I'm a cherry/almond whore when it comes down to it..so i fully expected Red Queen to rule my world & do my laundry but sadly it came up short. It smelled awesomely cherry in the imp but once it hit my skin it reminded me of my grandma's furniture polish..the stuff that used to give me a splitting headache. Argh. Stupid scent memories, i curse thee!!

First I have to say there are some dragons blood blends that i cannot wear for one reason or 'nother but this..omg..this blend is SO amazing on my skin..i want to bathe in this! In the imp: I smell deep dark red wine..mmmm.. On the skin: the rose pops out but isnt annoying or cloying as the wine tempers it nicely. The dragons musk in lingering in the background. Afterhours: this dries down to a lovely wine laced dragons musk..w/ just a touch of rose. This is such a romantic and sensual blend! Big bottle list, fo sho!

Why yes, this smells like a mushroom sprouting in some very musky/dusty soil..I'd have to say its a bit too sharp on my skin but would make a lovely room scent indeed.

This is a ctirusy sunshine w/ aquatic undertones..its very beautiful to say the least. I will be getting a big bottle of this, no question.

I just wanted to say that I'm completely envious of you!!(even my text color is envy hued) It sounds like such a wonderful trip/adventure. I'm positive once you get off the plane (have a stiff drink or 2 to calm thee nerves! heh) everything will fall into place and you'll have a great time! I for one, would love to see pics..obscene or not.

So i'm gettin on a plane to go to Atlanta, GA tomorrow morning to visit my niece i've never met yet (she's 11 now). Whole dang family is going and I hate flying on big planes! Little planes dont bother me, heights dont bother me..its just the whole 'i'm flying thru the air like a goddamn bullet awaiting impact' thing that gets me everytime. At least in small planes you can see where you're going and talk to the pilot.etc etc. and I can land a small plane if needed! I'm so damn miserable thinking about it. I will wear Tulzcha on the plane because it calms me nerves.. so say a lil prayer for me guys, ok? hehe I'm wearing my threadless.com shirt that came today! i loves it! I'm just a tad excited today! Going to paint my bathroom "wading pool" blue..its so soothing to me frazzled soul. I must get back to spackling my holes in the wall though. Sounds like fun, doesnt it? I know yer jealous

This is a heavy, sweet & spicy version of Snake Oil to me. I loves it and i cant get enough!! I dont think 3 bottles will suffice! What can I say, I'm a smutty fiend.

In the Bottle: Holy crap. Its spicy & almost bitter smelling..must be the cardamom? On the Skin: Sweet spices, hazy mix of resins, extremely sharp..i get a feeling of isolation & of time gone by too quickly..perhaps a feeling of regret? Afterhours: This has dried down well to a hint of spice w/ resins..its quite nice and worth the wait, methinks! I dont know if i could wear this blend everyday though, it really makes me sad & almost wistful of my past. Overall this is a really great blend that captures the mood of "Alone". Good job, Beth!

In the Bottle: All i can detect is soft, whispery resins.. On the Skin: Wow..now THAT is white rose. Amazing! How do you do that, Beth? I can even smell a bit of green-ness of the leaves/stem. Afterhours: This settles down quite a bit to very soft, romantic blooming rose. I've been looking for a rose blend that works on me beside Spellbound and I think ladies & gents, it has been found!

Note: This was worn for the first time today and I actually attended a baptism @ our city's very old Catholic church, St. Vincents. It was quite the experience! In the Bottle: Mmmm..sweet light resins, w/ a smoky touch On the skin: This is fantastic and SO accurate..in fact as I walked into the church i felt like i was melding w/ the essense of the church itself. I took a deep breath and then i snarfed my arm (which some ppl thought strange i realize!) and there was hardly any difference between the two..the smoky resins was the same but I have to say the cedar woodsy blend was more prominent in Beth's blend..and I loves it! Afterhours: I feel very holy today..which is not the norm for me at all This has dried down a very nice sweet, woodsy musk..that smokey note is still there! WOOT! Why didnt i order 847 bottles of this stuff?! Arghh.

In the Bottle: Ugh. It smells chemically..like rubber cement? On the skin: I dont think i can stand this..it still smells like rubber cement and i can detect a very faint rose leering in the backdrop...? This is too much to handle and I feel sick to my tummy(hasnt happened since Black Dahlia) I had to wash this off..i'm so sorry this didnt work out for me! I dunno what went wrong? I think i'll try it again in a week or so..maybe its just my frame of mind lately. <le sigh>

A guy @ a bar literally followed me around until i told him what i was wearing.. it was kinda cute! It was a mix of Anubis & Bastet..

In the Bottle: Ahh..yes. Strawberry! very sharp & sweet strawberry..there is no denying! On the skin: very strawberrylicious..i detect some soft herbs in here w/ a twist of lemon..how strange. Afterhours: this is a nice soft creamy strawberry now..its very nice but really not my bag, i guess. I never was a big fan of strawberries so off to the "pile of rejected misfit oils" pile it goes.

In the bottle: very deep aquatic/salty floral scent On the skin: this is a really rich oceany smell..it just screams AZURE and its very beautiful I'm not one for aquatic/ozone smells but this is simply fascinating! Afterhours: it has dried down to a soft & pleasant floral (lotus?) & marine-like scent..it seriously reminds me of Mexico and the beaches of the Riviera Maya.. <le sigh> I shall covet my bottle as long as I can..

Ok, this was tested only on my bf so far.. In the bottle: sharp citrus/metallic tang..very cologne smelling indeed On his skin: (his neck and chest ) Mmmm..its very metal-ly still w/ some deep aquatic aroma rising to the surface now..i can still detect a lil citrus..like lime..? Afterhours: This has dried down to a soft herbal/woodsy base..its very nice and it is now tucked into his cologne stash I'm happy he likes it so much cuz he's really darn picky about his sniffy stash heh

I knew I would love this..I should have ordered 5 bottles to start with as I want to slather myself head to toe in this! In the bottle: Sweet/greasy(in a good way!) foody smell On the skin: Whoa..hello cotton candy! I detect the powdery sugar and sweetly fried funnel cakes..mmm! Afterhours: this has dried down to sweet salty taffy smell w/ just a hint of sugary caramel Must. order. more.

Chaos Theory CCCXX (320? ) I love you Beth. I really really do. This blend is me in every way.. In the bottle: Eye popping spearmint..whoa! On skin: Wow. I'm drooling..spearmint & creamy coconut Seriouslly smells like a Mentos candy & a butter mint sprinkled w/ coconut. Afterhours: This has dried down to a wonderfully soft herbal mint w/ a touch of cream in the background.

Hrmm..i like it but I wish it were more rummy than butterscotchy. Its very sweet and smells exactly like butterscotch candies. Its good & I'll enjoy my imp of it.

For those of us in the sub-zero Arctic zones right now..(I'm in WI) When your box arrives, just make sure you dont open it right away..it is possible to crack and break your imp vials when you expose it to the warm air of your house. Its not likely it will happen but i always wait about an hour or so to let the package slowly become equal to the air temp inside. I know, i'm paranoid! heh

In the bottle: Very deep and bright w/ resins and has an herbal kick to it On the skin: Still very deep resins as topnotes..middlenotes are a spicy, sensual mix of myrrh & amber, perhaps a bit of lavender too. Afterhours: This is going to sound crazy..but I can smell sun-ripened tomatos & a slight note of black olives. Its not enough to make me not like it though..its a very complex oil..definitely the most complex i've smelled to date. This would be a really nice scent for a guy, too
