Mellow but kind of pungent at the same time. It smells like a part of a library where the old books are stored. That old paper and leather kind of smell. Very interesting. I'm pretty sure there's some sandalwood in here. For a moment I was also thinking anise.

Initially. Fruity and bright. Quite a bit like swank. As its settling a little bit of something medicinal comes out. Perhaps anise? Some sort of bitter herb is rounding out the fruit nicely.

At first: oh my goodness this is delicious. Like a cool minty drink. Or when you drink cold water after eating a really spicy mint. Then, the coconut is coming out and it is doing a little bit of that plastic thing people have mentioned. After a little while, the plastic notes are fading. It's now a smooth mint sort of scent. The plastic note came back with a vengeance.

My experience with Cerberus was very odd. I completely thought that I had been given a mislabeled imp, and it took a sniff of a second cerberus imp (from the oblation caravan) before I was convinced that it was the right one. The first times I tried this I got absolutely no chocolate scent. It was a lemony, smooth scent, kind of like lemon curd. I finally smelled a wee bit of chocolate, but it was hidden under an herby green note. I think this is quite yummy, though it isn't at all what I expected.

Mellow and smooth fruitiness. The sage balances the fruit out nicely, but I think the mango may be just a bit too thick for me. Yep, ultimately its too thick and sweet for me. Plus I got a headache from it (though this is probably partly allergies).

Smells light and kind of soapy. A little bit sweet (the honeysuckle?) Oooeee it makes me sneeze. After its mellowing out the soapiness is going away and it is becoming a light, sweet flowery bouquet with just a hint of soap.

At first: Yep, ozone does that 'commercial perfume' kind of thing on me. Though I do like this one quite a bit more then many of the others. Later: Wow, this is becoming more interesting. It almost seems like the masculine version of snow white to me. Finally: Nope. After a bit more time its back to that acrid ozone thing. A very interesting blend, but ozone and aquatic scents wreck havoc on my skin chemistry.

It's bit cologney and a bit aquatic. It is very masculine smelling, but not in a 'must wash off' kind of way. The musk is coming out more now making this a fairly mellow blend. I wouldn't wear this much myself, but it seems like something my brother would like.

At first: Pretty nice. Kind of fruity and light. A tiny bit soapy, but not too bad. Later: It's gone really soapy now, and its giving me a headache. Unfortunately it isn't for me!

Since I've first posted I've tried the Lion, and man, is that a skin scent! Delicious

I just tried layering Dana O'shee with Kabuki, and the result if very pleasant. If Black Phoenix is too resiny for you this one might work.

You could always try to swap for another imp of them before getting a bottle. If the imps are similar then it's probably lableled correctly. I have an imp of Cerberus that I am positive is something else. Luckily I'm on the Oblation Caravan so I should be able to determine what is going on with it soon

Yup, exactly! But if you continue to checkout you do get another place where you can put in your imps. I think its on the address entry page, or it might even be on the payment entry page.

I generally like fruity scents, but this one was simply too syrupy sweet on my skin. I had a similar experience with the SN Apricot, so that may be the culprit. I ended up swapping it.

This scent was very reminiscent of a very sweet, spicey room freshener. It wasn't particularly bad, but it also wasn't really doing it for me, so I swapped it.
-
I had really thought this scent would work for me, so I was very disappointed when it didn't. I get a half powdery, half soapy kind of smell throughout the whole duration. I'm neither into powdery or soapy scents, so I swapped it.
-
On me this was a little bit sweeter and less spicey then GB Poppet. I ended up swapping it because I have plenty of the poppet!

Though I'm one who can take the occasional foody scent, gluttony was simply too much. It immediately makes me feel like I'd scarfed a whole carton of ice cream, or some other feat of eating. That feeling that isn't quite nasea but is close to it came over me. I do have to say though that this is an AMAZING representation of its name.

Initially I get a buttery popcorn smell that I really don't care for. Luckily, this disappears in a few minutes or so, leaving a marvelous spicy, sweet, second skin impression on me. However, this is not one to wear on a very full stomach!

I would call this scent a more grown up Persephone. At first I really liked it, but I find the scent of dragon's blood to be a bit cloying with my chemistry. I eventually swapped it.

Tangy, bright, sparkling, juicey. This is the one I reach for most often when I want something fruity. It has just a touch of a bitter edge to it that keeps the scent from becoming too sweet. It also, without fail, makes me crave cocktails

This scent is bright and sparkly, and it always lifts me up while be somewhat grouding at the same time. I don't wear it extremely often, but I use it regularly to scent the room.
-
Umbra does this for me, but its possible that you'll find it too incensey. I agree that generally musks and ambers do it, but there are plenty of exceptions.
-
I noticed this when I placed my order earlier today. I ended up putting my imp list in the 'Special Instructions' field (you get this a bit into the check out process). I know the lab reads this field so I figured it would work out fine.

I love this scent, though I do find it a little too masculine to wear myself. At first the you get the very sharp scent of pine and lemon, but in a short while the bay really blooms. Unfortunately my husband doesn't like to wear perfume, cause this is divine on him. Nero is, however, my favorite room scent. I find it very uplifting and refreshing. The most prominent note that I get from it in the air is the bay, and I LOVE the scent of bay. Also, the scent is potent enough to cut through a lot of funk, if you have smelly-dwelling issues.
