3/15/06 Come to Me Wet: soapy and floral. Not impressed. Dry: Eye-burning soap! Ow! If I wanted to smell like soap, I’d take another shower. No thank you.

Vixen 3/15/06 Wet: patchouli and wood. Very headshoppy. Dry: Playdough headshop. No good.

Zephyr 3/15/06 Wet: Light and floral. Not such a fan. Dry: Still floral, also powdery. It’s not an unpleasant scent but I don’t want to smell like this all day.

Somnus 3/14/06 Wet: Once again, this reminds me of something that I can’t place. I can definitely sense the lavender, which is nice. We’ll see if this helps me sleep, as I'm a chronic insomniac… Dry: I don’t think I’d wear this as a perfume, it’s too medicinal and herby for a day scent. Verdict? No appreciable affect on my sleeping, unfortunately. I like lavender, but this doesn't seem to be anything special, imho.

Embalming Fluid 3/14/06 Wet: Like lemon tea. Mmm Dry: Reminds me of CK1, still getting lemony light goodness. Lasting: 2 hours so far… I will def try this again, it seems promising Verdict: Out of the 12 imps I ordered for my first order, this is the ONLY ONE that I like. But I really really like it. A lot. Like I just want to smell myself all the time when I'm wearing this. The more I wear it, the more I love it.

Water of Notre Dame 3/14/06 Wet: Smells fresh like rain and water. A little like cucumbers even. I don’t love it, but I don’t hate it. Dry: Doesn’t change much. On the downside, it makes my eyes burn a little. On the upside, it smells pretty good and has decent throw. I’m going to try this again and see if it grows on me. Later: Ew, dries down to smell just like soap. I’ll try this one again but I’m not hopeful.

Persephone 3/14/06 Wet: Like roses and fruit. Not a huge rose fan, but we’ll see how this one goes. Dry: This one has a much better throw than the others I’ve tried so far. Unfortunately, the rose overpowers the fruit. Roses are beautiful, but I have no desire to smell like one. This reminds me of old ladies, and I am not an old lady. Washed off at 7pm

“O” 3/13/06 Wet: Smells v. similar to Bordello, sweet. Little like honey Kinda musky as well. Dry: Floral and sickly. Totally not my thing. I can still smell it at midnight.

Bordello 3/13/06 2:20pm Wet: Pleasantly sweet, fruity/foody. Really a lot like candy. Drydown: A bit soapy, but not too much. Still fruity. Reminds me of something but I’m not sure what (in a good way). Verdict? I'm not sure that I like this one, my first BPAL ever. Mostly it bothers me that I can’t smell it without sniffing my wrist up close, but I figure that has a lot to do with the fact that I came home to my BPAL package and, squeeing all the while, ran upstairs to shower off the perfume I was already wearing to try a BPAL. I don’t have any moisturizer that isn’t scented, so my skin may just have absorbed all the oil, hence the lack of throw. GONE by 4pm

I'm a newbie here, made my first order (2 sets of imps) on February 21st via Paypal. I haven't heard anything, gotten tracking info or recieved my order. I know it's only been 19 days and the website says it could take 21-45 days, but people in the "I got my order" thread who've ordered after me have already recieved their orders. So, should I be worried? Do you think my order's gotten lost somewhere? Thanks.
