In imp, bright red-- like fake blood red. Beautiful color. In the vial in smells like candied flowers and cherries, like the coating on candied apples, I don't get much amber, maybe a tinge of sandalwood. It's very bright and sugary. If I had read the description before hand, I would have been thoroughly confused. I would expect a heady scent, but this is super yummy and full of foreign flavored candy. I say foreign because I have never had a candy that tastes like this smells, but it has that juicy mouth watering sugary smell that say a jolly rancher has. Wet on skin-- cherries and licorice root? Twizzlers? what? Still that something else is there-- Perhaps that is the lotus, I don't actually know what they smell or taste like. As it dries I can smell more sandalwood and myrrh as in the description. ooh, yum! The whole scent softens up a bit, probably from the amber, which I don't outright smell. It's not very amber heavy but it's there calming the super sugary top note (which is beautiful! <3). I loved it in the imp, but I love it even more on me Looks like I'll have to get my hands on some of this!

Inspired by and created for my beloved Tedwin: my eternal, beautiful, wicked Dorian Gray. Refined, elegant, and lovely, with a noble bearing and seemingly gentle air. This blend is an artful deception: a sweet gilded blossom lying over a twisted and corrupted core. A Victorian fougere with three pale musks and dark, sugared vanilla tea. Okay, so at first I bought this for my fiance since it had been described as a unisex scent that lent a hand towards being more masculine. When I got it I stole it-- or rather kept it for my self. Instead I got him Rogue for him (which is OMG gorgeous on him). It starts out soft almost floral. The musks are definitely there. Then I smell... pine? *confused* The scent morphs, there's tea and milk, something else incredibly sexy and delicious and warm, a hint of men's cologne (which is where I'm getting pine still). Still it all blends into this incredible sweet, warm, and yet sexy devious scent. It's smoldering and daring. As if you were pressed up too closely against the english gentleman and his cologne rubbed off on you and mixed with your fragrance. I just feel sexy, delicious, and at the same time cozy wearing it. It's wonderful!

Got this in an imp... and wasn't sure what to think of it. I was a little on the fence about it. Florals go either way for me. Some are Fantastic! with a capital F and I just want to shove my arm up my nose... It had a beautiful scent description, and I love wisteria and am a lavender lover like some. It works quite well on my skin-- it doesn't turn soapy, it actually becomes a deep sultry flowery scent. Wet-- sharp on skin, not soapy, white musk amping. Turning green and herbal. Not liking it so far... Drying-- becoming a little more powdery, lavender coming out more, but still herbal, BAD herbal over powering. For a moment it was starting to turn into something I liked, but then it turned outright sour, actually with a hint of soured milk. For the moment that it blended nicely, it would have been a beautiful scent-- soft bitter (not bad bitter) florals, lovaly slightly creamy musk-- very pretty, and like the description very sad. A haunting scent. Not for me, but for someone else.

I received this Imp today as a freebie with my order of bottles. Upon first sniff I thought "Oh snap, that's eat me!" It doesn't smell like Rum, it smells like butterscotch and sugary vanilla icing and has a boozy sharp note... but it's not Rum... Wet-- Still smells like eat me. Not quite as cakey or creamy. Much stronger, definitely alcoholic. Not sure if I like it. I wanted something like a spicier Eat me, but this doesn't seem to be it. :/ Drying-- Coconut? Toasted Coconut? Hmm... I smell a little bit more Rum... It's kinda like if Alice decided to have a drunken pirate tea party. I decided to do a side by side comparison to Eat me because I was sure I was crazy at this point. and NOPE-- Grog dry smells like wet Eat me with an alcoholic twinge. It doesn't however have the tea scent that keeps the sickeningly sweet from over powering everything. I'll pass on this one. Too too sweet, and it won't come off!!! D:

Holy Mother! *noms arm off* I have always read the description and thought this would be too sickeningly sweet for me-- I've never been too much of a foodie scent person. I got an imp of it with my recent order along with like 10 others, thank you Beth-- seriously wow! Upon opening the vial I was hit with the scent of the perfect tea party, fresh cupcakes, vanilla icing, creamy sugary deliciousness, buttery too. I just wanted to slather more and more on my skin it was so good. The Fiance who was sitting with me smelling my new goodies loved this one too, who usually hates really sweet perfumes, and outright told me to get a bottle of it. I'm glad I did that too, because my skin ATE it it was so good D: It has died down to an almost non existent scent when I smell my wrist... just tea and cream, but I smell spun sugar floating in the air around me, so maybe it still exists in throw, just is not a low scent. All in all I will be getting a bottle after a very very long debate
