Most of the one's with dragon's blood rsin are deep red in colour, whereas Belladonna & Bewitched are very green in colour, saturnalia is deep amber coloured & Hakkotsu is almost purely clear- also I've found some oils thicker than others depending on the ingredients so what you found with the High John is probably normal

No- Peril have 5 ml bottles of a select few perfumes, but if you ask they shall supply apparently. The chickee that runs peril said she had no idea how they'd sell or how thry smelt so went by the names. In her LJ she said that if people check out the website & request smells she'll try & get them in. Failing that if you're also in Melbourne I always order for myself & 3 others at least so just add your name to the list & next shipment add yours to mine. Beth- don't think for a second that anyone's upset at you guys!!! I actually told my mother ages ago about your shipping woes & we both expressed concern that someone at the USPS may be making a good side-business off your back. We wouldn't out it past anyone given that a few x-mas' ago an Australia Post worker had his house raided by federal police to find several rooms in his house & his entire garage stocked ceiling high with other people's things he's swiped whilst on duty. 95% of which were x-mas presents that people were shipping to loved one's interstate!! tens of thousands of dollars worth! So, unfortunately I would not be at all surprised if somthing dodgy was happening over there of a likewise nature. Your friend's discovery at the market could well be the first step to finding out what's been happening to all those lost orders! The net closes in!!! & if anything untoward is going on with USPS workers with light fingers then you'll find out soon enough, I'm sure of it WE never blame you as we all read your posts & know damn well it's the USPS' fault given you often re-send orders at your own expense, name me another bussiness that would go that far for their customers? Ditto- I adore Potion & Carnivale went "Juicy Fruit" on me too. I normally love all the ingredients in this but it just didn't work with my bod, smelt like overripe fruit on me.

Noir & Hakkotsu for me but different kinds of ghostly. Maiden is a bit ghostly as it makes me nostalgic for past loves to the point where I swear I can feel them- scary as no sooner did I say that about Maiden once & an ex bloody called right then to say hi!!! Spooky indeed!

I adore this one yet I has no green/herby-ness on me at all. This is a pure baby powder/clean baby smell on me & I have just ordered a bottle of my own as has my Mother. It reminds me of going for an afternoon nap on a breezy spring day & big fluffy white cotton pillows. Very girly & soft on me & does what it claims as far as the boys go! They go nuts for this one (and Noir too which smells like a 'nighttime' version of this on me) it's still seductive but in a comforting way rather than confronting. Beguiling is probably a better word.

I have all 3. Saturnalia is a smoky deep purple violet. Strong n' sexy violet Faustus doesn't smell violety to me at all just VERY spicy & heady, maybe there's a feint hint of violet lurking in the back. Hidden violet. Le Serpent qui Danse is a vanillaish, floraly type violet , sweetly feminine violet. Hope that helps

MMM, yummy. This smell is actually pretty strong on me & I also am not a lavender person at all, in fact it usually gives me a headche. But Old Paris is a big lavender hit with enough spice to give it a bit more body. This smell is the epitome of a sophisticated, immaculately groomed pouty Parisan women- dressed in a tailored skirt of respectable length & a silk shirt, but underneath she's wearing a really racy black leather & lace get up. Feminine & sophisticated but with a definite sultriness that inspires one to give everyone come hither looks.

Odd. I'm wearing it now & it's almost licoricey on me at first, kind of in a sickly way (like hoe Old Kyoto goes on me) but within seconds it goes freshly herby/citrus & at fist I thought "no way" But then, about 40 mins or so later, this gorgeous soft powdery feminine smell is wafting up...could it be? Yep. It was. If you don't like this one at first, wait a while, it may surprise you! Like it, but Come to Me is still the ultimate voodoo blend per moi.

Liquid sex! Try & resist a man wearing this one! Got it for self, gave to boy as whilst divine, a little butch for moi. Heady, wicked & very bad boy. This smell doesn't walk it slinks & lurches. The smell made me imagine a bad boy, leather jacket, motorbike snarling at the night sky before ripping up the town! Boyishly sinister, good for women too if you want a strong commanding "don't mess with me" smell -

*oops* Me & my babbling! Sorry 'bout that. But I really do think Old N.O is the big brasher sister if Twilight so both are lovely, but really would have to be in the right mood for it Hope you like them. Look forward to your take on it

This smells just like jelly belly toasted marshmallow & buttered popcorn beans- my two faves Gave it to boy so he can smell edible *nibble nibble* Bit too sweet for me but very yummy none the less

Very pretty. Smelt very violetish at first with a feint touch of the gardenia but after a few hours went very sweet & vanilla-ish. I like it, but probably not enough to buy a bottle.
