Dusty violet with a hint of mint and musk. The boozy note that others have mentioned is also there. This is a beautiful, warm scent on me. Glad I have a bottle of it.

Wow! What a lovely fragrance! In the imp, it was all rose, which had me a little worried because some of the roses can go a little sour on me. On dry down, the spices came out to play, as did the violet leaf and wisteria. I'm not getting any of the lavender yet, but I've only had it on for not quite two hours, and I've learned that these scents can sometimes shift hours after application. Glad I have a bottle of this!

In the imp: sweet musky sandalwood. Wet on my skin, it was about the same and I was slightly irritated that I might not get any of the good florals. But wait a minute, florals are starting to appear - mostly lilac at first, but now cherry blossoms with a hint of lavender. It is an extremely light scent, so much so that I'm a little worried about how much will be left on my skin in a few hours. The scent is nice, but I don't feel the need to get a bottle of it.

In the imp: very sweet frankincense. Wet on my skin: very sweet frankincense. Dry on my skin: Oh, thank god, the aquatic floral finally popped, but, oh my, the musk did as well. On dry down, it has blended into a very light, musky white floral that is quite pleasant. I may have to get more of this.

I usually can't wear dark scents so this one had me a little nervous. Dark incense in the imp and almost overwhelmingly resinous on my skin, to the point I almost washed it off. Glad I decided not to, because the plum added a sweetness that I just love mixed in with the incense and opium. A very long wear length too -- I could still smell it when I got up the next day.

In the imp, lime and vetiver, and same wet on my skin. The bergamot, ginger and artemesia came out as it dried into this wonderfully sexy, masculine scent. Which I then had to try on the bf, praying that it would work on him, too. It did, and he smells so good right now that I'm buying a bottle of this.

In the imp: sugary pear (although the bf swears it's coconut). It stayed that way wet on my skin, and after almost an hour, I finally started smelling musk, a hint of green and white florals. The freesia and the jasmine are really competing with each other, so it's hard to distinguish anything but white floral at this point. It's a pleasant scent, but may be just a tad too sweet for me. I feel a little like I'm getting a huff of powdered sugar each time I sniff my wrist.

In the imp, green herbals. Wet on my skin, it went sweet very quickly, which had me worried because I can amp that, but it has since settled down to a light floral with herbal undertones and just a hint of spice (parchment?). Quite pretty.

Menthol in the imp, then industrial bathroom cleanser on my skin. Blech.

Lemony vanilla tea in the imp and wet on my skin. After about five minutes, the fougere and the jasmine leaf start peeking out. After 10 minutes, the musk hits and the scent becomes an absolutely wonderful musky floral. On the bf, however, it turned oddly mediciney after about five minutes and stayed that way.

In the imp, this one smelled like buttery cake. I'm not really into foody scents but thought I'd try it anyway, and it went WHOA! buttery wet on my skin. With in a minute or two it morphed to the tea leaves and cucumber and now smells slightly like an ashtray on me. Do. Not. Like. Bleh.

In the imp: red heady rose and green herbals. Dry on my skin: the rose is a big bully who won't let any of the other notes come out to play. I was a little worried that I'd just amp the rose, and that's exactly what happened. Meh.

While I love lemon verbena, the lemon verbena in this scent has overpowered everything else and all I can smell is sweet lemony candy. No florals at all. This is one for the swap pile. ETA: It took a little while, but I finally figured out the candy smell. I smell like Pez.

Strongly white floral in the imp. Unexplicably, the bf and I really smelled rose while it was wet on my skin. Drying down, it's all lily, wisteria and sandalwood and I am very, very glad I have a bottle of this. Yummy!

Indistinguishable florals in the imp and then almost unbearably sweet florals wet on my skin. The sweet has started to fade, leaving an almost plasticky-smelling light floral with a hint of herbs. It's not unpleasant at all, just sort of odd.

Pear, cucumber and something green in the imp and wet on my skin, which had me saying "please let the florals show up" because I wasn't quite sure I liked it. Let it dry a bit and hello lotus and orchid (although I could swear I smell honeysuckle, too). Very light and pleasant, but almost light enough that I'm worried about staying power.

Wow! I am in love! Soft musk, ginger, rose, ginger, spice, ginger, soft florals, ginger, ginger, ginger.

Lemon candy in the imp and wet on my skin. After about an hour or so, the musk and tea finally popped. A really nice, light scent that isn't overwhelmingly lemon and the bf likes it. ETA: OMG I'm in love with the white musk! So glad I have a bottle of this!

Peach cobbler. Really. In the bottle, wet on my skin, and for the first two hours, it's been really sweet overwhelming peach cobbler. It seems that the lavender is trying to come out, but I'm not holding my breath...well, sort of. I'm disappointed, because I worked hard to track this one down and had high hopes that the other tones would not be overwhelmed by the peach. Off to the swap/sale pile it goes.

In the bottle and wet on my skin: Jucyfruit gum (I kid you not) with a bitter note. It had me worried until the honeysuckle and daffodil popped and now it's quite lovely. Even the bf likes it, mostly because he adores the smell of honeysuckle on me. I'm not getting any of the honey note that other reviewers mentioned, but then my skin really doesn't pick up foody scents well. A keeper.

Almost evergreen in the imp but the bergamot popped when it was wet on my skin. Lavender didn't appear until it was drying. Lovely scent, but it's already fading on me and I put it on less than an hour ago. ETA: It was completely gone within 2 hours of application. Off to the swap pile it goes.

Very grassy and herbal in the imp. When it was wet on my skin, I smelled a bit like one of the bf's chicken marinades (which is not a bad thing)! Dry, soft florals have emerged over the grassy/herbal tones and it is actually a very nice scent. The bf approves.

Just rose, dammit. No aquatic notes (which I had hoped for), no lily, no lotus. Just rose. Lots and lots of rose. Sigh...into the swap pile.

In the imp and wet on my skin: powdery candied violets (blech). I resisted my impulse to wash it off and the scent has finally toned down to a light floral I can live with. Okay, but definitely not a favorite.

A very sweet floral in the imp, but the sweet is mellowing out on my skin and now it's just a light floral. Very nice, but it's fading a bit too fast. This might be a keeper if the scent will last a few more hours.
