Ooh. Pink tinted white tea. Sweet and waftingly beguiling. The cashmere wood provides a nice musk base. I love this too. Its going on the bottle list. This order is gonna be massive.

Ooh pretty things. Pretty shiny things with nice smelling stuff inside! They promise to make me feel less gross and human and they work! So, this smells like super nice british soap or like williams & sonoma fancy hand soap. I like it. Summers at the lake with unnecessary and puzzling cooking utensils and the best white wine ever and chopped herbs on every damn dish. Fancy, clean, green, refreshing.

Red ludens? That's all I get. Well, I've determined fully that my skin turns cherry musk into cherry mush. Its a lovely red scent overall, and I can tell that if I smell really hard..like when you're trying desperately hard to hear at least ONE noise to save the whole ghost hunt.. but quite muted due to my chemistry.

Ooh a perfect cocktail. Wet: Slippery sweet absinthe and white honey. Uhm, as this dries, I actually get strong perfume honey like Honeyed Apple...? YMMV I guess. Overall I LOVE this. Wet: The absinthe settles on drydown and this becomes a gorgeous sweet fragrant honey perfume with a breath of herbal green absinthe. Absolute winner. Bottle.

Maybe my nose is off and I shouldn't be reviewing. It smells really salty to me? Like I know there's snow mint and thyme but combined with the champaca it smells aquatic to me. Its a bit sweet too. Not bad, just not expected. Aquatic lovers, give this one a shot and write what you think!

2019: Ok, either I finally get it with the whole Love's Philosophy love or this 2019 version is quite different. Either way, this year we've finally come together for a valid friendship. Its sweet rich vanilla scented figurines wet, then smooths to the floofiest awesomest vanilla cream musk... of the best kind. I'm having tea with dolly inside my brain and I wanna stay here. Screw getting old. I'm totally in for a bottle of this and will cherish it.

The perfect romance..in a bottle. Really. I could point out all the listed notes..but really what would that do for you? Instead, I will tell you this: All notes together are a beautiful, placeless, timeless, heart-throbbing, deeply sensual, wistful, idealistic, yearning romance. Can't get over this one!

Huh. Smells a lot sweeter on me than other reviewers? Wet: got Marc Jacobs for Men, if anyone remembers that lovely discontinued scent *sob*. Lots of teakwood and smells strong like Antikythera Mechanism. Dry: beeswax rosin-warm spicy and gummy, sweet resinous myrrh and a sexy teakwood. It does have a drier parchment feel in this phase but not overwhelmingly so. Pretty damn accurate scent. Better than I thought it would fare!

2019: This year is drier. 2019's version smells like a leather motorcycle seat baking in the summer sun.

Ooh smooth understated black leather with a musk base. Like just enough naughtiness to steer the collective's subconscious thoughts in a boardroom meeting..for all you dirty birdies that get bored in meetings! Hahhaaa! -
Grounding, deep, resinous musky sweet patchouli based scent. More like white patchouli but I think its because sweet oudh is the 1st note and everything else is harmonious. Smells a bit like Prada Amber? Hey, that's not a bad thing at all. One of my favorite commercial perfumes!

Sueded smoky leather that's like the best ever...with lilac and just a touch of bay rum. Its all kept sweet and fresh by the cubeb. If you've been wishing for something like Perversion that's not Perversion.. try this. Instead of Perversion's crystalline syrupy sweet leather feel, this is more amber with a tinge of sweet sweet lilac.

I agree with the mention of it being a morpher. This does start out pine and cypress heavy with fresh coconut tailing. Then, further into drydown its coconut prominent with a woody background. Gender-neutral and would make a great bath oil or deodorant. Smells like summertime camping fun!

Queen Mab's Lace evokes a field surrounded by forest at summer dusk. Cooling air pouring in from the already darkened woods in turn amplifying the smell of grasses and summertime wildflowers... and a sense of magic. Get your lanterns ready and wait for lightening bugs!

Yaaayyyywheeeee! Sugary syrupy pink as hell rose! The red currant is a gloopy awesome supporting note. This is for giggly girly pretend we're Marie Antoinette days. Visiting the ice cream parlor dressed like there's a SugarCon no one but us knows about days. Dress like your Strawberry Shortcake Spirit Animal days. Do yourself a favor: shake thoroughly before applying. My 1st test was a weak pink flop and it was totally my fault. 2nd test: I love it. Dream come true.

Some blends stray away from the classic Black Lace base scent and show a lighter or cleaner perspective of that vanilla cream tobacco cognac laciness we all love. This one doesn't stray. The base is strongly similar to the strength of Black Lace. Add peony and cookie crumbles and chocolate and a touch of light rose. Its sweet deep creamy and floaty at the same time. Kinda Black Lace with pink florals and chocolate bunnies? I love it!

Uhhmmm the pine resin is pretty damn relaxed? Its mostly magnolia. Without referencing, I smelled white tea and lemony incense like under the mosquito netting. Some might say "that's symptoms of a smelling seizure. Head straight to the perfume hospital" but I say pfffhh I'm fiiinnneee lets have another.

Oh. My. God. Getting older and still doing it smells fantastic. Thanks, Beth! Really this is a gorgeous instant bottle buy. Tart mandarin is about as good on me as cognac...which means miraculous. The combination of everything is beautiful. One note cannot go without the other and hold its value. This is perfume blending at its finest. Green and orange colors are accurate. However this has lots of staying power. Rosewood is a brilliant bright woody floral base. Absolutely excellent.

The Mystery of Giant Testicles on a Brothel Visitor

Call me a prissy virgo, but I was afraid to smell this based on name alone. Puhh. What the hell was I scared of? This smells GREAT! Beeswax and perfumey ti leaf are recognizable without suggestion. Warm and earthy with the nuts and sandalwood. Surprising... not overtly "brown". Hearth-y, like think the tops of the Yules collection. Another lupers winner...man this is gonna be a 30 bottle order at the end of all the testing, at this rate..... -
Chai and black currant with a fougere in the background? It like a classic british perfume next to a cup of chai. Pretty cool! Guys should pound this stuff to their skin. Viva la cologne revolution! Death to Axe Body Spray! (Roaring crowd)

Immortelle and creamed honey right off, then mellows to a jessamine/honeysuckle-like scented brocade cloth. Accurate, if you've huffed brocades, like I have. Drydown: smooth...Its a white golden chypre. Classy. Tart and sweet from immortelle. Feels like white + yellow rose blends but brighter. Makes my mouth water similar to citrus blends!

Argh this is reminding me of a perfume from the 90s and can't remember what. Baahhh!! Not a bad one. Like actually pleasant and one I enjoyed encountering. This will drive me batshit...can't place it! Anyways...wet phase, there's a crystalline golden smell like if someone made a citrine-emoting perfume. It burns off in about 5 minutes to reveal a beautiful rose and jasmine musk. There was a luper of some naked sexy chick on a bicycle back in 2011 or 12..? Smells a bit like that. I'm terrible at name identification today, sorry. Wicked helpful review...chuhh.

Another beauty. First words when I popped the decant "SEX." Isn't that funny? Golden glowing blossoms and amber colored honey. A little musky but I like it more than skin musk. Feels more real? Huh. Bottle for sure. Excellent addition to the vulva collection. ETA: There appears to be batch variations. I ordered a bottle from the lab after decant testing...its got more amber and mallow and cherry blossom and not predominantly honey this time. This bottle is way awesomer than the decant. Sweeter and richer! The oil is a reddish orange too...so more amber I guess? Bottom of the hooch bottle win!!

I like the 51 reference...this is like Female 51. White clean lily and melon flower with a touch of ginger. I'm using this as my new Dirty. ETA: different weather today and it smells like really sweet linden? This is fantastic-er than my last test. Going down the rabbit hole with this one in hand.

An addictive morpher, like eating candy. Smells very pink and creamy to me, due to the fig meat and vanilla cream. Drydown stays the same. Still pink. Still awesome. This is a long term winner and deserves a multibottle purchase. This lupers update is killing me. Beth stop reading my mind!!
