I smell some significant sandalwood in the imp, but on my skin the entire scent vanishes. After a moment, it makes its return, the sandalwood mingled with a urine sort of smell that's faint but present nonetheless. Dead god, I wonder what note has taken such a violent dislike to me this time? I am going to guess golden musk.

In the imp, this smells like high-end shampoo. Exactly like. It's really weird. On me, the gardenia pops up immediately, unfortunately because it turns to plastic on me and is thus instantly recognisable. I also smell tobacco flower, which is giving me a headache. Eurgh. This could have gone either way, and it picked the icky one.

Dark chocolate with a heavy cream undertone. I don't know why my nose hates chocolate perfumes, but they all smell burnt to me. Candy Butcher smells exactly like Lump of Coal to my nose, so people who are looking for a replacement for that should definitely check this out.

A wet floral. It seems chock full of spring flowers and dew. It's almost tropical, but there's a nip to it that lets you know that this morning is just a wee bit chilly.

Very clean. I smell aloe and lily. Very pretty and delicate. Almost like glass. I shall treasure my imp but I don't think I'll wear it too often.

I mostly smell violets. Very little dirt, just a little mustiness. It's definitely an old lady kind of perfume, but I'm young and perky enough to pull it off. 5 mL ahoy!

This is cocoa and spice. The cocoa is overwhelmed by everything else. I was hoping to like this, but I really really don't. I'm going to have to wash it off.

I smell grit and citrus. It works surprisingly well. Blackcurrant comes through very quickly. This smells like tea with fruit, aka delicious.
-
Jasmine, rosemary, and musk. All three of these smell really good together. The musk grounds the other notes, and the floral sweetens the musk.
-
Reminds me of cleaning fluid. Not icky cleaning fluid, though. Suitable for a cleansing blend, I guess. There's definitely some nice orange to it.

I smell some lavender. I also smell something a lot like vanilla. It is very good, and I am very sad this is so rare. I want more than an imp (which I will probably give to my mother because of the lavender).

Soapy. Really soapy. There might be some florals in there, but I can't tell past all the soap.

Red musk, mango, and lavender work shockingly well together. The overcome my nemesis of amber. The sage is present, too, adding a green sort of spiciness to the mix. So so good. It smells like the Southwest. I'll be happy to let my mother sniff it (she wants to move to New Mexico), but I think I want to keep my imp, and she's allergic to sage anyway.

White white white floral. I'm mostly smelling jasmine, and that makes me happy. I'm surprised the lemon isn't stronger, because that kind of note usually is. Not complaining, though. This smells a lot like New Orleans.

Has violets, so I had to try it. I definitely smell them among a darker kind of aquatic. This is very cool and crisp. I love it. My Numb hoard shall soon be joined by a City in the Sea hoard.

Nervous about the myrrh and amber, but it smells very good in the bottle. I smell the red currant pretty strongly. Something a little incensey, kind of like potpourri. I think that's the rose, vanilla, and myrrh working together. This would probably be a great cold-weather scent.

Mmm, peony and cucumber. This smells very sweet and innocent. Kind of soapy, but I don't mind because it's mild.

This smells like a really heavy incense. Patchouli, maybe, or sandalwood. A sort of cedary smell comes forward on my skin, but the incense is still heavy, although more resinous now. It smells kind of stale, so I guess Voodoo Queen doesn't like my skin chemistry.

I smell no mugwort, bay, or juniper. Yay for that. I can't easily pick out what I do smell from what's left of the description. It smells a mostly like cucumber, I think. Maybe some moonflower, too.

This one was a frimp from someone, because I never would have bought it myself. Amber is my nemesis! The peach is very prominent. While I'm not a huge peach fan, this is better than the Magical Vanishing Amber Effect, in which blends containing amber are hard to smell in the vial and disappear within seconds of touching my skin. The florals aren't overly floral, they're just powdery. If there existed peach dusting powder, this would be what it smelled like.

This smells like rose guest soaps. It's actually a lot like what I expect an old New Orleans floral scent to smell like. Very French, and more refined than New Orleans, which seems like a scent from a later time than Vieux Carre. On my skin, it doesn't change very much. It does get a little less soapy and significantly heavier on the jasmine, though. It smells like it should make me sneeze, but it doesn't. This is a gorgeous floral. Maybe one day I'll get my hands on a 5 mL, but for now two imps (one I just tested and one pending) should hold me.

This is a really light, pure lily scent. Pretty as anything. I'd keep it if my lily needs weren't so adequately fulfilled by Chuparosa.

This is a Good Vanilla. As opposed to Bad Vanillas which make me feel sick. Sweet, creamy, and reminding me of my childhood. Lovely but not my thing.
-
Lavender! Hell yes. It smells quite good. There's something somewhat astringent in there, too. I'll be passing this on to my mum, as she has a much better appreciation of lavender than me, but I'll probably wind up with an imp of my own eventually.

This smells really musty. I can't work with musty scents. Hades, Malediction, Fire of Love - they are all ooky to me and I can't even attempt to find notes. They all smell the same.
