    Two, Five & Seven

Unfortunately one of the roses absolutely hates me in this, and it turned somewhat soapy Before the metamorphysis however, I definitely see the why the analogies of candied rose have been made, however on me it wasnt so much sugar but rather crystaline delicate candy merged with rose. I am thoroughly jealous of the people this blend works on.

    Springtime scents

I'm absolutely adoring Aglaea at the moment, can't get enough of it.

    Thalia

This smells quite lovely, somewhere between the floralness of Euphyosene and the fruitiness of Agalaea, the champagne notes give it that vitality and plumeria is the light floral note and the pears (and touch of peach) helps to give a delicate sweetness. Absolutely wonderful.

    Euphrosyne

My first scent is raw gardenia, almost seems a little spicy on me, it doesnt really settle down on my skin, and it doesnt feel like a balance is kept, not to mention Gardenia is not a favourite of mine either. I really wish I could smell some of the other notes but its not happening for me. :? Gutted.

    Aglaea

Mmmmmn, this is divine. This reminds me of the fizzy peach sweets which I adore, and peach wine. I absolutely love this scent, its so fizzy and delectable without being overly foody. I dont know if its the peach wine/sweet associations but smelling this makes me quite happy I must order some more at once!

    White Rabbit

White Rabbit in the bottle smells faintly of a clean honey scent, almost refined. When initially put on me, I can smell the honey as the most imediate note, this is followed by the linen notes, after around a minute, I can start to smell the tea notes, which almosts smells of lemon. It smells like a finely made ice tea, with decadent honey dripping down the side of cup lavishly. I actually quite like lemon scents, so I'll definitely be wearing this again. It smells so lovely and fresh, yet retains the honeyed note. I'll definitely be keeping this blend.

    Cold Moon

This is delectable, another one of Beths blends, you feel you could quite happily drink once smelt from the bottle, so yummy. It smells cold, more fruity than floral but a balance between is there. On myself it smelt very similar to Blue Moon as noticed by others earlier in the thread but there's a sharp astringent note, if you sniff carefully that stops it being quite so lullabye-y as Blue Moon. Blue Moon is all about tranquility, Cold Moon feel to me, like winter fruits and flowers growing and revelling in their pale cold season. Its similar to my Chaos Theory CV except that there was more mint in my CT, but still the blend of fruit and mint. Cold Moon is a lot softer, and melds terrifically together. One of my favourite Lunacy oils methinks.

    Fallen

Its a very dominent floral blend, when first put on, the amber gives the blend a soft base, whilst the florals gently glow against the backdrop of the musk. Unfortunately when the violet and vetiver comes to the forefront, its all I can smell. The image of power wielded deftly with total confidence does come to mind from this blend, and imperial greatness is prominently placed in the blend. Definitely a night scent, I wonder what this would smell like on a man though. Even though its presented very subtly the vetiver still makes me a little nauseous. Gutted.

    Sophia

Sophia is a very weird scent, not a combination of notes most people would think of, firstly when first put on, the lavender and star jasmine produced a very bitter nose clenching scent. After a minute when all components had settled though, the musk and rose settled in creating a divine floral scent. The delphium stay at the top to tone down the lavender and rose somewhat to blend all items together masterfully. This scent is pure genius, though a little too heady from the lavender for me.

    Grandmother of Ghosts

D'oh my curse with scents containing wood'y' scents has struck again. Try as I might, I have problems smelling anything other than the woods in the blend, even after letting the blend settle for a while. In the swap pile this one goes.

    Arachne

I'm quite petrified of spiders, so I was shocked when I was thinking about reviewing the Patron of Spiders scent. In the vial it smells quite green and slightly sweet (like slightly fruit sweet). On me it settles down into a skin scent. Its very soft and settles quietly enhancing my skin scent, this is very soul of gossamer. When first applied, I get the slightly sweet, slightly blunt (some sort of wood) scent which then combines to a pale green infusion which is just quietly settling on my skin. Its not very "earthly" on me, or aquatic but more subtle, I wonder what my body chemistry is doing to this one But for me this is a winner.

    Rose Red

I think this years Red Rose has a much deeper "wet" scent, it feels more grounded and cold too. After the scent settles down however we're back to the glorious wet dew rose scent which keeps it nicely from that powdery scent status. On a side note my parents house had some rose bushes in the front garden under the front windows of the house so in the spring summer seasons I used to smell the scent of rose (as they were white roses, quite faintly) leaving the house most days. I've always been moderately fond of them. Beth is a genius with roses, I didnt think I would ever love roses in blends as much as I love some of the labs rose scents.

    The High Priestess

The first note I get from the High Priestess is a cinnamon type of scent this is followed closely by a mint scent, then the pine can be felt and then it settles down to a minty green scent. Smells like a more minty version of Frost Moon without the aquatic note.

    Frost Moon

Initially I get a very subtle mint wafting through as the first note to be smelled. It was quite soft for mint, I'm guessing that a lot of skillful blending went behind the scenes to create that effect. The eucalyptis is faintly in the background, but as the perfume settles the lotus and aquatic notes vie gently with the mint for attention. This is a very wonderful creation, Beth just impresses me more and more with all of the new blends.

    Queen of Diamonds

Like others, all I got initially was a strong grapefruit scent, which settled down quite quickly. Its a very cool and collected perfume oil, but definitely feminine. I can personally smell the rose, and white flowers but I cant detect the mandarin or orchid as of yet. It smells glittering in regal haughteur, this would be a perfect work scent, light and professional. I'm very impressed with both this and her counterpart, the King of Diamonds.

    King of Diamonds

The king and queen of spades worked out quite well for me and my boyfriend last time, as he loved king of spades and I loved queen of spades. So I definitely bought these two to see if the same effect happened again. Testing the King of Diamonds on myself, makes me realise, this combination is great, smells sweet from lemons and asexual from the oakmoss. It's fantastic, quite light and yummy. Definitely worth trying if you get the chance.

    Centzon Totochtin

The description for this one jumped out at me when the new update was posted, who couldnt resist a combination of chocolate AND alcohol. On myself, Centon starts off by smelling like chocolate bubblegum which I assume is the dragons blood making itself known. It settles down and the wine note comes out and tinges everything to a more boozy note. After a few hours though, one of the notes had soured (wine presumably) and it didnt smell quite right on me, but it's still a wonderful scent. Very comforting for the winter.

    Nefertiti

Nefertiti appealed to me greatly because of the name alone Its not what you would expect for a sandalwood scent. It actually became much sweeter by the time the blend had settled on me. I didnt catch much of the Iris scent but the sandalwood and spices together are delish.

    Eos

Its odd how much you can miss a scent but not realise until you smell it again. This happened with Honeysuckle, not having smelt it for years, it brought back a lot of memories of trekking through the countryside with my friends. Its incredibly happy and welcoming, the Jasmine in the blend acts as a subtle base for the Honeysuckle to balance on, whilst the buttercup acts as the accent to hold them together. The Jasmine did make me feel a little claustrophobic when I put it on initially but after it died down, I was left with a evocative adorable scent.

    Hearth

I was shocked to find this scent so sweet. I fully expected to find a woody scent which wouldnt work on me. But being a LE I couldnt not order it However the first scent which hits me is cherry, (ala queen of hearts *I think*) but its quite lovely, as the blend settles a smokey scent starts to waft from me. Its very appealing to me, and I would love to dab this unknowingly onto my other half except he'd pick up on it pretty soon. Yummy!

    Yuletide

This scent is strangely familiar, though I have trouble picking out notes for this one, it does smell like bottled Christmas. Its very weird but on me I get a non sweet scent which I think would be suited to my oil burner for promoting festive cheer at home

    Egg Nog

I've never had egg nog in my life so I wasnt that sure what to expect. I tried it on and at first I get that amazing creamy vanilla scent with touches of spice. After a while, the scent sharpens to accomodate the alcohol, but it serves to add a seasonal twist. All in all, this is a great scent, its just so festive and yummy. Definitely worth a try if you can get hold of a sample.

    Florence

Initially on myself, all I can smell is Iris after dabbing a little on. Its very strong and after the initial intensity of the Iris has died down, it blossomed out into a slightly sweet floral/fruity scent, with a base note hanging in the background. Its very lovely and while I couldnt stand the strength of the initial iris note, what Florence eventually became is absolutely lovely.

    Bathsheba

This blend is all about sweet, sexy innocence, initially I can smell the plum, but its not a juicy plum but more of an accent to the carnation. On me the spices are subtle but there, the carnation in this seems a little muted to me. It didnt react as it did in Alice. I thought it was quite lovely but its quite subtle, and it stayed pretty much close to my skin.

    Sugar Cookie

Mmmmmmn, this is delicious hot sugar. Sugar Skull really didnt work well with my chemistry but this so agrees with me. At first I get the hot golden sugar scent, after a minute the cinamon wafts through the buttery scent. I loved this but my boyf (who hates sweet things anyway) didn't, but thats not going to stop me when I'm alone with this blend >=D
