This came as an frimp from the lab and as much as I don't need another tea/vanilla scent. In the Imp - Vanilla, tea, and light floral back note On my Skin Wet - Ginger and black tea with a little vanilla On my skin Dry - Creamy vanilla tea with linen

In the Imp - Initial sniff: Dirt. Another sniff: boozy patchouli finishing with a menthol tinge into the apricot. On Skin Wet - dirt then apricot on a backdrop of the patchouli with a hint of booziness as it starts to dry. On Skin Dry - Exactly what the description says apricot and patchouli Well, its true to the description on my skin. I just don't know if I like it or not. I'll have to try it again when the husband can smell things again (sometimes he's the swing vote).

I ordered this as a imp from the lab. I was hoping to find something a little different than what I usually wear. Sadly, this went all rose, all the time on me. In the Imp - Patchouli, vanilla, and rose On Skin Wet - Patchouli, rose - starting to get soap, like an undertone of safeguard soap On Skin Dry - Rose soap, BAH! Off to the swap pile with you!

This was a frimp from the lab. Well, I tried this on me and it sings CIVET! After a long while like >4 hrs it faded to something that was kind of nice on me, but after the "test" there's no way I'm going to ride out the nasty to get to the nice when there are other that work so much nicer on me. Although I will slap some on the husband to see if it likes his chemistry better than mine. If not, off to the swaps or I may use it in ritual work as ayelienne suggested. In the Imp - musky (and by musky I mean civet), animal with some spice in the undertone On Skin Wet - musky, sweet animal smell faint spice On Skin Dry - still quite musky, manly smelling but the spice is more prominent. Really strong throw. After >3 hrs a little softer, more incensy

A scent as heavy as thunder from the Vatican, with notes that inspire every sin and excess. Black opium, with vetivert and honeysuckle. In imp - grassy green with "easter" flowers: lilles, Hyacinths On Skin Wet - Still those darn "easter" flowers then is starts to get incensy as it dries On Skin Dry - Once dry is becomes really faint on me, barely there incense I don't think this one is for me, as much as I loved the name and wanted it to work.

Overall I liked it and will probably by a 5ml. In the Imp - Spices: cloves, cardamon with maybe some sandalwood, no vanilla (was a little worried here) On Skin Wet - Spicey/Incensy On Skin Dry -intially incensy as it dries, after 1.5 hrs it is more vanilla with a touch of spices

Another of my favorites (despite the husband's opinion). I really like the lab's red sandlewood. I wear this scent when I want to feel sexy. In Bottle: Jasmine with tinges of the sandlewood and clove On my Skin Wet - Jasmine, definitely, with the sandlewood and clove then fading with the musk and vanilla starting to warm up during the dry down. On my Skin Dry - the jasmine has softened and allow the other floral to show through resulting in a delicate musky scent with soft florals and hints of vanilla. This one also has good staying power on my skin which seems to "eat" softer scents.

First one I tried from my new imp pack. In the Imp - Sharp sage with a tinge of sweetness (the cedar, I think) On my Skin Wet - Initially, the almost biting sage that starts to fade to the sweet cedar as it starts to dry. On my Skin Dry - Soft musky cedar; I don't get any pronounced vanilla or lavender, but there is something hovering at the edges that could be the combo of the two. I like this and will be keeping the imp, and there is a good chance I'll order a bottle. The husband likes this one too, which is a first. Usually, I get a *sniff*: "it's OK" reaction, even for my favorites.

Another of the frimps with a recent order. In the Imp - Very musk and spicey with earthy (like freshly turned soil) undertones. On my Skin Wet - Initially spicey, fading quickly to a "woodsy" scent (like the forest in early fall), but has a bit of an almost menthol note in the background (start of the myrrh, maybe?) On my Skin Dry - Still woodsy with the myrrh and sandle starting to apper. I liked this, but It smells better on the husband. He maybe getting a bottle of it soon.

Another freebie from the lab. In the Imp - A sweet medicinal scent with some pine around the edge of it. On my SKin Wet - The pine is strong on my skin with sweet undetones. As its starts to dry the pine fades leaving a softly sweet musky tone. On my Skin Dry - a nice incensy scent My only problem is my skin really absorbed this quickly, within an hour I could barely find where I put it on my skin. I'm going to keep the imp, but I don't think I will get a bigger bottle.

I received a "frimp" of this with a recent order. In the Imp - Almonds, pure almond reminds be of the extract used for baking On my skin wet - Soapy almonds the jasmine starts to appear during the dry down On my skin Dry - the jasmine is more to the fore now with untones of almond and something rose-ish. It is still soapy on my skin. After 2 tries, Salome doesn't seem to like me; off to the swaps for you little imp.

Like Dorian, I intially bought an imp off this, but never posted a review. Now that I have a larger bottle, I getting around to sitting down and going through my scents and making notes on them. In the Bottle: Strong, almost harsh, citrus with the faints notes of tea. (I have to do the inhaling through the nose with my mouth open to pick up any of the tea). On my Skin Wet: Very strong Earl Grey, especially the bergamot. After a few minutes as it starts to dry I pick up hints of leather in the undertones. On my Skin Dry: The Earl Grey is still there, but has mellowed to more of the tea scent. The leather is more obvious. There is also something sweet in the undertones now. I tend to wear Severin when I want to feel powerful which is odd for a scent named after a sub.

Ah, Dorian, my beloved. I didn't do a review when I received my imp, but figured I best do one now that my 5ml has arrived. Bottle - Vanilla sugar and Lemon tea On Skin Wet - Tea with the musk and vanilla undertones starting to peak out as it beings to dry On Skin Dry - Tea holding strong with the musk becoming more of an undertone. I found the vanilla reappears over time as the tea scent begins to fade a little.

This came to me a as frimp in my latest order. Overall I liked it. It was what I was hoping for with "O." I will be keeping the imp and will probably order another imp when it runs out, but I'm not sure I'll get a big bottle of it. The redux - No peanuts for me either. In the Imp - honey, amber fading to the alcohol note I wanted to say... Scotch (checking the Lab description: Cognac) On Skin Wet - still the cognac, florals, and amber starts drying to a sweeter more amber notes On Skin Dry - Initially, warm honey, a little musky and a powdery floral note is starting to come through. After abotu 30 minutes, more floral has appeared while maintaining the amber undertones.

The lab sent this as a frimp with my latest order. In the imp- had almost a medicinal undertone, clean with a "bite" of something On Skin Wet - Tangy: lime and cardamon On Skin Dry- After a few minutes: back to smelling clean, kinda like a powdery citrus Really never got the amber or musk on me. Haunted made a better showing on the husband. Also as someone lese mention the scent really morphed on both DH & I, at times after about an 1hr or so it have almost a sharp metallic bite to it. Probably will swap it or give it to a friend.

Another suggestion (some have alluded to this) is wear something that makes you feel sexy, powerful, and in control. This will effect how you carry yourself and the vibe other pick up from you. Few things annoy the "enemy" more than not being able to rattle your confidence. Best of luck.

O went baby powdery on me too. Dorian wears well on me and I really like it (ordered a larger bottle), so maybe you'll get lucky with it. There is a big "market" in imp trading and a big following for alot of the scents you have. I'd suggest swapping to try some other scents. Good Luck.

The scent of sexual obsession, slavery to sensual pleasure, and the undercurrent of innocence defiled utterly. Amber and honey with a touch of vanilla. I really wanted to love "O"; the description sounds right up my alley. In the imp: lovely, but a bit heavy. On the skin, damp: sexy, wonderful, warm Dry: baby powder....BAH! What happened? A co-worker even commented once: "Do you smell baby powder? Something smells like baby powder." Er, me?! Oh well. I'm glad it works for others.
