This is delightful! On me, it's crisp and GREEN with a tiny dust of spice. It's one of those scents that I was a little confused about, but now I can't stop smelling my wrist.

I was trying to think of the perfect way to describe this, and I think I've finally got it. Maenad smells exactly like strawberry PEZ. Spot on.

Holy carp, Nothing but Death is so so so gorgeous. It doesn't help that the poem is too, but it's just really, really lovely. Violets and a little fruity, but still not overly sweet or sugary. *_* In other news, has anyone (other than KittyHawk! I read your comment on it in another thread ) tried Araw ng mga Patay? ...Bueller?

This will be a very short review. On me, Aeval is... sweet pea, and sweet pea! Seriously.

Holy crap. This is amazing. It's a blast of violets, all mixed up with greenery. It's just a touch aquatic (I love aquatics), but it never goes to that masculine place a lot of aquatics end up mired in. It's got just the tiniest bit of citrus/fruitiness to brighten things up, but I don't feel like that's a big factor here. This is a very dark purple kind of scent and omg I love it so much. *O* I want to bathe in this!

This one is awesome. To me, it smells like pumpkin and bread. Not pumpkin bread, though! The most noteable thing about Candied Pumpkin was the sillage, though. I opened it for a sniff in my room, and it spread all through the place! Seriously, it was all I could smell for like 10 whole minutes. Lovely!

This is intoxicating. It's fruity, and a little bit dirty, and definitely sexy. This review will be absolute crap, because this is so well blended that I can't even begin to break it down properly. I will note that there's very little sillage and it stays close to the skin... but that's ok, I only look a little bit like I'm trying to eat my own arm!

Rose and butter. Seriously. But they're gorgeous roses, and it's gorgeous butter! I agree that this is a "mature" scent, but at the same time it's sexy and in control. I love it. *_*

Almonds! WAH! Spicy almonds! Yep, love it. Seriously, though: Spicy almonds is a pretty thorough review for this one. It starts sweet and almondy, and then the spice kicks in. Great sillage, too!

OH MAN this is good. My descriptions will probably be a bit strange, but ... well. To me, this is fuzzy and the musk is just a bit powdery (which I love)... it's like a powdery teddy bear. It also smells just a wee bit like a swimming pool- especially wet. I told you my description might be a little weird. but no, really, Haunted is a powdery teddy bear sitting poolside. I need a big bottle of this asap.

On me, this is MANGO with fig in the background. Like, if I wave my wrist under my nose, it's mango, but if I press my nostrils up against my arm and huff, I can find the fig. Delicious.

Psychological horror!

Mmm this is nice. I'm a huge sucker for anything Arthurian, so this was one to try anyway. Very much a purple scent. Like, dark, hazy violet. I smell jasmine in the front, and resins in the back.

Mmm, I love this. Hopefully I didn't already review it. On me, I get sweet, wet stone and metal. That's what it smells like on me from application to the time it fades away. But that's not a bad thing! No, in fact, this is gorgeous and so evocative. I feel like this is exactly what the 'Black Tower' would really smell like.

On me, Banshee Beat is ...light. Not much throw on me at all! It's all hemp and patch, too. I don't smell any vanilla at all until it's been on for a while, but until then it's alllll hemp and patch. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it's something to note nonetheless.

Mmm! Definitely green with a touch of fruit. Then there's some spice and woods underneath. This is gorgeous. It smells almost like a spiced wine you'd drink warm during colder months!

Mmmm! I love the smell of lacquered wood, so this was a no brainer. This starts off as sugar cookies (no lemon) and then it turns into delicious oak-y goodness splashed with ink. The dry down reminds me a LOT of Doc Constantine's Medicine Show atmo spray (something a snuffle like a crazy crazy person when I spray it!).

When first applied, this is 100% incense on me. I don't know if it's because of the description 'plum-colored', but I swear this is 'violet' smelling incense to me (the color, not the flower!). I don't get much ozone or absinthe/wormwood, just a lot of incense. Not that I don't loooove the smell of incense!

2nding (3rding, 4thing, 1000thing, whatever) Lights of Men's Lives. It's seriously the perfect beeswax scent.

This is one of my favorites. It's very much a perfume smell to me, but I mean that in a good way! It's aquatic and green and absolutely lovely. It doesn't morph much on my skin, it's just clean leafy green floating on a pool of water. SO good.

An ethereal bouquet of night-blooming flowers. Evening primrose, ruellia, flowering nicotiana, wild petunia, panani-o-kai, night phlox, night gladiolus, moonflower and the elusive scent of Nottingham Catchfly. Wet, this is SOUR and astringent and it smells like vinegar or mustard seed. I almost want to wash it off... but I'm going to wait it out for the dry down. When it finally calms down, it blooms into a lovely floral bouquet and it turns to something I could love. Though, no matter how nice dry, I don't know if it's worth the nose-hair singing of the first half hour. *still coughing* Well, even if I loved it, it's d/c'd anyway, so perhaps it's for the best that this wasn't a stunner.

I read the reviews before testing, so I knew not to expect anything too strong, but this is actually really nice and pretty! It's not very strong, but it's still quite nice. It smells mostly of musk- I don't get any orange peels. It's an inoffensive blend. It's not omg most amazing ever, but I could see this going well layered with something else, or something to wear on a cool day. I wish I could have smelled this way back when it was first released (and seen the label), but I'm still glad to have been able to try it just for the name.

This is going to be a short one. Spellbound smells like rose and red musk fruitloops. Seriously, it goes on wet and smells like fruitloops, and it dries like fruitloops (plus rose and red musk). I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing, honestly.
