Wheeeeeeee WTF is this?? I love this! I first thought it was like a Tiki Bar fizzy thing, but then it turned into sweet flowery stuff! Filled with awesome and win, and I love the artwork. I love the smell of this, I could not stop smelling my arm today, people must have thought I was nuts. This is absolutely uplifting, a very happy scent. Note from day two : got this on a sweatshirt at the wrist cuffs, and the next day it still smells effervescent. And really good. It reminds me a little of Agape, not the exact scent but the feeling.

Wow. I really like this and it is not what I was expecting. It's kind of lush and limey and nice. I want this for summer, yummy but not foody. Nice kitty.

Sweet scents, sugar notes & things that smell like candy

Yes of course you do captn, as you are so PINK... I got a bottle of Possessed Over Protective Talking Doll (of course I HAD to have that one), and it smells like burning candy. Deeply strange, but I kind of like it. Maybe you'll find your candy scent in the decants from the April Fools stuff. -

Captn, I wonder if you would like Strawberry Moon, it's pretty awesome. -
I never reviewed this? Shocking. This is my most used hair gloss, as the scent blends so well with many of my BPALs. It's rich but somehow subtle. I also use it on my 7 year old daughter, I put it in her hair when it's wet (about 3 squirts in my hands then down the hair shaft to the ends), it detangles and the scent is lovely. It's a crowd pleaser.

Dug through the last four pages, and I guess I never reviewed this, strange as it was one of my first frimps, and I always liked it. It is strange, and glowy bright, with an almost effervescent quality. I think I am going to make this into a summer perfume spray, it is really gorgeous. The salty thing is the strongest note for me, it's the same one as I smell in Angry Crab or Halloween at Innsmouth. The melon is there, but it's not obnoxious, this does NOT smell like air freshener.

This delicate, spectral perfume gives rise to an eerie distortion of of the senses. It bestows an ephemeral, ghostly, and truly haunting quality to your presence. Green tea, lemon verbena, jasmine and neroli. Phantasm. How do I love thee? Let me enumerate the ways... First, let me start off by saying, what are friends for if not to give umpteen opportunities to say "I told you so!". I am that kind of friend. Knowing how much I love jasmine, and lemon (when a review says "Blergh! Lemon Pledge! That scent usually goes right to the top of the wish list ) So, my Best BPAL pal has been telling me "Phantasm! Get some! You need it!" like, forever. But as usual I just ignored her. In my last order I got a frimp of Phantasm. Phantasm, where have you been all my life, with me sniffing the bottles of Lemon Up shampoo, and shaking my fist at Lemon Scented Sticky Bats because it turns to meh on me???? First, this is the only lemongrass thing I have ever smelled that does not smell like a Thai soup. It's delicious and lemony, perfectly deepened and supported by the jasmine. And it lasts all day! Even when my nose is blocked up by Spring Madness! I am going to wear this all summer. It's going in my next order and I am going to bring it home and call it George. I wonder how long it will take her to find this review...

I get chocolate mint, not quite like a peppermint patty, but there's something rich on top that feels chocolate to me. I guess he's killing them with kindness that crazy Mars. Agape is grape candy If only I had a vat of that. Gelt & Lick it = Peppermint Patty. -
Cake, cookies, donuts, baked goods, even Cinnabon

Le Maison De Pain Epices. That's a good one. also agree with Gingerbread Poppet. -
This smells of the same spices in Pepper and somewhat in Miss Lupescu, very warm, very much the thing I tend to reach for in winter. I cannot smell any flowers at all, but that could just be spring time congestion.

Scent Recs based on your PERSONALITY!

Hmm, I don't know either or those, I will go and look them up! I love Heroine myself, it has a wonderful rhubarb note that I find very fresh and refreshing. Wow I just looked those two up, and I am amazed that I am totally unaware of either of them, and by reading the description for Nemesis I am really impressed by your insight, as it sounds like something made with a Libra, as I am, in mind. And verdandi? So strange I don't know it as I have Urd, and love it, and just ordered Skuld. Thanks for those! -
High John is absolutely the one. Don't worry no cinnamon I promise. If you were doing TAL I'd say STFU. And also just as advice, put that face on like butter wouldn't melt in your mouth.

Mayan Chocolate with Annatto Seed, Anaheim Pepper, Cinnamon, and Vanilla Bean
stellamaris replied to DJ Sin's topic in Lupercalia
Well this could be my Early Spring My Nose is Broken Problem, but this is much less CHOCOLATE than I thought it would be, I was expecting the very sharp mouth watering Gelt stuff. I am getting the spices very prominently, more spicy than dessert for me. That said I really like this, and think it's quite wearable. -
Classic girly floral, somewhat tart so it may feel a bit lemony, Leanan Sidhe (GC) really gorgeous. Also if you can wear jasmine, Ave Maria Gratia Plena, which is glorious, and has a bit of lemon peel. You might really dig House of Night as well, it's floral but a little spookier. Both also GC, no hunting required.

Damn, you are tormenting me with this Rigorous Love! Now I want to try it. Have we talked about Phantasm? It's my BFF's favorite BPAL lemon, she loves lemon like me, I just got a frimp, and I am going to try it out.

Reedsong, how about Heroine? Myself, I am a rotten, opinionated, loudmouth. I am strong, smart, obnoxious and mean. Also totally soft hearted, sympathetic, and giving. Reformed pointy head. I'm a Libra, I want justice, fairness and I get so angry at the lack thereof. -

Alaeidrel, I would say Leanan Sidhe for you, it's very romantic. And also Spellbound, if you can do rose. -

Starfish, there's also so many Dark Delicacies blends, like German Expressionist Horror etc. -
Yemaya is what I thought of when I saw the title of your thread, for obvious reasons.

I don't like to be naked roaming around the house, it doesn't work with my OCD issues, however the times I am naked I LOVE Love Oil #7, it's a TAL.

Happy Easter to everyone! I ended up wearing The Reward of my Benevolence, it was the only thing that smelled right...

I had got an imp of this, but never managed to order it when it was out, but I always secretly loved it, and was so happy when I found it on one of my favorite seller's sales thread. This is the first apple I ever loved, fresh and I would say green, with a sparkly soft background... :wub2:

Snow White for Good Friday, it's so beautiful.

So. This isn't really that different from Honey Hair Gloss to me, but since I love that one, it's not horrible to have this one too. Edit. Ok, so I lied. This resembles Honey, probably due to the honey in it (nothing gets by me), but it is definitely something more. Strangely I don't get orgies from it, it seems very fluffy and adorable, and smells amazing. It blends well with many of my BPAL oils, I find myself reaching for this one over and over. Aldercy, I have had the same experience with the hair oils, I think the scent is totally out of my hair, but when the hot water hits the hair wham there it is! And I don't put it in the scalp, just the shaft and ends of the hair, so I know it's not because it's in my scalp. Just awesome stuff.
