Honeycomb, red currant, freesia, vanilla, rose geranium, thyme, and gardenia. Sweet and fruity floral. I love the mixture of honey and red currant, its very easy to fall in love with the complexity of this scent. It is also very wearable as it doesn't overwhelm you but softly drifts in and out of your awareness. If I didn't already have a bottle of Swan Maiden I'd be hunting this down as my perfect Gardenia scent.

Bright tangerine, benzoin, and jasmine. I think I may be in love, this my favorite of all the Shunga scents. As I wear it it softens into a tangerine honey scent. I'll have to check on how long it stays on my skin but if it turns out to be more than a few hours I'll have to buy a bottle before it leaves.

Sweet, melony, honey'd floral. This is soft and alluring and sweet, a lot like O but with the asian melon edge I've come to associate with Beth's asian blends. A very pretty blend on its own, but not exciting enough for me to buy a bottle. I'll keep the imp though.

I Married a Vampire from Planet X

On me this scent is sweet slightly spice laden musk, rich and smooth. If this scent was a man I'd already be making some serious advances, which leads me to think that as awesome as this scent is on me it would be downright orgasmic on my boyfriend. I was afraid the spices would overwhelm all the other elements and that my nemesis cinnamon would take over, fortunately it just blends in with everything else in this beautifully blended scent. I'll be applying lightly though, I can see how it would overwhelm when slathered. This is my favorite of the B-movies and will have a home in my bottle-box. -

At first sniff it is a light sweet creamy scent. Once applied the pepper emerges to mingle with the other scents. Sweet creamy ginger with pepper and a pear edge. I can see how this would be wonderful on someone who really enjoys foody scents. Unfortunately I'm not one of them, I'll try it again but I don't think I'll be keeping the bottle. I also don't have a great history with pink pepper, Mi-Go didn't work on me either. -
My bathroom now smells of fresh cut roses, the texture of the soap is creamy and lovely but doesn't deposit any scent at all on my skin which is unfortunate. I'm not complaining though, this a treasure of a soap and I may pick up another bar or two if they haven't sold out yet. Nope they've sold out, ah well I'll just have to be happy with my one beautiful bar.

When I first put this on my skin it is light, sweet, tangy fruit. It's fun and uplifting. It won't be getting as much wear from me in the winter, but I can see myself reaching for it in the spring and summer months ahead. Unfortunately it doesn't last very long on my skin.

I honestly kept wavering between this and Winter Maiden, but I think I chose right with this one. The pine is not overwhelming as I feared, but lends a nice icyness to the scent. I'm still torn on if I want to use this in the bath, or after-bath, or both. It cocktails nicely with Lush's Ice Hotel if you like bubbles.

Booze and fruit, not my usual scent, but I'll be wearing it on christmas eve.

I had a professional massage with this yesterday. It is awesome, it had a nice glide and filled the room with scent and on the drive home I nearly put my friend in the passenger seat asleep, I couldn't sleep because I was driving, but it didn't take long once I got home before I laid down for a nice long nap. Lovely, I plan to bring this along to all my massages.

Vanilla, musk, cognac.. This is sheer heaven. It manages to be a fairly light perfume with beautiful sugar and incense tones, sexy without trying to clobber you over the head. A Dorian perfume for ladies who like to be both sugar and spice, and not always nice. I may have to buy a couple more bottles of this just so I'll never run out. It is just lovely and may well become my signature scent.

Spicy evil cookies.. but my enemy cinnamon won't allow me to enjoy this scent properly. Maybe I'll keep it for those rare days I feel like wearing cinnamon. Edited for spelling.

Midnight Kiss... Hm.. When I first put this on I thought deep, sexy red musk with spice.. then the fruit came out to play and I'm sorry for this because the possibility for sexiness is up there... but it turns into pop-rocks with my skin. Chemistry, who knows? Off to my swaps pile, ah well at least I gave it a shot.

I would love even a 1/2 imp of Black Narcissus to smell.. I love that old Deborah Kerr movie.

I love the scent, but the exfoliants that were added are just too much for my sensitive skin. I should've read the ingredients more carefully before I bought it.

I'm suprised no one has mentioned June Gloom, but that's probably due to it being a long discontinued LE and the floral notes in it. As for things you can buy right now, Lustration is a perfect lemon zing.

Soft and lady-like.. I imagine this is what a victorian ladys dusting powder would smell like. If you don't want to shout your presence but get people sniffing in your direction, this is the blend.

Peppery, spicy, slightly creamy floral.. Pretty, but it doesn't feel enough like me to warrant a bottle. I bought it without even looking at the ingredients because of the name, and I'm not disappointed.

My new bottle of Lyonesse smells nothing like the imp. For one thing it as a strong butter/caramel topnote that reminds me a lot of Dia De Los Muertos 2005, with some spices underneath it. It's supposed to have a vanilla topnote and be somewhat of a dry amber blend. I'm letting it dry but it still has that buttery note... I've emailed the lab. I'm convinced I got a mislabeled bottle, there is no way this is the same scent.

I'd love to smell Speak My Language by Laurie Anderson.

Dark in color, the scent is strangely light woods, tobacco and a touch of water. Very sexy... I want my boyfriend to smell like this all the time... we might never leave the bedroom though. I can wear it too, but it's definetly a masculine scent. I was graciously gifted with a fraction of an imp to try... and I adore it.

Upon dabbing this on I was astonished by how very good it was... and I've been wearing it for the last few days... I think I may need a bottle before I run out of this imp. In short.. very, very good, if you like the sweetness and musk of Dorian, you are sure to love this one too.

Lovely sweet tea with just enough sugar to be sweet but not foody. I love this scent and I have a feeling it's going to find its way into heavy rotation. The CD swank that came with it is also quite lovely. If I really get to loving this it might turn out to be my first multiple LE purchase... it's that good.

Frimp.. Too many notes I normally don't like. To my nose this is All Saints '04 with a big swig of magnolia and a touch of dirt. Not bad.. quite good in fact.. anyone should try this. It's not going to shoot into my top ten, but I'm keeping the imp for testing on the boyfriend to see if he likes this strange earthy-floral combo. This could grow on me... I hope.

I can't sort out the scent, but it's spicy and delicious. Cinnamon, clove, oranges, and some other things I can't identify. I applied it since my boyfriend is in town for a little bit and I want our time together to be as enjoyable as possible. We will see about results, I'm already doing pretty well as far as success with love and money lately.
