The fig is upfront for me. Very sweet candied figs, with a nice, grounded, patch base. The sweetness melds and rounds out with the patch, making it a very upscale feeling kind of scent, if that makes sense. Like something I would wear to a formal party, to impress.

I got straight cardamom...so harsh it made my eyes water and head ache. Sad it made me.

Hi! Gonna be getting married on Devils Night next year, and want suggestions on perfumes that are within my capabilities to get ahold of. I have Samhain 2008 (nice, but not quite what i wanted to wear. i use it as room scent), I have a partial o fDevils Night, which is amazing, but my skin is eating it. Black No. 1 by Type o Negative is one of our favorite songs, and I would like a scent "that smells like burning leaves" and incense and spices. Dark and witchy and mysterious. Thoughts?

An itch that needs to be scratched: Snake Oil and three types of honey. I got a decant of this, hoping upon hope that it would be decadently amazing on me. In the decant, heavy, sexy snake oil and heavy, slow honey. It hits my skin, and turns to baby powder. WHY WHY WHY?!?!?! It smells like Stinky. Its not a bad thing, i liked Stinky..but this wasn't supposed to be this way..stupid skin chemistry.

Its so lovely and sweet in the decant I got, but my skin eats it so completely that I smell nothing, then a few seconds later, i get a sense of barely there sweetness, but only if I am huffing my wrist like a maniac. I wanted it to work so BADLY.

Are there any Snow White or White Rose equivalents?

Its a really tart smoky floral wet. When it dries, its a dark, smoky sweet red. It only gets better with age.

This...is amazing. My baby got it for me for Valentines Day (it came in today from Thinkgeek) and I LOVE IT!!! Its like...salty chocolate and the throw s crazy lol. I didn't like it straight out of the bottle, but wearing it is like chocolaty aquatic headshoppe goodness.

Millions of peaches, peaches for me.... Alotta peach. Its kind of peach potpurri in the vial, but when I put it on, it exploded with a fresh peachyness and then mellowed out to a rounded, almost kinda sweet/swarthy scent.

In the decant, I definitely got a smooth vanilla resiny kind of vibe. When I wore it, I could barely detect it on my skin till after it warmer up, then it smelled like baby powder for some reason. Its nice, just not what I was expecting after smelling it out of the vial.
