I got a 5ml on eBay when I was itching to try things before my very first BPAL order ever arrived. I'm just about ready to need a 10ml of this for sure. In the bottle: Vanilla tea. I adore tea!! On wet: Vanilla tea but with the slightest squeeze of fresh lemon. Oh my! On drydown: Mmm... still vanilla tea, but just faint whiffs of lemon on me. And now I get a nice touch of spice. It's rather creamy and good. Oh Dorian, how I love thee! He fades a little fast on me, like an hour or so. However that's okay, I can keep slathering. I'm besotted. My favorite of all I've tried since discovering BPAL. Let me just say that I too concur completely with Andrabell's review. Absolutely.

I got this as a frimp from the generous Lab. In the vial: Watery. Floral. On wet: Oh how pretty!!! I love aquatics and think I've found the perfect one for me in Danube. It's light and cool. I don't get too much citrus. On me, it's just a beautifully delicate watery floral. On drydown: It's very much a scent I could wear for everyday. Light, cool, and didn't change all that much. Lasted awhile on me, too. I am absolutely loving this, and it's on my "must order a 10ml!" list for sure.

I LOVE Dracul on me. And I got a frimp of Dee with my last order and hot damn is that ever nice on me too!!

Before I became a BPAL addict a few months ago, I was wearing Issey Miake's beautiful aquatic-floral "Eau D'Issey" almost exclusively. I still love it, but I'd like to find a BPAL that is similar. Any suggestions? Edit to add the notes I found: Lotus, Freesia, Cyclamen, Rose Water, Fresh Peonies, Carnation, White Lilies, Precious Woods, Osmanthus, Tuberose, Amberseed, Musk.

I saw those descriptions and was thinking about Desdemona in particular. I'll keep these in mind when I happen to order another imp pack of things I want to try. Thanks for the suggestion! Thanks for pointing me to that thread! Lots of great aquatic/floral suggestions there! I'll keep on the look out for Queen of Diamonds too!
