  1. DCXXXIII (633)

This one smells like gummy worms! It becomes powdery but no less sweet on my skin. A dusting of confectioner's sugar, maybe. Mmmmm. I want to eat my hand now.

    CDLXX (470)

My mother said this smelled like Jeeves fluid and my brother thought it smelled like a store that sells "useless crap and candy." On me, there's a really weird note that was a component of the burnt apple pie smell of a Chaos Theory II decant I tested a while ago. Ick.

    DCXXIV (624)

My brother thought this smelled like CDLXX but mintier. Mint is definitely a dominant note. It smells kind of like cinnamint candy, or maybe wintergreen. Not bad, but not me.

    DCXXXII (632)

Decay. Like Hades, kind of. It calms down quite a bit on me, but I still don't like it. Too musty.

    DXXVIII (528)

This has a slightly soapy gardenia type smell. On me, rather than the plastic I'm used to with gardenia, or the play doh I occasionally get, it's old sweat over gardenia.

  2. This is beautiful Womanly, graceful, floral. I smell none of the notes individually, but they create something wonderful when blended. This smells best on my cleavage, though most other BPAL doesn't change with scent location.

  3. I hate apple in perfumes. It always smells icky - Delirium bugged my allergies, and The Perfumed Garden smells faintly of urine. I'm actually kind of afraid to put this on my skin...

If anything, it's getting worse. This may be the most unappealing perfume I've ever smelled.

  4. ... Cypress, ginger, fig, dried rose, red patchouli, tonka bean and cyclamen.

I mostly smell cypress and tonka. The patchouli and cypress make a good combo, but it may be too heavy for me. However, my skin tones the patchouli down after the inital blast. I like this. I can smell the rose; it's very powdery.

  5. This is the prettier cousin of Dragon's Blood. I think it's the cherry blossom. I can't really smell it, but I think it makes Dragon Moon rather feminine. On me, there is something kind of fruity! It's not a typical dragon's blood scent, but it's fantastic all the same. My mother says it's citrusy and woodsy, and my brother agrees. I loooove it!

  6. In the imp, this has a note or two in common with the scents I always describe as musty, but Doc Buzzard isn't musty at all. I think I smell some kind of voodoo thing. That's what I am thinking about. This is really masculine. My brother says he smells cinnamon.

  7. The rosewood is beautiful. I really hope this is as great on me as in the imp! I think the hazel is coming through. The rose leaf is kind of acrid. I'd like to try layering this. I have an imp of Rose Red here, so I'll try it. It's a pretty good combo, so I'll keep Seance.

  8. This is slightly play-doh in the imp, so I'm not feeling too optimistic. My mother says it smells too heavy. I read the notes to her and she says there are too many heavy ones. She blames the lily for the the ick factor. She says lilies smell like death, and Pannychis smells like something died on my arm, so I suppose it's fitting. Wow this hates me.

  9. I smell the lemon verbena strongest, but it calms down when I apply it. I love green tea! So I really like Shanghai. Unfortunately, my skin eats it, so I've given my imp to my mother, who likes green tea even more than I do.

  10. Evil incarnate. Revel in your dark side with this romantically cruel scent. Contains red patchouli and vetivert.

Musty. Violently musty. I think it's the vetiver; I hate that note and it hates me right back by amping. All the scents with vetiver conjure up a specific memory of a massively musty place. This is not for me.

  11. This is a really pretty floral in the imp. Unfortunately, it begins to smell faintly of tobacco on me. I'm hellishly allergic to tobacco - walking by cigar shops makes me sneeze, and smoky venues give me breathing issues a couple of hours later. Thank god this was only a sniffie.
