#245 For some reason I thought I had swapped this already. Anyways. This oil has been reviewed before here. I completely agree with the other reviewer that this is watermelon! You can't miss it in this blend. It's quite a sugared yet still natural watermelon. Underneath that there's the vanilla making it nice and creamy. It has a summery vibe but I have never been very fond of smelling like watermelon. Off to the swaps.

Wet: is there honey in this? *checks notes* Nope. Hmm I smell a honeyed floral. Kind of a dark green floral with a woodsy edge. Dry: Slightly green dark and woodsy floral soap... No thanks.

Ah the infamous Malediction. I have an aged imp. Dark yellow oil which wet on my skin I can only describe as a very smoky patchouli. Smoky in a bacon kind of way not in the tobacco way. This isn't a morpher it stays a smoky woodsy patchouli on dry down. Malediction has lot's of throw but it's not something I'd actually wear.

This smells like straight up hair removal cream in the vial. On my skin it's still hair removal cream with lots of sour rose. Do not want.

When I opened the vial I recoiled immediately 'cause to me this smells of poo... I read somewhere on the forum that jasmine shares a scent-component-thingy with ...poo, that explains a lot. On my skin it gradually morphs into.. cat poo. Oh well you can't win them all.

Wet: it's pear, almost so much pear that it nearly becomes banana. There is a super sweet note underneath the pear though I think it might be the honey. But still lovely juicy ripe pear, so far so good. Dry: it's fading fast. The honey is coming out more but I nearly have to press my nose to my wrist to smell it at all. Verdict: I had hoped it would be a bit like the Perilous Parlor since that's one of my favorites but The Vine has nothing on the Perilous Parlor.

I had read in the reviews that this was sweet but I had no idea how sweet this would turn out. It nearly verges into laundry detergent territory. Lady in Speckled Pink Kimono is a pink sweet floral that reminds me a bit of anise on my skin. Not for me.

Thanks a lot Angelamaria for the tester! Lady Death - Savage immediately reminded me of a perfume I occasionally wore when I was in highschool (I think it was one of oilily). Well this is quite sweet and heady. Vanilla with heavy flowers, the florals reminds me of plum blossom but since it isn't listed it must be the bergamot and bois de jasmin. This isn't much of a morpher. Very feminine with lots of throw! Overall it's a bit too heady and pink for me.

#620 Wow this bottle has been around. Previous reviews here and here . I got it from a fellow countrywoman in a swap. I can see where the other reviewers got the candy note from but if you were only expecting candy from this blend you'd be disappointed. However I'm not disappointed in this blend at all. It starts out as candied oranges but quickly changes to a note that I can only describe as wafting amber. I have never encountered this note in any Bpal blend. This Chaos Theory is on the powdery side and I lubz it!

Oh my Mr. Villain! *ahem* There must be something else in here besides lavender, citrus and lilac. I despise lavender with a passion but this just comes together ever so smoothly. It's the lavender from TKO, a gorgeous creamy lavender coupled with just a hint of lilac. This isn't too masculine and definitely wearable for female villains. The only drawback is that it doesn't last very long on my skin. *Edit for spelling*

Frankincense single note. Really. There might be something else in here but on me this is just frankincense. Lot's of frankincense. Did I mention, oh never mind. This is aging well but frankincense is one of my notes of doom. Off to the swaps.

I could have pasted sunshinedaisybliss' review here 'cause I feel the same way about this blend. Black coconut loves my skin. So this bottle was a done deal, it wouldn't have mattered if the rest of the notes were all awful for me . It's coconut first and foremost then dark sugarcane plus some briny deeps added by the ambergris. It ends up an almost boozy salty/sweet coconut. Body, Remember is a dark, mature coconut. Oh and the label is adorable.

A gorgeous delicate floral with something horrid underneath. What is that gross chemical scent lingering in there?

This is one sharp scent. It started out all innocent almond and turned quickly into nostril burning vetiver/ angry cinnamon. This is the bitter almond and not the sweet Dana O'Shee-like almond. Dries down to harsh and smoky vetiver almond. I kind of like it though. Well thankfully it doesn't smell like rum 'cause I can't stand that.
