There are way too many dark, thick, sludgy notes in here. I do smell saffron, though. And thyme. They're the most prominent and immediately recognizable notes. Unfortunately, I'd rather eat these herbs than smell like them.
-
This is a wonderful floral! The sandalwood makes this a less dizzying scent that it otherwise would be. The lilac is most easily detected. I can't pick out any of the other floral notes.
-
OOOOH. This is lovely. The jasmine is most prominent. The violet and musk are less discernable but they make this a darker scent that it otherwise would be. I don't really smell any vanilla, but I don't think it would improve the scent if I could smell it. The darker notes come to the fore as this wears.

Oooh, a sugary herbal! Much better than the GC Absinthe. I will probably swap it away, though, considering my skin ate it in under a minute.

This actually smells like what it's supposed to! As opposed to the usual thing, where foody stuff always smells burnt (even in the imp. It's a nose issue, not a skin issue). Unfortunately, Mitzvah is way too sweet for me to sniff for more than a couple of seconds.

I don't actually know what a fig smells like. But I do like Fig SN. It's a great autumn smell. You probably will not like it if you can't stand potpourri, though. Because that's what it smells like. Harvest potpourri.

This smells.... remarkably like an actual piece of fruit. Very green, very fleshy. I can practically feel a piece of pear in my mouth as I sniff this. Unfortunately, I'm just not that keen on pear.
-
I smell berries in the imp. Berries sweet with decay. On my skin there's a definite tinge of plastic. Like a scented Barbie doll that is melting. Ew ew ew. I hate my skin chemistry sometimes.
-
This is heavy on the musk and incense and smells really musty. It doesn't improve on my skin. It doesn't really change at all. I wasn't really expecting this to work, though.

XXI: A very strong aquatic! It smells a lot like Amsterdam, somehow. Or maybe it's Prague I'm thinking of. Quite interesting, although not the kind of thing I usually wear. Previously reviewed by the_cat_goddess. DXXX: Fruit candy. Red licorice, maybe. Like Twizzlers. The universe keeps sending candy CTs my way. I'm not sure why. This starts to fade and to smell like latex within minutes. DXXXIV: All hail disgusting foodiness. It smells like some horrible dessert involving caramel and possibly a small blowtorch. Blech.
-
XIV: smells like baby powder and feels like powder up my nose. The imp I have says it also smells like ozone and strong florals, but I get absolutely zero of that.
-
I get pure lavender. No rose, no frankincense, no orchid. Maybe some musk. Maybe. I remember having another imp of this before, and it must have smelled different or I'd still have it. I shall keep this imp. Oh, there's the rose, as powdery and sneeze-inducing as 2, 5, & 7. So, no, not keeping this. It aggravates my allergies.

Ew, coconut and almond. Two notes that make me ill. My stomach actually heaved when I took a whiff, and I'm afraid to put it on my skin. Must get it away from me.
-
I don't know what it is, but something in here smells like sliced turkey. It's minty on my skin, though. With some cedar, but the kind of cedar that smells like "forest fresh" cleaner. Or whatever it was they used at my elementary school. Teh weird.

This is all about the opium. It's very frail and dusty and opium-like. I think the champaca is making my existing headache worse, though. To the swaps!
-
Ugh, this is doing the typical Nasty Foody Thingy. Where it smells like burnt birthday cake. I haven't liked any of the C12 scents!! My skin chemistry is sooooo annoying.
-
In the imp, I smell peppermint and gummy erasers. Gah, foody notes are so weird. It smells the same on my skin. WTF. I hate foody things. Hatehatehate.
-
I definitely smell clove! I don't smell any tobacco, though. Yay for that. This smells more like red musk to me, but who knows. I don't smell any rose, though I think I do smell some cognac. Just not much. I think I may need more.
-
I smell wine or mead or something. Also cherries. This is a perfectly nice scent, but I just don't love it. In a way, I'm glad I don't, because it's so very rare.
-
I smell the orange most strongly initally, but it doesn't last long. Unfortunately, nothing comes forward to take its place. I don't know what's up with the Order of the Dragon scents, but all of them seem to fade really fast. I like what I can still smell of Lucy enough that I'll test it again.
-
This is really really faint. I kind of smell some rose and sandalwood. The myrrh, resins, and musks are totally not present. It fades far too quickly. I've only had it on for a few minutes and I can't smell it unless I practically put my hand up my nose.
-
Verbena of doom! And there's a bit of lavender in there somewhere. I wish the tea were stronger. The verbena fades a bit, thankfully.
-
In this imp, this is dominated by fir and some sort of menthol. On my skin, the menthol begins to take on a cat piss sort of tinge. I have no idea where this overpowering menthol is coming from, and I can't smell any other notes at all. So confused.

In the imp, this suffers from the curse of foodiness, in that it smells awful. On my skin, though, the apple is quite lovely. The ooky foodiness isn't entirely gone, though. It keeps popping up at random. I blame the cider note. It gets better over time, but the in-between stage is sufficiently unpleasant that I will have to swap this.

This is pretty faint on my skin. I can't discern a single note, it's just kind of powdery and faint. This seems neither warm nor red to me, both of which I had expected.
