Sweet, sweet cinnamon that eventually gives way to a softer spice, with a subtle musk underneath. Very yummy.

When I first put it on, I thought of candy. You know that ribbon candy they sell at Christmas? It's a little like that. Spicy and sweet at the same time. A few hours later, the sweetness has died down a little and... oh, hello there, old lady perfume. Where did you come from? You are strangely charming in a vintage sort of way. That's got to be the magnolia coming through, right? I've lived in the northeast my whole life so I haven't the slightest clue what an actual magnolia smells like, but I bet it's a lot like this. Just on the flowery side of powdery, with a rich undertone that I assume is the booze. If it were just a tad sweeter, it would be awful, but as it is, it's really kind of nice. I get an old-timey flapper girl vibe from it. I may need a bottle of this.

In the vial this is all lemon and herbs. I don't love it. On my skin, dry, it smells a little like baby powder but the beeswax is starting to come out. A few hours later, I get more of the beeswax. A really nice scent in the end, but not necessarily one I'd want to wear on my skin, especially since it takes some time to get to there.

This was a frimp; definitely not a scent I would have thought to try for myself. Straight out of the bottle, all I can smell is oranges. Not just oranges; orange candy. Very, very sweet and fruity. Dry, it's a little less orangey. I can smell something vaguely spicy; maybe those Medeterranean herbs? A couple hours later, I get more spice and a lot less orange. The scent itself is nice; soft but not too delicate, and very warm and pleasant once the citrus wears off. I'm still not sure I like it on me, but it's a very nice scent.
