bottle: spices, cinnamon wet: yummy spicyness! Love it dry: spicy! Similar to chimera but not quite as nice overall: nice, but not as nice as my other spicy favs! rating: 7/10

bottle: musky & citrusy wet: grapefruit! And tea Not very strong. dry: love it! Very fresh- but smells like things that tend to go soapy on me… overall: I like it rating: 7/10

bottle: amber - slightly sweet, very golden wet: not bad, but it's not what I expected - very light amber. dry: it gets a little soapy on me - wah!! I had such high hopes considering I love amber usually! overall: not sure. I wanted to like it! But it goes soapy. May work for hair products or room scent…. rating: 6/10

bottle: evergreen & berries wet: green green green with a hint of sugar and berries! dry: same! Wonderful scent for winter overall: like it! rating: 7/10

i've come across a few now that really remind me of other scents, and i started making notes to compare two (or more) at one time to see what the differences are - so far my list is: al-shairan vs seraglio (al-s. is less orange i think. it's been a while since i wore seraglio) 13 vs freak show vs velvet (mostly the first two, velvet starts off similar but dries down differently) dragon moon vs holiday moon (same at first for me, dragon moon has cherry blossoms in dry down...) queen of sheba vs the red queen (i know red queen is sweeter berry, but QoS's almond reads as cherry to me - so this is not so much as a dead match but which do i like better!) there's more i can't think of right now... also there are a bunch of "summer garden at night" scents in my reviews, someday i'll pull those all out and try them against each other. (midnight, luna, evening star, perfumed garden.... although i gave luna away, i like the others better) oh and alecto and kathmandu i find similar when dry (different when wet though)

bottle: cocoa and sandalwood wet: yum!! Similar to freakshow/13, but the cocoa is even more subtle/less foody. I can smell the sandalwood and it's yummy! dry: sandalwood, I think I can discern the myrrh… and a bare hint of vanilla and cocoa beans! Yummmmy overall: love it! rating: 9/10

bottle: I can smell a bit of palmerosa (which I love) but too much patchouli/muskiness wet: the rose and palmerosa make a slight appearance now… not musky anymore. dry: another one that morphs between notes a lot - much less patchouli though. overall: I can't make up my mind about this one! One moment I like it…. The next I'm not sure! rating: 6/10

bottle: calming floral - little watery wet: really like this, smells a little like lily of the valley/tulips dry: yeah this reminds me of church with flowers! overall: I normally wouldn't like a floral this strong, but I really do like it! rating: 8/10

bottle: strong herbal/floral wet: nice!! Herbal/floral dry: milder now than in the bottle - really nice! overall: lovely! rating: 8/10

bottle: sweet fruity floral wet: floral, so sweet it seems fruity dry: same overall: nice, but too sweet for my taste rating: 5/10

bottle: floral wet: floral - sweet and a little dark dry: not very strong at all, lots of morphing, a light floral overall: nice - need to try alone (I'm trying a spicy scent on the same arm!) rating: 7/10

bottle: floral - jasmine? wet: jasmine and rose dry: just jasmine and rose - a very light scent. overall: nice! rating: 7/10

bottle: musky, a little spicy wet: musky dry: musky, maybe even civety… overall: not crazy about this. rating: 5/10

bottle: cinnamon, warm/spicy wet: cinnamon/clove dry: cinnamon and clove, hint of orange overall: nice, although I think seraglio is similar and better… rating: 7/10

bottle: incensey/resin wet: amber and patchouli, hint of fruit dry: interesting…. Not sure what I think of it! I think I like it… overall: borderline scent, not sure what I think! rating: 6/10

bottle: herbal/incense and slightly musky wet: very light scent - a little resiney, incensey… a little lemony. dry: I can't pick out notes, but I'd say it's incensey, hint of lemon. overall: nice! rating: 7/10

bottle: musky wet: a musky blend with notes I'm unfamiliar with - I can't smell any amber dry: smells a lot like tradiitonal perfume. I'm not crazy about it! overall: not for me. rating: 5/10

(2006 version) bottle: yum - fresh floral wet: fresh green floral - really nice! dry: wildflower florals- a little grassy but not much. overall: great blend of course perfect for the sabbat! rating: 9/10

bottle: green, bamboo. wet: smells a lot like holiday moon… very fresh. Can't smell any dragon's blood at all. dry: bamboo and tea, barest hint of cherry blossom, and that's all…. More cherry blossom later on, so a little more floral than holiday moon overall: so similar to holiday moon - I think I like this one a tiny bit better. rating: 8/10

bottle: chocolate. Smells like 13 wet: cocoa/unsweet chocolate. dry: eventually some hints of other things come out… maybe fig, bergamot… (yes it does get figgy) overall: a darker version of 13. nice, but I'm not sure how often I'd wear it… rating: 8/10

bottle: incense and light floral wet: more floral than I expected - a musky floral with a hint of incense dry: still a light floral - not what I expected at all! overall: I like it but I'm not sure I need a whole bottle… rating: 7/10

bottle: amber/vanilla and a little spice wet: incense and amber, a little musky, but a scent with lots of layers and depth dry: I like - not too musky, very incensey, and I love amber of course! overall: I like it, and I bet it will get even better with age! rating: 8/10

bottle: almond/cherry wet: I still smell cherry, but it's not a sweet cherry, and spices! dry: spices now, hint of cherry but not much. Really nice! overall: really really nice. Like bottle nice! rating: 9/10

bottle: ozoney, watery wet: watery with a hint of spice/woods - yummy! fairly masculine, but I really like it… just not one to wear at work!!! dry: Ack, it's doing the throat tickle thing… the ozone ones don't seem to like me… *it may be the start of a cold, or hayfever… overall: nice - need to find a guy to wear this for me! rating: 7/10

bottle: slightly cocoa but not sweet, fig wet: same - pretty nice! dry: nice - spicy, almost leathery quality, hint of food but not sweet overall: I'm liking this - a dark sexy scent! rating: 7/10
