I scored this bottle off of Ebay, here's hoping that it's for me. In the bottle: Honey carnations...with some rose. I think I get a wiff of the tobacco as well. Wet on the skin: Clove, sandalwood..incense...that sweetness that I'm getting from the bottle isn't existing at all on my skin. Dry down: No honey, no more carnation...it's all gone..I'm getting mostly the darker, woodier scents. I'm not sure what I think of this now. I don't like it, but I don't dislike it. This might go back up on Ebay..It's going to take some thinking. Edit: About 25 minutes after dry down, this became a spicey, carnation rose. I hate rose, but I'm not minding it still. I'm still very undecided about if I'm going to keep this. Edit again: After about two hours - this scent on me was straight patchouli and rose. Not exactly a blend that's for me. If my sister doesn't like this one - it's going back up for grabs.

In the bottle: A sweet, herbal floral...I don't really get any of that honey mead that everyone is talking about in their reviews though. I am getting a SLIGHT bit of oak wood lingering in my nostrils after I sniff the bottle. Wet on the skin: More of that herbal floral smell. I get the carnation and thyme mostly, and I think the frankinsense is lingering in the background a bit. I don't know if I like this. It might be a little too herbal amd strong floral for me - and I was really hoping for more that honey mead to come through. Dry down: Ugh. I'm not liking this. I can't even describe why I don't like it...It just comes out as floral on me... No sweetness..nothing. Just a herbal floral field. I would like to add that about two hours of wearing this - I got a honeysuckle type of note that popped out. It wasn't strong enough though at this point, and the scent was almost gone. This is a VERY pretty scent, but I don't love it, and I honestly couldn't see myself wearing this all the time. I'm in the debating phase right now about if I want to keep this.

I got this as a frimp from the lab I was really excited because this one is on my wishlist of things I HAD to try! In the vial: Very sweet, vanilla tea. It's so so nice! I can detect the musks a little..but not a whole lot. Wet on the skin: Sweet tea. Very very sweet tea. With a bit of a creamy goodness, which I'm assuming is the vanilla. Omg..this is to die for. Dry down: The musks come out to play just a little - and they're making this a little less of a candy sweet blend. This almost goes powdery - but not quite...it smells a lot like a vanilla tea that I have here. I just love how all these notes blend together...So delicious - and I need this in a 10 ml.

This was a frimp from the lab In the vial: A forest with flowers and fruit trees. It's kind of dark smelling...and I think I'm picking up green notes, and a little bit of the myrrh. This is interesting. Wet on the skin: Wow...myrrh, poppy, orchids....it's floral with incense underneath...but there is something in this blend that I really, really don't like. I think it's the myrrh, because me and myrrh are very hit or miss. Dry down: This is....not me. It's very incensey, very floral...just..too much. I'm sure this blend will make someone else much happier. Edited to add: This blend really really makes me sneeze... I couldn't stop sneezing with it on!

I got this as a frimp with my last orders from the lab In the vial: Very fresh smelling..is it wierd that I'm not getting any foreboding? The amber stands out a lot, and I'm really not getting a ton of musk. Wet on the skin: Why am I getting lemon? There's this lemony tone coming out...and the musk starting to stomp it's way up to the forefront. Dry down: Lemon candy? *sighs* This smells like a cross between lemon candies on me and lemon bathroom cleaner. I personally don't want to walk around smelling like a giant, musky lemon. That really sucks. Oh well! No Haunted for me. EDIT: After about half an hour of dry down time - this scent totally morphs into a powdery type of smell on me...it smells just like talc powder - and that is something I REALLY do not like smelling like!!!

This is a scent that does make you really happy.. It's sweet, it's lively, it's cute. It smells like candy and bubble gum and sweet fruits all shoved into the little bottle. It really is a mood booster

I can do a review of Akuma very quickly, it reminds me of Fruit Loops the cereal, and that's what it smells like on me. It's VERY sweet....very candy-like. It's nice, but not really for me.

Well, I thought I had reviewed this - apparently I did not... Or the review was lost. So I figured - let's do it again! In the bottle: That is one boozy little bottle here... The musks are definitely there - and they're sweet...it's very intense and I cannot wait to get this on my skin! Wet on skin: The oil is a REALLY dark brown..wow... This is a super boozey, super musky combo..the sweetness of it just manages to tone it down a little...but mostly while wet I get this booze musk mixture... Dry down: It almost smells like sandalwood on me, but a little sweeter... Bizarre. I sadly don't find myself too in love with Smut. Oh well.

In the bottle: Light florals...a tiny bit of citrus, and a little bit of a green type of smell...It makes me think of being outside in a park. There's a sweetness under it...it's very strange. I'm not sure how this will go on my skin. Wet on the skin: Grapefruit? Grapefruit and flowers? Tangerine? I get something soft and citrusy here...this is a very light and very clean smell. Dry down: I'm really torn...part of me likes this, I enjoy the notes, but another part of me is feeling that this is kind of soapy. That this isn't really a scent for me. I don't love it, and honestly I don't think I'll ever wear this.. Even as light and pretty as it is. It's just....not my kinda scent. This WAS totally an impulse buy though...lol To the swap/sell pile!

In the bottle: I get all of the fruity smells right away, with a smidge of tonka and cocoa bean underneath..This is rich, exotic and very very good. Wet on the skin: Chocolate, vanilla and tonka...it's one big dessert on my wrist and I'm LIKING it!!! The lemon and bergamot are underneath giving this a bit of a more tart edge to it....wow..this scent never stops evolving - on my skin it's a real change from the bottle! Dry down: I can't even describe it. Everything that is in this blend can be picked out - and they all go together beautifully. This is a sweet, chocolate, citrusy, fruity blend..that's all there is to it. I never thought that so many smells could compliment each other SO well, and create such magic!! I'm in love.

A bombardment of edible carnival indulgences. Funnel cake, caramel apple, cotton candy, salt water taffy and sugar tart. Well, I spilled this last night while trying to review this. I'm one sad panda Luckily very nice people who didn't like their Midway bottles have offered to sell me their nearly full ones I love the people on these forums - so so awesome Anywho - onto the subject at hand: The review. Here's hoping I don't spill it again! In the bottle: I read the description of this, and all I'm getting is cotton candy with a HINT of saltiness behind it...It's SO good though and I want to drink the oil Wet on the skin: Still that same salty cotton candy that I was getting in the bottle...The cotton candy seems to take over more though... Dry down: Candy apple? Kinda? If you put a candy apple in some cotton candy - this is what it would smell like..There's still that HINT of saltiness though that tames the sweetness and makes it manageable This is so freaking good - I'm willing to buy bottles from everyone LOL Beth - if your next Carnival Noir editions have smells like this - I'll be ready to buy

In the bottle: Dragon's blood, cherry blosson, tea and what I think is bamboo...this is very pretty and I can't stop taking deep inhales of the bottle! Wet on the skin: The sandalwood comes out...and the tea..I get a hint of the cherry blossom...So complex and pretty and just..wow! The dragon's blood resin is lingering in the background but isn't really making an appearance.. Dry down: I still get mostly cherry blossom and tea - it's a beautiful blend and it makes me smile. I really really like this! The more time that passes though - I find that the bamboo is making an appearance, and the sandalwood is stopping the cherry from becoming too over powering. I'm glad I decided to grab a bottle of this despite my uncertainty

In the bottle: Woah...chocolate cake! I think they put coconut rum in this cake! Because there is totally a boozey note in it! I had my fan on when I was reviewing this, and while the bottle was open - wafts of chocolate were pouring out...omg...YUMMEH! Wet on the skin: More chocolate cake...it seriously smells like I got a handful of chocolate cake and smeared it on my skin. Dry down: Oh yuck...this smells horrible on me after dry down..it's like synthetic, and has some wierd spice behind it. I don't like it at all. This is my least favorite of the Monster Baits by far! Glad my sister bought it and not me

In the bottle: Grapefruit? Soapy grapefruit? Grapefruit dish washing liquid? It's kind of aquatic..it's very clear and clean smelling..it clears my head. Wet on the skin: Grapefruit. Or orange peel? Dry down: This has gone very aquatic and creamy..it's smooth, and I am now detecting what I think is amber. The dry down sadly though on me is soapy, and I'm not loving it. This is really pretty - but I couldn't handle smelling like this - it makes my throat itch and I have the urge to sneeze. Oh well! Swap or selling this one, unless my sister likes it.

In the bottle: Roses...lots of flowers...uh oh, what was I thinking when I ordered this again? Wet on the skin: Rose...some lily....amber...some jasmine...This is really floral, I don't know if I like this at all.. I'm finding it strongly floral... Dry down: Violet and vanilla now..with a bit of that beautiful honeysuckle sweetness...the rose is still there, but it's not as prominant. I still don't think I like this a whole lot..I think it's too floral for me, and too old lady. Oh well - I had high hopes for it because of the vanilla and honeysuckle...but I guess those hopes are smooshed We'll see if the sister likes it - if not, I'll be selling or swapping it.

In the bottle: Amber, vanilla, a smidge of plum....this is dark, and sexy - but that vanilla adds a little bit of sweetness to it...wow..just..wow! Wet on skin: Woah..dark brown! The vanilla is being smothered by delicious spices...musks...and the coconut is starting to make itself known...wow..this scent evolves every second as it starts to dry down. Something kind of smokey actually comes out just a LITTLE - but the sweeter notes keep it in check... Dry on skin: When this dried down...it was complex, very sexual and very sensual..it's not too sweet, not too musky...it's amazing..All the scents that are listed in this blend come out for a tease..then draw back. It makes me want to do my hair, put on some sexy clothes, do hot make up - and strut through a club... Yes - it's THAT good.

In the bottle: Lots and lots of pepper and blood orange...wow! Wet on the skin: Peppery orange...mostly orange though. This is very sweet. Dry down: As this dries down it turns into something a little spicey - but mostly sweet..I'm not sure what the heck olibanum or benzoin are - so I couldn't tell you if I'm smelling them or not! I don't mind this blend - but it's definitely something that my sister would prefer....It kinda reminds of of a juice box.

In the bottle: A boozey version of Wurther's Original candies...it's SO good! Wet on the skin: Woah, hello butter rum! It's really really strong..and that vanilla cream really starts to come on top making it into some kind of icing...Cream cheese icing almost.... Dry down: The sandalwood comes out, but it's very sweet..the booze and vanilla make it into a very warm, not overly sweet blend and it's quite enjoyable Overall I would give this a 4/5.

I scored this off Ebay - and I'm SO glad I did This scent is very similar to Pink Moon - it's delicious! It's girly, it's fun, it's just...cute! I feel good when I wear it. In the bottle: Sweetness all around! I get the strawberry the most, and just a bit of that vanilla bean in there..YUM! Wet on the skin: Now I smell what could be pear, and it blends it amazingly with the strawberry, but I still find that strawberry scent to be prominant. But don't be fooled - this is VERY different than Strawberry Moon. Dry down: The pear takes the top a bit more, and I get a bit of that honey scent blending with vanilla and I seriously am getting giggly - it's so beautiful! I'm not sure what sweet pea would smell like - but maybe that's the note that comes out quite a bit at the end of it all? Either way - fabulous blend and I'm glad I made a big bottle mine just based on reviews

In the imp: Sandalwood, musk and a liiiiiittle bit of jasmine. It's VERY strong, and it almost smacks you upside the head when you sniff it. Wet on the skin: All I get is sandalwood and musk..it is very exotic smelling, and it's really....strong. There is a slight mossy/green/earthy smell coming out as this dries down. Dry: Very little jasmine in this one..on me all there is is moss, sandalwood and musk - mostly the moss and sandalwood combo though. This really isn't for me. It's too intense, and I really don't like it.

I got this as a frimp from Sookster for my birthday In the imp: Why do I smell chocolate mint? I don't get vanilla, or the myrrh, or the sandalwood...I get chocolate mint. Odd. Wet: Still chocolate mint..but the chocolate has turned a little more vanilla - so it's kind of like a white chocolate treat to me...Why do I always get wierd results with scents? *sighs* I do like it - I'm just not a mint person, so it's leaving me a little..torn. Dry down: Woah, what a change...I suddenly get that myrrh scent a lot more, with that chocolatey goodness, as well as sandalwood...It's actually VERY warm, and comforting and I really enjoy the scent - despite my worries about the myrrh initally. I do love the combo of vanilla and sandalwood together, and I'm finding that with that hint of chocolate it's taking the blend to a new level. I think that even my fussy pants sister might like this one...if that's the case, we'll be needing a 10ml, if not - a 5ml will do me just fine. Note: After about an hour of wearing this, the myrrh and sandalwood were practically gone - all I was left with was chocolate...it's SO nice and rich too

In the imp: Why does this smell like laundry detergent? I smell geraniums - I know that much...but it smells a lot like a version of Tide that I sniffed this evening while at the store buying laundry stuff. This may not bode well. Goodie! Adventures of Bpal at their finest. Wet on the skin: Alright skin, here we go. *slather, slather* *sniff, sniff* Um...flowers? Cedarwood. Honestly, I think I'm one of the few people who does not enjoy the smell of cedar - mainly because it honestly reminds me of petstores and hamsters...The shavings that they smell in the small animal section. So, on my skin - I have very floral small animal bedding. GREAT. Dry down: Black orchid stands out the most to me now (I think?), and the calla lilly is a close second..I don't smell the geranium at all anymore. But that damn cedarwood...it's still there. I really cannot stand the smell of this....It's laundry detergent and soap..blech. I do NOT like smelling like a giant bar of soap. It's so not for me. Swap pile for this one!

This is one of those scents that I went ahead and bought a big bottle off of Ebay just because I read the reviews and was THAT intrigued - and am I ever glad that I did! In the bottle I got this beautiful sweet candy like smell...there's a little floral there and it's beautiful!! When I first applied it to my skin - the strawberry seemed to come out the strongest, and there was a slight floral understone that tamed that sweetness..but my goodness! When you smell this - you want to giggle and just be cheery...it's delicious! When it dried down - I almost got a spicey type of scent under the sweetness..no idea how this happened - but it reminded my mom of cinnamon? Sadly this doesn't have a ton of lasting power on me and it faded pretty quick. But while it was on, I felt amazing and I really am debating going on a hunt for another bottle of this.

In the vial: Frankinscence. With rose. Lots and lots of frankenscence and rose. Great. I don't see this going very well. Wet on the skin: ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE! Oh yuck no... Can you tell that I'm NOT a rose person? There are very few blends of anything that I like that have rose in them. Dry down: Well there's that frankinscence again..and it makes the rose smell like a dryer sheet now. I'm getting something slightly herbal too...gardenia I guess? This doesn't really remind me of a church at all. It seriously reminds me of dryer sheets..and this imp is going in my swap pile.

When I smell this I get a warm, creamy ginger.. It's so beautiful in the vial, and on my skin I just want to die because I love it so much!!! It's rich and luxurious and divine... I just feel spoiled when I wear it! The honey comes out after dry down creating this beautiful subtle sweetness that makes this scent even more amazing than the start of it.... I'm in love - I need this in a 10ml.
