My favorite scent so far. In the bottle: Strong lavender smell, with a lot of tones underneath. Wet: Lavender and violet, and it stayed that way. Dry: Less lavender and more violet than anything else. I agree with others however when there was a metallic bite to it. It really sealed the deal for me. As a guy, it was the perfect floral type scent without being too feminine. Verdict: Bottle me, please.

Sadly of those I've tried so far, I enjoyed this one because of its complexity, but my car pool full of women have said this one stinks. My deskmate won't let me wear it anymore, and the lady on the other side says I smell "like a cheap whore" in terms of the rose scent that permeates off me. I gave her a witty comeback, but still point taken. I lose every other scent with this one except for the roses, and thats what I'm left with and its too much. In the bottle: a complex scent which the roses, and leather scents stand out. Wet: It's a very fragrant aroma, but still roses mostly. Dry: Everything but the roses disappears and instead I'm left smelling like " a cheap whore" as my dear friend let me know. Verdict: I enjoyed the scent, but no one else did and as I have to see these people 5 days a week, I doubt I'm going to antagonize them with it.

Sniff test: very aquatic scent, spicy, with an oaken smell like old oaken barrels. Wet: Much like the sniff test, this smells spicy and aquatic with the oaken barrel smell. Smells like salt water in an old barrel, in the best way possible. However, fairly quickly my skin absorbs the aquatic note, and I’m left with an airy spice. Dry: This is still spicy, and airy. However, this stuff disappears after an hour almost entirely leaving just a little bit of warmth. Still a hint of rum, but I have Baron Samedi for that. Verdict: It smells great wet, but doesn’t last with my skin at all. I’ll try it again, but I only expect more of the same. Smells great wet and I’ll keep the imp, but no bottle in the future.

The scent of warm, glowing jack o’lanterns on a warm autumn night: true Halloween pumpkin, spiced with nutmeg, glowing peach and murky clove. Sniff: A lot of pumpkins on the first whiff. Very sweet, with a hint of the cloven smell in the background. Wet: Pumpkins and cloves for the first hour. Dry: The Pumpkin went into the background, and I was left with spicy peaches. I know others have complained about this, but I really enjoy the smell. It's so warm and the cloves are still there. Very enjoyable. Verdict: Ordering a bottle.

My first review so bear with me here. Sniff: When I first sniffed it in the imp, it was very sweet. Like take my breath away sweet. Wet: When first applied it was all cocoa, very sweet and smooth. I was compulsively sniffing myself for a good 30 minutes. Dry: When I came back to it later it smelled still strongly of cocoa but now there was a very strong scent of incense as well, very smoky. Not a huge amount of throw, so no smelling me from across the room, which is a necessity for me since I sit arm to arm with others in class. It's been almost five hours and the cocoa has mostly faded out, but there is still a residual smell that the only way I can express it is warm. Verdict: I think this is one scent though that the ladies of my car pool will love. Very impressed, might be ordering a bottle.
