Oh Anne you are a sassy lady. This scent can go from perfect wood and salt, staying that way all day. And the next to something funky akin to a stinky lumber jack. One her good days I love her like mad. Soooo to make her happy I need to get a scent locket. Anne you are pushy and get your way, to bad my skin try's to fight back.

Sigh...... This smells like heaven. If you are thinking about getting this scent, do it. I only like a few oils on my weirdo skin and this one stayed true the entire time I wore it. Somehow I turn good things into the smell of old wood floors. But not Dorian, he is too fancy to change. It's clean and dirty, sexy and pure. Everything melds into the perfect scent, Dorian you are the man I have been waiting for.

I really like embalming fluid. It smells like lemons and this dish soap my grandmother used. It brought me back to spending summers with her in the pacific northwest. Green, clean and zingy. It's more mainstream but it could be a great gateway scent into BPAL for the more conservitive.

What I get more from this at first is the underlaying scent of an orange spiced tea and much heavier of the tobacco and musk. After a few hours it is just smoke and slight vanilla. It reminds me of a lovely old man smoking pipe tobacco and it gives me the smiles.

This is the oil that drew me to BPAL. The descriptions made me take a chance and I don't really ever do that on internet shopping. But I am so happy I did. This smells like, in my strange dream world, Stevie Nicks Ice Cream shop. She makes the best vanilla ice cream and waffle cones and her incense is wafting through the air. Gold Dust Woman is playing and we dance. I try not to go zombie on my arm cause it smells so good. I can't wait to order more!!!!!

Ok here is my first post and want to say Hello to everyone. I placed my first order for a bottle of Snake Oil and got Fire of Love as the extra imp in the box. After first sniff I got a faint flower smell but it was overwhelmed because I managed to try all the scents I received on at one time (I lack control). So when my sister raced over to get her smells on we tested it on her. She smiled very wide and said "It's lilacs after the rain in Mom and Dad's garden." On her it is exactly that. It is a cool May after the rain and you are running in the wet grass with lilacs. A few days later when I tried it on myself (just one scent this time) it was more smokey and lemon scented. On her its a vision on me its a very nice scent. These oils do bring out memories and are as amazing as the descriptions and all of your reviews!
