About Me

Hi, my name is Sara. A friend of mine introduced me to BPAL and let me pick out a few imps from her "swap" pile one night - that was how I was introduced to BPAL. I'm interested in crafts of all kinds. I like gardening, herbs, homemade soaps and bath products, embroidery, sewing, cooking, baking and admiring the work of people more talented then myself.

 

I like corsets, kittens and George RR Martin. I'm a SciFi/Fantasy fan, a gamer, a geek, and an avid reader. I'm fascinated by history, mythology, current events, computers, science, philosophy - I find all kinds of intellectual pursuits very attractive. I love writing and blogging and making new friends. And, of course, I love perfume. I love the idea of room scents, and scent lockets and spraying bed linens with room sprays (Even though I don't have any yet). And I love collecting perfume, swapping perfume, and wearing perfume.

 

Its been a joy to discover BPAL - I love sharing BPAL with those I love. I love that I can match a perfume to my mood. But I also love that these perfumes have the power to enhance moods or even alter them. I love the potential to use them in meditation and other spiritual work. I love how wonderful and decadent it feels to wear a favorite scent alone in my room. I love that BPAL is something I do for me. I'm loving swapping and getting to know other forumites. Since I've started exploring this wonderful world, BPAL has brought so many simple pleasures into my life. :wub2:
