This is a fairly sweet peach scent.I love the sound of all of the notes, but I don't get anything except the peach. It goes on peach and stays that way.Nice, but not very intersesting.

Akuma is very sweet, but when first applied there is a sharpness,I assume it's the neroli. This dries down very quickly leaving very sweet raspberry and I just get the orange.I kept thinking it reminded me of soap somehow. After reading a few other reviews that mention a bathroom cleaner smell I have to say I agree.I think I'll spray the rest of this imp in the bathroom! I must say that after awhile the bathroom cleaner smell goes away and Akuma is very nice and raspberry sweet. It is also very faint and disappears rather quickly.

Initially the carnation and bergamot are in the forefront, very warm and spicy. The rose never seems to pop out,it may be there, but I can't identify it.After drying the sweetness of the milk and honey help mellow this into a very nice and Victorian perfume.I would say it's definitely feminine, but I don't get a little girl feel from this.

Aureus smells like the red sandalwood in Anne Bonny.I do not like this at all.

Antique lace is sweet, warm and creamy.Yummy, but not in a foody way.I am horrible at picking out notes, but after reading other reviews I must agree that there is vanilla in there. The vanilla happily comingles with all the other notes and together they have formed a beautiful perfume. The throw is good and it lasts a respectable amount of time.I love it!

This is a very beautiful soft yet sweet scent.Definitely floral. It is colorless.I generally despise woods, yet some of my favorites have what are described as dry or dusty woods, whatever they may be.It also disappears rather quickly.

The only note that jumps out at me is the lavender. In the end all of the notes combine perfectly into a really nice, old fashioned herbally blend. It lasts quite awhile, but isn't overwhelming in it's intensity.I can't say I love it though it is completely inoffensive.A very safe scent and gender neutral too!

This is a strong and deep scent.I don't like the sandalwood and that is all I smell. After several hours it dries down to a warm and slightly sweet smelling haze of incense, kind of nice, but I can't handle the initial sharpness. It is everlasting,I could still smell it faintly the next morning.

After first applying this it is rather sweet, but warms up after a bit.I never could ID the sage,I get mostly sweetpea. It actually lasts quite awhile.I kept wondering all day why I kept smelling soap,it was Aeval. My DH kept smelling me,he liked it.I didn't dislike it,but it smells like soap!So if I want to smell sweet and clean I know what to wear.

I tested a frimp from the lab. Wet from the vial-Lemon!Like in lemon scented cleaners. This dissipated after 15 minutes or so and the anise was very prominent and a faint underlying herbal smell accompanied it. I then turned the rest of the vial into a spritz. This would make a great linen spray or a refreshing spray on cologne for summer. I don't think you could apply to much of it. This is a very nice scent, nothing overwhelming nor very exciting.I don't think I will purchase a bottle, but will enjoy any frimps that come my way.

Without even reviewing the components, should they sway my perception,I will try to describe this.It is a very wet, dark, swampy aquatic scent. It is a little sweet at first, but dries down more earthy and woodsy. It keeps a certain sharpness all the while, something green and moist. This is very gender neutral.

Wow!There are many varied responses to Sundew here.I only see a few that are close to my own.Sundew, like it's namesake is a liquid, sweet and sticky scent. It also has a spicy note that becomes more prevalent with time.I have no idea what it is,possibly carnation as someone has suggested. Anyway,I love it.It reminds me of Maiden only because of the spicy floral aspect.

I love all of the notes in O.Put them all together and somehow they are sickly sweet!I don't like this at all and I'm really sad about that.Once applied,it lasts a long, long time.I tested it early evening and it was still around the next morning! Why can't someting I adore last that long?

I love rose.It is one of my favorite scents.I also love everything medieval,so i was really excited about this one.It definitely smells of roses, but the resins balance it out very nicely. This is perfect when I don't want to smell so obviously of roses. It is soft and subtle, but not neccesarily light.I love it!

When i first opened elegba,I thought i smelled chocolate.I assume it was the coconut and sugared rum combo that initially fooled me. The coconut is prominent at first, but it dries down to a soft, warm, spicy smell. The coconut seemed to check back in every now and then.If you like really sweet foody scents, this will appeal to you at first, but it definately dries down to a more soft and spicy scent.I will leave the rest for my DH. This is kind of like being on a tropical island without the suntan lotion overload.I really liked it,but there are many more scents that I prefer,as i found the drydown phase to be a bit masculine for me.Can't wait to smell it on my guy!

At first Namaste is lemon mostly, with florals underneath. The lemon fades fairly quickly, leaving the florals to introduce the spicy woods.I can recognize the sandalwood, but not the cedar. Namaste is a really nice incense, but not my choice for a perfume. When I used it in an oil burner, the lemongrass did not disappear.I actually preferred it on my skin. This is a really nice scent if you like to wear incense.

Of all the yule scents, this was the last to be tested. The description was a bit vague and it sounded the least interesting to me.As it turns out, this is one of my favorites. As a room scent it is divine, incensey and very good smelling. At first i couldn't imagine wearing incense as perfume, but it actually works. I do believe there is some amber in there as I always like amber based scents.Other than that I am not able nor educated enough to isolate any other notes. It is soft, dark, heavy and light all at the same time.i am completely unable to explain it,sorry. I am ordering another bottle!

I am a lover of rose scents, which I never realized before discovering BPAL.I love 2,5 &7,Ace of Hearts,Persephone, and Rose red.Peacock Queen is much more grown up than all of them.I can't pick out any other notes, but it doesn't matter. This rose holds it's own and stays there too.It is just drier and more mature somehow.I believe it is my favorite rose so far.

Wow! It's a good thing i didn't read the reviews before ordering this resurrection,I wouldn't have dared. In the bottle I smell grape and well, other things, not sure what.No cat pee or poop here. wet, grape and sage.It is somehow stronger than in the bottle. As it dries it gets all herby and sweet. It doesn't last all that long though.

In the bottle I smell prdominately frankincense. Wet,still frankincense, but the violet comes out,I don't smell cinnamon. Dry,this is a nice combination of frankincense and violet,I never notice the cinnamon.

From the bottle I smell very strong pine.I was alarmed, the description says there is a hint.Well it's a big one. On my skin,I still smell mostly pine and the birch.I don't smell eucalyptus as many reviewers have,i think it may be the birch. After 45 minutes or so the trees quiet down and the florals come forward. This is actually quite nice as a perfume. Most pine or foresty scents become relegated to room scents only as I enjoy the way they smell, just not ON me. In the end this is a very beautiful, quiet, soft wintery scent.I like it very much.

This scent,in the vial and when wet is very sweet.I don't know exactly what peach blossoms smell like, but I smell peach. The peach was dominant for an hour or two and then came the vanilla. After that a very soft amber was left. This is a nice scent,I happen to like sweet scents, but it does hang around for awhile before softening to a lovely amber.I think that if you like amber, peach and vanilla, you will like Tamora. ADDED June 3: tamora is sweetly spicy. If you love sweet amber you will like this.I think of it as a female version of The Lion. The peach really stayed with me for a long time,I thought it would fade, but it was still there an hour or two later.I have to say this is a strong amber scent wich will last for quite some time. I have been experimenting and have found that when i make spritzers(half witch hazel/half water)plus oil,I can scent my entire self and enjoy the scents for a longer period of time.

This scent is soft yet spicy in the bottle, rather masculine. After it dries I smell mostly amber which my husband loves and I love on him!I would definitely consider purchasing this, mainly for my husband.I don't dislike it on myself, there are simply too many other scents that I would prefer to wear.I think it's very classy and suave.A guy could wear this any time of day or year and smell great!

I love rose scents!I never would have imagined that before encountering BPAL.This rose is dark and soft, not sharp and wet like 2,5,7 and rose red. It's a very grown up rose.I still smell mostly rose, wet and upon dry down, but it is luscious.I like it very much.

Dark chocolate covered cherries!I scented a batch of soap with this and i bathe in luscious chocolate! I think this scent changes very little after application,it just mellows a bit. Try not to eat yourself.
