This is very cinnamon on me, and gingery. I'm getting just a teeny bit of green, but for the most part I smell like a cookie. Yum!
-
I'm in love! This is crushed herbs in morning dew, with a hint of yuzu. Absolute magic.
-
I wanted to love this! I was so excited when I got it! I was like Veruca Salt at Wonka's Chocolate Factory after she ate the gum. You know the part where she was screaming out the flavors! I was doing the same thing only it something like this: Vanilla! Mint! Booze! PLASTIC!!! FEK!!!!!! I ran screaming to wash it off. I feel bad everytime I don't write a glowing review about an oil. Beth: I love you, but this one is just not for me.

This blend went cloying on me. It's baby powder and gardenia. Not for me.

If there was one scent I wish I could afford to douse myself in this would be it. Bright red cherries, sultry dragon's blood, and just a hint of musk.
-
This is a special blend to me, because it was the first one I sniffed. This blend is black, sharp and resinous. I can't pick out the notes, but it's beautiful.
-
This scent is not floral on me at all. It's dark red, spicy and leering. It's everything I wanted Red Lantern to be.
-
This scent is a pale green bitter floral scent, with just a hint of dry white blooms and the finish. Very pretty.

This is a glittering, ice cold scent on me with a dry pale floral, and light musk finish. This is one of my favorite blends.

Job Interview Recommendations

I've been wearing TAL oils to interviews lately. Especially charisma, it makes me feel more confident. -
This is my fav. musky scent. It's so warm and enveloping. I need a 10ml.

In the bottle: Vetiver, soft aquatic notes, and lily On: This is glorious! Smells like an inky, murky lagoon, but in a good way. It smells like the calm before the storm. Like there is something waiting for you underneath the water. This is what I wanted Cthulu to be.

This is the most wonderful, dark and true violet scent I have ever worn. It reminds me a foggy moor, somewhere in the Scottish Highlands....
-
This is the first oil that actually made my skin feel warm after I applied slathered it on. I'm not sure what to think of this one, when I read the description my mind was set on cinnamon, clove, dragon's blood, and yellow flowers. On: It's very floral, spicy red floral, like cobra lily but with a softer note at the end. There is something smoldering and metalic, that I just can't put my finger on. Lot's of throw. Verdict: Nice
-
What an interesting blend! First sniff is violet and cinnamon....on the skin the first two, plus amber, light woods, and something sharp and pungent on the finish, perhaps a resin? I'm really in love with this scent. It reminds me of a cloudy day.

In the imp: Sweet tarts On: Sweet tarts for about ten minutes, and then this one goes powdery on me. I smell like baby powder.
-
All I got from this was lemon. No mint, no anise, nothing! I so wanted this to work on me, but alas it makes me smell like lemon pledge.
-
This is a wonderful frimp from the frimp fairy (aka labbies)! First sniff: Morello cherry, cinnamon, clove, heavy musk, and dark dragon's blood. This is one dark scent. Makes me think of a swanky, red velvet drenched martini lounge. On: Oh bliss! A hint of patchouli kicks in after 10 minutes. What a lovely scent! Top notes dark cherry, dark musk, cinnamon, clove, finished a dark dry cinnamon and patchouli. Verdict: A bottle shall be ordered at once!
-
This is the only BPAL I have ever ran screaming to wash off. In the bottle: Sharp roses, bitter jasmine, myrrh, ginger and biting ash. On: I smelled like a sweaty old woman, who hasn't washed in ages. Verdict: Beware of myrrh and jasmine combos, for they make me smell like ass. edited for early morning spelling

This is one of my favorite non-rose florals. I can't place all of the notes, but sharp musk, lily (duh), and something sharp, ginger perhaps? I can't wait to get a bottle of this stuff!

A fiery Martial blend that embodies primal rage, lust for conquest, and all-encompassing desire. Dragon’s blood essence, heavy red musk, Indonesian patchouli and swarthy vetiver with a drop of cinnamon. In the Imp: Fiery Cinnamon, Dragon's Blood and Vetiver On: CINNAMON! Dragon's Blood, something dark and woozy, with a hint of vetiver. I smell like a red hot. Verdict: Need a bottle.

Strong black tea and milk with white pepper, ginger, honey and vanilla, spilled over the crisp scent of clean linen. In the imp: Something floral, although I can't place it. Something sweet and creamy, and sharp tea. On: WOW! My skin amp'ed the sweet stuff (I think it was the honey, because at this point I have yet to smell the vanilla), to a very loud level, and then mellowed out within a minute. Five minutes later: The vanilla comes through (nice choice, Beth), it's not the gaggy vanilla that seems to plague cheap candles. This is like sticking your face into a jar of vanilla beans. yum! The honey is soft in the backround, finished by mellow tea, and a sharp note of white pepper. I really didn't want to like this blend, but I do. It makes me feel twitchy, so I think I'll reserve it for those days I can't seem to wake up. Verdict: I wanna bottle!

In the bottle: Ozone, dry woods, lily, something white On: Not much of a difference, makes me think of a cloudy day, when the weather is just crisp enough to warrant a jacket. Dry: White woods, and the faintest scent of lily. Very nice.
-
In the bottle: Cherries! I hate fake cherry scents, so I was delighted that this actually smelled like the morello cherries I grew up eating. On: Cherry gets spanked by velvet covered mahogany. Dry down: The cherry mellow just a little and the woods, and something creamy come through. I think this one is going to be used as a candle dressing. It's too sweet to wear on the skin, but sexy enough to want to keep.

In the bottle: Soft green, aquatic, and something floral On: The cucumber shows up, followed by somelight floral...liliy perhaps? Dry down: This one doesn't last on me, what a shame.
