I'm terrible with notes, but I really wanted to talk about what this is like. I tried it a year or so ago and never quite wore it, so I tried the aged imp last night because I love the notes that go into it. In the imp: Something disturbing and revolting, like rotting corpse, along with a whole lot of yum. So of course I put it on. Wet: I can't really sniff it until it dries, it's quite overwhelming. Dry: This is the beautiful woman who married the doctor and is now aging, and she's out back having a go with the gardener. Scent Notes: Aspirational wealth, sex, a thick compost pile with hedge trimmings and old fruit, a birkin bag in the dirt. I think it's really a gorgeous scent, but I can't wear it. I think it's the note that reads 'aspirational', I'm simply too lazy to rock that. Back to Shub-niggeroth and Crowley for me

I got this as a frimp from the lab. To me, this is the scentof the Goth Queen - cold, deathly, regal. Unbearable sexy in that "touch me and you'll die" sort of way. The lily is cold and hauntingly floral, the myrrh and oppopanax gritty and evil, and the whole thing is perfect for certain moods. I wouldn't wear this one all the time, but I always feel like I'm dressed in black and rocking a 'too gorgeous for you, peasant' vibe when I wear it. Definitely getting a bottle when the imp is gone. FYI, maiden and morocco smell awful on me, while le Lethe and antkthera mechanism smell great...thought it might help others with similar chemistry.
