened it to sniff it, it was too sweet at that time and so I held on to it hoping that aging it will tone down the sweetness, and I was right, it is glorious on my skin now, though having only a soft throw. But it is holding steady after almost 4 hours on my skin. I never liked pomegranate & raspberry, but this smells oh so good!

I have fallen head over heels for Humbug and know what a pain in the butt it is to track down a bottle, so I ask anyone of you ladies, have you come across a perfume that smells similar to it? There's just something about Vanilla Licorice that is driving me nuts!! Any help would be appreciated!
