So first, I seriously hope I'm posting in the right place. I'm new to the forums and have scoured them to find somewhere to post this query but the FAQs are unpostable and I can't think of anything else D:! So I was updating my stash list here and came across a bottle labeled Chaos Theory: Edge of Chaos. I don't know what this is. I've Googled the ever living crap out of it and can't find any links or descriptions. Anyone want to help me out here? I can't find it on Black Phoenix either! The label SAYS Black Phoenix but I have no clue what this is or what's in it. Halp!

I love this scent, I really do - I got it from my friend (ProtoOmega here on the forums) for either Christmas or my birthday, I can't remember which, and it smells great on me But as of late, I don't know. In the bottle I get a blast of patchouli, which I don't mind so much. I'm really not a sandalwood and patchouli fan but I definitely wanted to give this one a shot! After applying, the same smell displays itself, though it has a slightly warmer scent on the skin. I really enjoyed this scent, especially after it dried down! It dried down to a warm, spicy vanilla smell on me with a touch of cloying cinnamon bringing up the rear. That being said... Lately, this has absolutely started to stink on me. I don't know if my body chemistry has changed or maybe my nose has, but all I'm getting when I put this on is a very pushy, sticky, spicy tree-sap smell and it's overpowering enough to give me a headache whenever I wear this, and I've been wearing it for a good long while! Like I said I'm not sure if my body chemistry has changed or not, but it makes me sad ;_; I love love love Sin. It has such a rich, warm, golden glow with a lurking sinister feel to it. As others have stated this is definitely an adult perfume that exudes sexy. I only wish it hadn't changed so abruptly on me!

This was one of the first scents I bought when I first started my addiction to BPALs, and it sounded so yummy in the description! I imagined a rich, deep scent with the lush sweetness of cherries following a rich woodsy scent. What I got was bathroom cleaner, oh, Lord. In the bottle the scent was absolutely overpowering. Perhaps my Imp had more cherry then most but when I uncapped it I was hit with an overwhelming sour twang of cherries which I really, really hoped would die down upon wearing the oil for a little while. It smelled like straight sour cherry candies in the bottle. I put it on and when it dried, well... no such luck. The pervasive sour cherry smell did NOT go away, and took several hours to fade out after the dry-down period. After several hours of wearing it, there was no pleasant smell and it didn't get powdery on me, it was that obnoxious overwhelming smell of cherry scented air freshener or bathroom cleaner you get in most public restrooms! A big disappointment ;_; Needless to say I will not be wearing this BPAL again. The overwhelming scent straight out of the bottle combined with my body chemistry (which apparently butchers anything that doesn't smell remotely resinous or spicy) made this one smelly disaster on me. Too bad ;_;
