Where is my order? What is Click N Ship? How long does this take?

I ordered my first time here today, and I am confused. It looked as though my order would take over 1400 days to get to me, which has got to be wrong. Over a year? Over two years? That can't be right. How long does it typically take to get an order delivered to you, once you have placed it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
