damn... now im really jealous. all i got was cinnamon... the spermy cinnamon leaf oil scent i get from lush's red rooster soap. glad i swapped this off to someone who can enjoy it more than i did.

im somewhere past the age range you are looking at( but not by much!), and i think she might like bliss (bc smelling like chocolate is pretty cool) bon vivant, and Fae. i also like bewitched alot, i find it pretty fruity and light.

so far, im enjoying this scent. its bright and fresh and loud, which for me, right now are all good things. i can't decide if i want a signature scent, or just to be known as the girl who smells really good... i think bc of bpal, i'll be the latter. Anyway, swank has a dryness to it that makes me think of the martini, and the fruit is beautiful. i really enjoy this fragrance, and i may be getting a 5 ml.

while i enjoy this scent, it smelled like dry unscented cat litter to me at first. it is fresh, soapy and clean, with a touch of fruit on my skin, and its a pretty scent, but not a "me" scent. I may use up my imp, but i won't be buying more. i'll keep it around to sniff though, it is pretty.

AHHHAAAAH so glad i saw this because i was getting panicky about why 71 dollars was withdrawn today from my checking acct. then that sounded suspiciously like the amt of my yule order... so i checked ccnow (which until today i didn't know i could do) and sure enough, nov. 13 is the "shipped" date. of course, that means i wont see my preciousss for god knows how long, but at least i know where my money is!

i didn't love wearing bliss as a perfume... but I LOVE it as a lotion bar following a 13 rabbits shower. delicious, and somehow i feel better using it as a lotion and waking up softly chocolate scented then having a chocolate scent in my face all day.

i dont have much to add in terms of a review, but i must say, this is one of my favorite BPAL scents so far. I made it into a lotion bar and i love walking around ensconced in blackberry sage tea. its sweet, fruity and wonderful, but with something else that grounds it and makes it truly special and not just another fruity scent.

I think of hayrides. at night through a pumpkin patch. wet leaves, a touch of smoke, hot apple cider, and all wonderful things fall. sigh. i dont like smelling like it all day though, so i may use this with candles or something. i dont mind smelling like that, but its not my favorite. i still wear it on occasion. overall, a winner.

im not a very experienced reviewer, but i have to say that while wearing this oil, i smelled a very maple syruppy note, with a buttery undertone, sort of like what one would get with a big stack of pancakes with real maple syrup and butter. it smoothed out into something that was more like carmelized brown sugar and butter, and has lasted quite nicely on me. im still getting some scent off my writsts and i applied about 5.5 hours ago. it had some nice throw for the first few hours, and this was only on my wrists, not on my neck as well. ETA: i made this into a lotion bar as well, and it is just as lovely... i get to wallow in sugar skull... where is a good drooling emoticon when you need it?

Ok, im brand new at this and im also a bit stuffy, but my first impression of this scent wet on my skin is lebkuchen, the spice cookies my grandma makes for hannukah. its almonds, orangepeel and ginger and cinnamon all rolled up together.

i have to agree with the bulk of the above reviews. its is a clean, fresh herbal smell on my skin. its pleasant, but i would prefer something a bit stronger. i think im going to try making my imp into a lotion bar, and that would make for a lovely massage scent as its not overpowering.

can any of you reccomend how i can better educate my scent palate? im trying to make up my second order of imps, and i was wondering if any of you have any advice on making your sniffer more sensitive.

i just prefer to use a yahoo account for my commercial transactions because then many companies (not necessarily bpal, but many companies) sell their mailing lists. its not that i think spam will result from asking about my order.

Why can't i use a hotmail or yahoo addy? yahoo is the one i primarily use for ordering things so my school account doesn't get spammed up. i'll try give nella a holler today and see whats up.

ok, not to sound like a brat, but im just worried at the lack of response to my emails because i need to change the address on my shipping. who should i get in touch with? have pmed Kebechet and emailed the cupcake addy with no response. sorry if i seem overly concerned about myself, but im going to italy in a month and i would like to see my things by then (ordered on 4-13) so hopefully we can get it all straightened out, because i dont want my samples to sit for two months until i come back!

Ok, as a newbie, please pardon my ignorance but i have a few questions. 1. what is the overall time frame for a typical order? i have heard things ranging from 5 days to 3 weeks, and as i am moving in a few weeks, i sort of need to know when my product is on the way. 2. if i do need to change the shipping address on my package, to whom would i direct that email? elizabeth or someone else?
