In the Bottle: Foody buttery creamcheesy doom. no. Almost didn't skintest, but I am too curious. Wet: Blech! Wait! Lemon... sweet... BLECH! Wait...Pear? okay this is ...BLECH! Well maybe I should wait a moment. Dry: Mellowed beautifully into a sweet lemongrass pear. I REALLY like this and I am so glad that the cheesecake foodie disappears on me and turns into sweet creamy lemon-pear. Okay okay, you're a keeper. Glad I took a chance on a bottle because I LOVE the lab's pear note, and don't see it nearly enough!

You might try the following. Arabian Dance: Leather, coffee, hazelnut, tobacco, and Middle Eastern spices. El Dia de los Reyes: Hot cocoa with cinnamon, coffee, and brown sugar. (especially this one)

I am still waffling between Fearful Pleasure and Halloween in New Orleans!

In the Bottle: Sweet herbal lavender. I like this very much! Wet on Skin: Herbal lavender with the carnation peeking through, very pleasant. Drydown: Here's the honey, it's a little musky on me, but it maintains the lavender-carnation herbal scent. There's a touch of chamomile too. Floral and sweet and pleasant. Dry: Honeyed carnation. Not something I want a backup of but I am glad to have a bottle.

Was so disappointed by this, I really wanted a fresh, raw pumpkin and all I got was heavy buttery foodie pumpkin. I will have to keep searching for my perfect pumpkin scent, though I think Pumpkin Vines is the closest I've come to it so far.

This is SO beautiful, I cannot believe how much I love it. In the bottle: Heather and moss with just a hint of earth. Wet: There's a sweetness to this that almost reminds me of apples, maybe fermenting apples, but just a little, enough to make them sweet but not boozy. The heather and earth are the dominant notes, and I LOVE heather. Drydown: Heather, rich earth and just a bit of that fermenting apple sweetness. This is LOVELY. I would love a backup bottle and I am so glad I got to try it!

BPAL for Costume Parties, Halloween Costumes

GC I think that would be a pretty good choice, but non-gc I would say, if you can find it, La Calavera Catrina for your day of the dead costume, or Sugar Skull or Dia de los Muertos! -
In the bottle: Sweet without being cloying opium and that lovely purple incense. Wet: Sweet and green violet with a swirl of incense, ugh this is GORGEOUS. It reminds me a lot of Arkham and of witch queen. WELL FANCY THAT, purple incense in Witch Queen, and that beautiful violet in Arkham. I immediately had to go look them up because of how strikingly similar (but beautifully different) this is to those two scents. Dry: Definitely the beautiful lovechild of Witch Queen and Arkham, Soft violet and just a little bit of sweetness of plum to make it just absolutely gorgeous, and that beautiful waft of purple incense. I will need backups.

They're both lovely, though Peacock Queen is like, my favorite rose scent ever and something that I really look forward to every year!

"Lick it" usually is around in some form, and I see Midnight Mass, Peacock Queen, Rose Red and Snow White fairly often. There's also usually a snowball scent! I know there are others, too, but those are off the top of my head.

I want a BPAL that smells like Bath & Body Works...

Juperterian Phoenix sounds a lot like TW. It's a great peppery woods scent that has cedar, spices and herbs in it. I think it's really peppery even though there is no pepper listed. Just want to say we've got both the phoenix and TW (the boy uses TW and Noir from BBW) and they don't smell anything alike to either of us! -
Guyyyyyyyyys! I LOVE these labels! http://i779.photobucket.com/albums/yy73/SweetLavinia/StokerShelleybottles_zps27ca58d0.jpg

Absolutely stunning. Pure cotton candy to me, in the bottle, on my skin. This is a marvelously perfect cotton candy, I am SO thrilled to have a bottle. Not a lot of throw, a very close to skin scent, but pure spun sugar to me. I LOVE this.

For anyone who wanted to see, As Above/So Below/Haute and a pic of the Proserpines. EDIT: Now with Harvest Moon! http://i779.photobucket.com/albums/yy73/SweetLavinia/Hautebottles_zps118e4f83.jpg http://i779.photobucket.com/albums/yy73/SweetLavinia/Proserpine_zps85277c59.jpg http://i779.photobucket.com/albums/yy73/SweetLavinia/Harvest20132_zps3e83ccfc.jpg http://i779.photobucket.com/albums/yy73/SweetLavinia/HArvest2013_zps8fbb403f.jpg[

My pleasure! I really love the labels this year! No problem! I LOVE the Phobia labels best of all the ones I've seen so far (and I love the scents the best too!)

Pics of Weenie labels, sorry for the terrible pics! http://i779.photobucket.com/albums/yy73/SweetLavinia/Weenies13_zpsc01585ff.jpg http://i779.photobucket.com/albums/yy73/SweetLavinia/Phobias13_zpsc9fc5bfc.jpg

I love this scent! It's lovely! In the bottle: Sweet dry leaves with a bit of sharpness to them. Wet: Sharp and tangy, almost a bit like lemongrass/verbena without any hint of pledge. Just a whiff of dried leaves. Dry: a soft leaf smell, like piles of leaves on slightly damp earth. This is very lovely, but I am good with one bottle.

In the bottle: Overwhelmingly foodie, oh dear. Very buttery pumpkin. Wet: Foodie honey-candy pumpkin with a bit of spice to it. If you like foodie, this is definitely super super foodie to my nose (and my fella's) which is sadly what I was hoping it wouldn't be. This has a HUGE throw on me! Dry: Sweet honey, beeswax and pumpkin. Not unpleasant, but definitely NOT a scent I will need a backup for.

In the Bottle: Maple and wood, almost foodie smelling to me, with a sharp bit of green to it. Wet: Much more wood and more green-ness, I was worried about that sweet maple smell but it seems to have disappeared. Dry: A leafy floral, MUCH better than my initial impression of it, and I think it might need to rest for a few days. Will update my review if it changes upon reapplication.

This is just a GORGEOUS scent. In the Bottle: White flowers with a sharpness underlying them, almost a green scent. Wet: Beautiful white floral, I definitely get a whiff of the rose. This is LOVELY. Dry: White flowers, soft and lovely, with a bit of dust. It brings to mind the image of a ghostly bride. This is one of my all time favorite BPAL scents. It's SO beautiful!

How have I not reviewed this scent before! In the Bottle: Herby aquatic with a splash of florals. Wet: Wet cement and aquatic florals with a sharp, green herbal edge. I don't get the huge throw with this on my skin like other folks did, but it's definitely noticeable. Dry: a pleasant aquatic and white flowers (I suspect star jasmine is one of them) with a hint of cement. Lovely! Still strong, but not with a huge throw. I am glad I have several bottles! -
I LOVE this! In the bottle: Sharp and green with a touch of swampy goodness! Wet: Swampy aquatic with just a tinge of that paint smell. Just gorgeous, even with the paint. Dry: A soft swampy aquatic with a bit of floral underlying it. I LOVE this! Would definitely chase after a second bottle!

This smells almost EXACTLY like my workroom, I'm a jeweler and the scent of this is so accurate it's amazing. In the bottle, on my skin wet and dry, it's the same- sharp metal and cold stone, and it's really just a beautiful and curious scent. Definitely a keeper!

In the bottle: Surprising. Almost foody, like buttery salt. Wet: Foodie floral ambergris, ugh! I almost washed it right off. Drydown: Beautiful aquatic salt, this is a HUGE morpher on me, I dunno where the foodie butter smell came from but the drydown is just lovely and wet and salty! A little soapy, but still very pleasant. I am very glad I didn't wash this off! Dry: Still a lovely aquatic but with just a hint of that "doctor's office" smell to it. That's not a bad thing for me!

"Punches you in the face rose" is just the best description of whip ever! I love Brom Bones on my fella, just super wonderful. I keep hoping the sleepy hollow scents will return one of these years!
